I knew Aaron liked Hebe and Chun liked Ella. I don’t know if Ella likes Chun for real because Ella might act like she hates Chun, but she might really have a crush on him.

When Ella was choosing a new seat, I knew that Hebe and Aaron were telling Ella to sit with Chun. I secretly smiled and peeked at Jiro.

At that moment, I realized that the teacher was talking about a new student named Jerry. I looked at Jerry and gasped silently.

“Oh my gosh!” the girls screamed, swooning.

The guys just tried to be cooler than the so called ‘Jerry.’

“Why don’t we introduce ourselves?” the teacher asked.

Jerry nodded and gave a brief introduction with his name and major.

I felt something vibrate and took out my phone to read the text.

‘Hey, Selina! Whatcha think about Jerry? –E’

I quickly texted back a reply.

‘I don’t know… Let’s talk after class. –S’

I glanced at Ella and she smiled at me and Hebe, who looked like she knew what we were doing.

‘Handsome/cute, huh? –H’

Hebe’s text was unusual.

‘When did you care about boys? –S’

‘I always did. –H’

‘I know, look at Aaron. He’s jealous. ;) –S’

I heard Hebe giggle and I glanced at Jiro. I giggled, too.

‘I think Jiro likes me! –S’

‘Of course! –H and E’

A voice interrupted our conversation.

“Uhm, Selina? Do you want to sit with us at lunch today?”

I blushed and nodded.

“Sure. Thanks, Jiro,” I said.

‘Nice going. –H’

I smiled and concentrated on Jiro’s face and actions.

‘Oh, where’s Jerry?’ I thought.

I looked around and spotted him in the seat next to Ella in the next desk.
