CHAPTER 14 - I AM IN MY FREAKIN PAJAMAS 2

TOP’S POV

I pulled my phone from my pocket and I quickly dialed Seungri’s number. I tapped my foot impatiently as I wait for Seungri to pick up.

“Yeoboseyo??” he answered in a cheery voice.

“Yah, run to the elevator immediately and bring your car key.” I barked as soon as he answered.

“Why??” 

“You said you’d help me.. now help me! Dara and I are going out and I need a car!”

“Really??” he said happily. “Wait for me in the elevator.” and with that he ends the call.

I shove the phone back in my pocket. This is my opportunity. I really don’t want to ask Seungri’s help and expose myself but I don’t have any choice. I should move fast and seeking Seungri’s help might increase my chances.

The door opened but Seungri is still not there. I held the door open because if I let it go, Dara will surely leave the basement. I dialed again Seungri’s number but he is not picking up.

“What’s taking him so long?” I exhaled loudly. “I don’t have much time!”

I peeked at the hallway but no one is there.

“Aishhhhh…” I muttered frustrated.

I remove my left shoe and placed it in between the elevator doors so that it won’t close and I runs out towards our room. I pressed my ears on the door.

“Yah Seungri…. Don’t you think Dara dating Jaejoong is a bit too much??” I heard Ji Yong said.

“I think so too hyung…” the maknae replied.

“Tss… hey where are you going..?” 

“I am just going to buy something outside…”

“Really? I want to buy ramyun too, we’re out of stock. Wait for me I am going with you.”

OH NO. I muttered to myself.

“Ah.. no hyung!” the maknae exclaimed.

“Huh?”

“I mean….I have ramyun inside my room. If you want you can have it.” The maknae replied meekly.

Wooof… good job Panda! I was relieved.

“Really??” Jiyong said happily.

“Yes hyung just don’t eat everything ne? Leave something for me..” the maknae said.

“I can’t promise that… woohoo…” Jiyong screamed and I bet he’s running towards Seungri’s room now. I took a step back waiting for Seungri to come out. The door opened and it revealed………tada!

DAESUNG.

He was surprised to see me outside the door.

“Hyung…” he called. It looks like he just woke up. He yawned, “…what are you doing here? And where is your shoe?” he said eyeing my feet.

Seungri appeared from behind.

“I don’t know….go back inside” I pushed him inside the room, pulled Seungri out and closed the door.

Seungri held the key out to me, “Hyung… go..I’ll take care of this.”

“You are the best maknae in the whole world!!” I exclaim as I enclose him in bone crushing hug. I playfully and kissed him long and hard on the cheeks.

He pushed me, “Yah, hyung… there’s no camera here no need to do fan service!” he wiped the side of his cheeks.

I laughed, “I owe you big time…”

“100,000 won will be enough…” he smiled.

“What??” I exclaimed.

The door opened and Daesung came out again –confused.

“Yah..why did you push…” he wasn’t able to finish what he was saying because we pushed him inside the room again.

Seungri held the door close.

“Go..go…noona is waiting…”

“Thank you…I’ll pay you when I get back…” I run and waved at him.

“Noona!..” I happily jump out of the elevator and jingles the keys but to my surprise she was not there.

"Eo..where is she..." I muttered to myself.

“Yah!” I screamed when I saw her inside a black car and a guy with a baseball cap and mufflers was already running to the other side of the car. I ran trying to catch them but he was too fast. Before I could even reach them they are already out into the street.

“Dara!.....” I screamed hoping she could hear me.

I immediately ran to Seungri’s car. It’s been a long time since the last time I drove a car I hope I won't crash into something along the way.

I started the engine and sped away.

JAEJOONG’S POV:

“Jaejoong-sshi…What’s happening??” Dara asked obviously shocked and confused.

I glance at her beside me and gave her a re-assuring smile.

“Don’t worry.. you’re safe now,” I said.

Her brows tied into a knot.

“What do you mean safe now??”

I sighed, “I was driving outside your building when I saw this guy lurking outside. He has something tucked underneath his shirt and by the look of it –I think he is harmful.”

“A guy?? How could that be?? Our security is very tight…”

“I don’t know, I suddenly got worried especially when I saw you down at the basement so early in the morning”

She leans back on her chair, “What if it’s just some maintenance guy, or a cleaner, or whatsoever… you jumped into conclusion that he is dangerous,”

She was right. But I won’t risk it. I have a gut feel that that man is dangerous. My instinct was never wrong.

“He is dangerous, I know it… and what’s the problem anyway?”

She faced me, “The problem is, I AM IN MY FREAKIN PAJAMAS!! Gaaad
