Changmin froze as he felt the presence coming nearer and nearer. “Victoria, are you finished?” She had noticed the presence as well and quickly filled the liquid in three medium sized bottles. “This should do it; it should be enough for all of you.” Shudders ran down Victoria's spine, and she quickly kissed Changmin on the lips. “Vic, you and our nieces have to go. You know what Matthew is going to do to you when he finds you.”

That time Victoria had been captured by none other than him and Matthew was famous for collecting exotic looking women, regardless of their species. Victoria would have been one of them, wouldn't it had been for Changmin. “I don't want to leave you,” she whispered and grabbed his arm. “You know that I can help you guys.” She probably could, but Matthew wasn't alone.

There were three other very strong presences with him and multiple other, weaker presences. “I know, but you have to bring your nieces to a safe place.” Victoria bit her lips, but then she nodded and turned away. “Falvé! Nat!” She called out, and Falvé immediately appeared out of the nowhere. “Get your sister! We'll meet at the stone entrance!”

Falvé immediately rushed through the trees and past Hana, who had felt the the presences as well. “Who is coming?” she whispered, but no one answered her. “Luhan!” She called out, but he suddenly pulled her closer and pushed her into the shadows of the trees. The lights around them disappeared and the forest somehow lost a part of its magic. “Luhan,” she said again, her voice muffled by his hand.

He slowly removed his hand and looked at her. “One of Elijah's men and more Sanguera.” Hana paled a bit, but she didn't panic. Knowing that she couldn't take on a strong Sanguera yet, she definitely had to focus on the Vampires who accompanied them, since the others would be busy fighting the Sangueras and Elijah's henchman. Luhan suddenly turned his head away, but quickly looked at Hana again.

As he opened his mouth, Hana immediately put her fingers on his lips, a heavy frown on her face. “Don't you dare send me away again.” There was a warning growl in her voice, and despite the situation, Luhan had to smile. “I actually wanted to say that you should be careful,”

A smile appeared on her face, and Luhan's heart skipped a beat. That was the smile he really missed. With a nod, Hana wanted to turn away from him as Luhan suddenly pulled her closer again. As he kissed her this time, Hana was surprised again, but she didn't hit him. Luhan considered himself very lucky this time because of that and as he slowly backed off, he couldn't resist to give her another small kiss. “I mean it. Please be careful.”
