A loud voice was heard and you were startled at the loud noise but your eyes went wide as you saw sparkles in front of you, near the screen you assumed. Turned out it’s a firecracker, then another loud voice was heard and this time it’s a firework.

You couldn’t help but amazed at the beautiful fireworks since you’ve always loved fireworks. Then, you saw few firecrackers were planted on the ground and it was lit up creating a line of lights and sparkles. Then the screen went on again but this time it’s not the movie but instead there’s L’s face in it.

L on the screen coughed as you could hear it well from the radio inside the car. “Hey. Surprised? I’m planning for this quite a while. Hope you like it. Anyway, I just wanted to say Happy Valentine’s day to you, ~~~. I can’t stand it for having you in front of my eyes yet you’re not mine in reality. Please, let the past become the past. Live in this moment and see me in your future. I love you, ~~~. Will you be mine?” L’s voice ringing in your ears and you couldn’t help but to smile in awed at his confession. Then out of nowhere, L showed up and started to walked toward the car with a bouquet of roses in his hand and more firecrackers were lit up and the whole place was shining with sparkles from the firecrackers.

L motioned you to got out from the car. You got out from the car and approached him with your hands cupped your mouth in disbelief. L gave you a warm and soft smile as he gave you the flower.

“Happy Valentine’s Day. So?” He asked with his right eyebrow raised.

“Yes!” You exclaimed happily and his eyes went wide in surprised and instantly he grabbed your wrist and lifted you up from the ground and spun you around for a few times and then he pulled you into his tight embrace and buried his face on your neck.

“Finally. Finally. I love you. Thank you.” He whispered softly into your neck as you nuzzled into his neck as well.

L let you go from his embrace and he stared right into your eyes and he leaned in closer and your heart went rapid fast as his face leaned closer and closer and that’s when you felt his soft lips touched your lips and both of your lips mingled together.

“I love you, ~~~.” He said softly. You smiled at him.

“I love you too.” You leaned in closer and gave a peck on his lips again.

Finally, you put up those past and made yourself live in for this moment and for the future only and you could picture L in your future clearly.

After the surprise, L took you to the riverbank near your house and decided to spent the night there with you, enjoying the breeze and the stars. After L parked his car on the parking lot, both of you walked hand in hand toward the riverbank. You squinted your eyes as you saw someone familiar and that’s when it hit you that it was the loansharks. Your grip on L’s hand tightened. L took a glance on your face and he saw your face went rigid.

“What happened?”

“Loansharks. There.” You said to L in a low voice but loud enough for him to hear while pointing toward a bunch of man few meters ahead of you.

But then something caught your eyes. Blonde hair. You tilted your head to the side to get a better look of that figure whom his hair is very familiar to you.

You grab L’s arm and shook it hard. “Yah! How come Zico is with them?” You shrieked in surprised. L also take a look and he saw Zico among them. When L was about to answered, you lost your grip off him already and sprinted toward the loansharks.

“Look, look, what we’ve got here. Someone’s is very daring approaching us.” One of the loansharks said slyly while flashed you a smirk. You scoffed at him and made yourself pushed through among them to face Zico right in front of him. Zico flustered when he saw you right in front of his face.

“Wh.. what are you doing here?” Zico stuttered as he kept avoiding your gaze.

“I think that would be my question. What the hell are you doing here?! With them, moreover!” You yelled at him.

Zico then took your wrist and dragged you to somewhere else while muttered to the other guys that he need some time.

“Look, it’s not like what you think. I did this for you. I had to.” Zico explained slowly.

“For me? For me? Are you crazy? If it’s for me, you shouldn’t join them in the first place!”

“They threatened me if I didn’t join, they will hunt you down even more than before. Plus, if I join, they’ll erase those debts. Happy?” Zico grew impatient as he raised his voice toward you.

“Please, quit. I don’t want you to join them.” You mumbled.

“Don’t worry. I’m planning things right now and I’m going to bring them down. Don’t worry. This is the least I can do for the girl I loved.” Zico said softly as he caressed your cheek.

“Eh? The girl you loved? You mean…”
“I love you, babo.” Zico cut you.

“But..”

“I know you didn’t love me and you think of me as an older brother only. It was all written all over your face. It’s okay. I’m starting to accept the reality.” Zico flashed you a warm smile and pulled you into his embrace. “Don’t worry. Everything’s going to be alright. Leave it to me.” Zico whispered to your ear softly.

Then Zico dragged you toward L again and he left you and joined back to the loansharks.

“Are you alright?” L asked you worriedly. You nodded weakly and you started to tell him the whole thing Zico told you and L said to you that he knew already but he wanted Zico to be the one who told you in person.

Meanwhile, Zico excused himself to meet Block B with the excuse of long time no see his boys. Zico made his way toward Block B’s place. Once he entered the place, the boys already gathered around discussing about something.

“A friend of mine who has a good friend and it’s a cop told me that the cop agreed to work together with us. Even though the cop didn’t know that they’re going to work together with Block B.” Jaehyo explained to the rest of the guys. The guys nodded only.

“But we need ~~~ to work together with us as a bait to lured them out.” Taeil spoke up. Zico’s face went rigid as he heard your name mentioned and asked to be in this together.

“What? Why should her involved in this matter? It’s danger!” Zico shook his head furiously. He couldn’t imagine you being involved in this dangerous matter.

“Zico. Please. If not, then how are you going to lured them out? Don’t worry, we got ~~~’s back. We’ll protect her.” B-Bomb patted Zico’s shoulder to comfort him. Zico heaved out a sigh and slumped his back to the couch.

“So, here’s the plan. Zico will tell the loansharks that ~~~ wanted to meet with them to discuss about the debt and she wanted to pay the debt, don’t forget to bring your father, Zico.” Zico nodded as Jaehyo explained.

“After that, we’re going to ambush them and fight them off and the police will take care of them.” Jaehyo continued and the rest of the boys nodded in agreement.

“Let’s just hope everything went well.” P.O muttered.

I'm terribly sorry for the late updates, and I'm going to finish this story soon and start a new one and sorry if the ending is not that good, because for this story I only focusing on the main plot D: I'm really sorry :(
