SEOYEON'S POV

  I was at the backyard of the Kim's familiarising myself with the outer complex of the house I'm moving in soon. It was very pretty and serene with greeneries covering the surrounding with colourful flowers accessoring the styled bushes. Tomorrow is the day of the engagement and I kind of have some mixed feelings at the moment. I heard footsteps at the back so I turned. There he was, looking at me with those very sharp eyes. Since, that dinner, last weekend, we haven't seen each other for once. We didn't have the talk that he wanted. 

  "I suppose you have something to talk about with me?", I asked unsure as he was just standing there without saying anything for the past minute.

  "Mom wanted me to show you this", he said in a monotone before rushing up and grabbing my hand to put something on it roughly. I flinched at his touch.

  "Why do you have to be so rough?", I said before looking down to the small cube sitting on my palm. Engagement ring. I look up at him and stared blankly.

  "Open it and see if it is to your liking", he said. I frowned.

  "Everything is just fake. It doesn't really matter if I like or not", I commented refusing to open it.

  "Whatever", he said before taking it off my hand and opened it. It was those expensive platinum designed rings we see in big malls. I was startled when he pulled my left hand and put it on quickly.

   "Fits?", He asked in a cold tone.

   "Huh?"

   "Does it fit enough to fool people or not?", He asked again.

   "Oh. I think so"

 He took it off quickly again and put it back on the case. I look up at him to see that his eyes were already on me, dark and cold. What did I ever do, seriously?

  "Why are you angry at me? Can't you see that I'm tangled in this stupid thing too?", I asked frustrated at how he's treating me. He didn't answer.

 "Look, Myungsoo", I started as I saw his little finger twitch.

 "I don't know why you're acting as if I'm the one who led into this but remind you, this wouldn't have happened if you were a gentleman on that day"

I saw him glowered at me opening his mouth to say something but I cut him off.

  "I know that this was all a misunderstanding and it wasn't your fault too but see where it led us. Do those reporters follow you around everyday? I thought it was on the party only but I saw those pictures at the mall too." I waited for him to speak up but he just stared at me and i was beginning to become uncomfortable. I cleared off my throat a bit.

 "I'll leave if you're not gonna say anything", I said as I turn my heels to walk back in the house when he spoke up. Good.

  "Why are you agreeing to this?", He asked.

  "Do I have a choice?", I replied back quickly.

  "Did my mom force you to?", He asked again.

  "I don't follow incomprehensible orders", I answered.

  "Did she threaten you?"

  "...." I jist kept quiet as I didn't know what to answer to that.

  "She did", he said to himself as he clenched his fists.

  "No...I mean...in quite a sense she did but that wasn't why I agreed", I say honestly.

  "You still didn't have a choice."

  "No. Her threat wasn't directed to me so I would have still refused. Mom and I don't really have anything anyone can use to threaten....which is except for each other ofcourse but your mom won't know that"

  "Then?"

   "I can't tell you"

  "Why?"

  "Myungsoo just", I saw him flinch again so I paused.

  "How much money did she give you?", He said gritting his teeth.

   "..." I just couldn't answer to that. She hasn't but I have already asked a big favour from her which will probably cost lots. And I don't want to go around revealing about my mother's health either. They'll just look at us in pity and I hate that. Only Mrs.Kim knows and she agreed keeping it a secret. She did asked me if I won't regret it since it gives a bad look on me but as long as people don't pity my mother, I'm gonna be fine.

He scoffed.

  "People are just the same...", He said before walking away.

  "Is she hot?"

  "No"

  "Is she a ?"

   "..."

  "Is she pretty?"

  "Shut up and think about something to get me away from this !", he glared at Sungyeol who has been throwing questions about this girl he was to get engaged with. Along the lines of 'Is she good in bed?', 'Does she have big ?', 'How about the ?', and such stuffs.

   The guy just laughed and stood up.

  "So, your parents decided to do it tomorrow to clear this up as soon as
