Victoria felt uneasy with the way Mommy Vera was taking care of her. She visited her on the hospital after receiving the news from Nickhun that she finally gave birth to their Son.  Mommy Vera was shocked when she heard everything that happens on that day. So she was clueless that Nickhun was having a hard time.

            “It must have been really hard for my son” she said. “it happens that his dad was rushed on the hospital the day you gave birth.” Mommy Vera went to the hospital so that someone can look after her.

            “How are you Mom?” she ask

            Mommy Vera chuckled. “You should be the one asking that question. How is the feeling of becoming a Mother?”

Then suddenly someone knock on the door. It was the nurse together with baby Nick. It was about time to give Baby Nick a feed. “You have to feed him now.”

            She settles herself and Baby Nick on the hospital bed. “Oh look at that.” Mommy Vera exclaimed. “He looks like Khun when I give birth to khun, and oh look that those lips he got it from you”

            She couldn’t help but cry and she loving planted a kiss on Baby Nick. “He is more handsome than his dad.”     

            “You’re right about that.” Then all of a sudden Mommy Vera turns into a serious one “let’s change the topic. Now that you already give birth, what are you and khun plan to do?”

            “I don’t know Mom, he asks me to marry him but I told him that I will think about it.”

            Why? You don’t love my son?

            She looks at her in the eyes. “I do love him, but he doesn’t love me”

            “Oh my god. How can you say that?”

            “I want to be honest with you. Mom, I hope you can understand” she then tells her everything. She expect her to get mad at her but it was not she expect to happen.

            “I didn’t know that you suffer so much” Mommy Vera said. “I don’t know that you love my son so much”

            “Mom, can you please promise me that you won’t tell Nickhun about this?”

            Mommy Vera nodded weakly. “If he did something bad again to you tell me.”

            Once again she cries “thank you for your understanding Mom, don’t work I will do everything I can, just to make sure our marriage will work out” she promised.

Three weeks has been passing since Victoria gives birth to baby Nick. Since that day Nickhun’s been extra sweet and caring towards her. He doesn’t want her to do things that will make her get tired. In fact Nickhun spend more time in taking care of them than spending time in his office. He said that the business will continue even without him. She doesn’t know what to think about now, Nickhun never ask her again to marry him. She thinks that reason why he didn’t ask her again is because of his dad who was just recovering from a heart attack. Nickhun already ask her if she wants to move in to a bigger house. She wanted to settle in a bigger house if they already marry.

            “Victoria, I think baby Nick is hungry.” He could hear Nickhun shouted from the room. She hurriedly went upstairs.

            Victoria took Baby Nick from Nickhun’s embrace and settles them comfortably so that she could feed Baby Nick. “Can you continue what I’m doing down stairs”

            Nickhun didn’t bother to answer. He just sits next to Victoria and waiting for her to feed their Baby.

            “What now?” she asks in confusion. She can’t do what she needs when Nickhun wants to watch her feed their baby. Although Nickhun has since it she still feels to let him see it again.

            He smiled “I wanna see how he’ll do it” he didn’t move. “Oh.. Come one Victoria” he whined.

Victoria couldn’t help but laugh and all of a sudden the shyness she felt a while ago disappears. She let him watch how his baby was fed. There was an animated expression on his face as he watches their son do it.

            “Wow he eats a lot just like you” he said in amusement

She pouted. “Of course he will eat a lot” after making sure that their son is already asleep. She made her way downstairs to continue cooking. She was hungry now and she was sure that Nickhun was hungry too. She was too busy that she didn’t notice that Nickhun was already there. Her body slightly jerks when Nickhun back hugged her and rested his chin on her shoulder.

            “Thank you” he whispers on his ears.

            “Why do you always keep on thanking me? She asks. Since the day she gave birth to their son. Nickhun always keep on thanking her. She doesn’t know why he does that and what his reason is. There were times she wanted to tell him to stop thanking him that it would be much better if he would say “I love you rather than thank you”. She just sighed. Should she hold her hopes up? She doesn’t know but she will not give up. She would make him fall in love with her.

Victoria was sleeping soundly when suddenly warm arms wrap around her waist. It was Nickhun, he just came back from work. She wake up and welcome him.

            “Tired?” she asks while helping gets his pajamas.

            “Is Baby Nick already asleep?” he said after coming out from the bathroom and settle him on the bed. Arms wide open waiting for Victoria to lie on his embrace.

            Victoria gladly jumps on those embrace. “Yes he is already asleep.”

            Nickhun started tickling her by planting kisses on her neck. “I miss you honey” he said and captured those sweet lips of her. Victoria didn’t pull back instead she kiss him back with such passion. Then all of the sudden the atmosphere on the rooms became too thick that Victoria had a hard time breathing. Nickhun look at her in the eyes and before she knew it kiss lips trailed down kisses until it reach her shoulder. Both of them were swept by the passion they had for one another. Just like that night in Jeju Island, once again they both shared a beautiful night but this time it was different for they are making love with such love and passion telling how they need each other.

            Victoria was surprised when he saw Nickhun’s dark face standing in front of the door.
