Hana hated herself for it, but she couldn't resist anymore. For a week now she has starved herself, and her body craved for the blood. Although, she hesitatingly grabbed the package with blood. The red of the blood was hypnotizing, and her heartbeat rate went higher and higher. She stared at the package for a whole while, until Changmin laid his hand on her shoulder.

With a gulp, she opened the package and the smell of blood overwhelmed her. It had called her the whole time and now that it was so near, every thought and doubt inside her disappeared. The scent took over every possible thought and everything else zoomed out. There was only Hana and the blood, which was calling for her again and again. The first drips were like heaven to her. Like smooth and soft wine, the blood ran down slowly, allaying the blood thirst inside her for a tiny short moment.

The hunger came back with such an impact, and Hana couldn't control her hunger anymore. With a small growl, she tore the top of the package and gorged down the red liquid. “Slowly,” Changmin warned her, but she simply ignored it. The blood made the hunger disappear, and she wanted more. The hunger was clearly visible in her eyes, and Changmin knew how dangerous that was.

“No, enough.” He said, took the empty package out of her hand and threw it into the bin. “But..” Hana hesitantly said, and Changmin's expression darkened. “I said enough,” he growled, and she paled. His tone was dangerous and threatening and something inside Hana wanted to hiss at him. He suddenly sighed and patted her head. “You have a lot to learn, my little novice,”

The smile he flashed her was soft as he crouched down in front of her. “Listen, there is a reason why you have to learn to control your hunger. There are some of us who can control their hunger; those are the really powerful ones, and then there are some of us who can't control their hunger. Those are the ones who attack people, even though it is forbidden,”

Images flashed up in front of inner eye and unintentionally Hana flinched. “Yes, those were the ones who attacked you,” at least that what Changmin believed, relying on the description Luhan had given to him. “I don't think that you want to become someone like that, right?” Hana shook her head and wrapped her arms around her own body. She hated herself that she had given in so fast, but she really hated herself that she even drank it.
