Jiyong's POV 

Even Dara already agreed to my offer, why do I still feel that something is wrong? And no matter what I think what it is, I cannot identify what the hell is it. Damn. But on the bright side, I am glad that the kind of closeness we used to have is now coming back because I realized that I really did somehow took our friendship for granted when I entered a relationship with Sohee and I am planning to make it up to Dara so I am already looking forward on her stay with me in my house. 

"You looked happy, boss." Chaerin said as she entered my room. "Still can't get over with the fact that Dara finally fell for your emotional blackmail?" 

I groan. That somehow true but I will definitely not admit it to her. "How many times do I need to tell you that I did not blackmail her?" 

She giggled. "Anyway, sign this before you go." She gave me the folder she's been holding. "That is the formal contract letter for Phoenix entertainment expansion." 

After reading carefully the contract, I signed the letter. "This is perfect." 

She grinned. "Thank you." 

"Do I still have pending to sign?" Then I checked the time. "Because I need to leave in fifteen minutes." Then to my odd, she suddenly looked at me with teasing face. "What?" 

"I can't wait to see you to be knocked out by reality but I just hope that it will not be too late." 

My burrows fused together. This woman was really puzzling me sometimes. She's like giving me riddles that is hard to answer. "What the hell are you saying?" 

She smiled mischievously. "Nothing. Have a great weekend, boss!" 

When she abruptly leave, I only sigh. That woman was acting weird. After sending Dara a message that I am about to leave the office, I found myself smiling widely as an immediate reply from her came in. Okay, be careful in driving. This is the Dara that I know and my gut feeling was telling me that she started to change after I entered a relationship with Sohee. Well, that's understandable because I know I am also at fault but she's my best friend beside Seunghyun so her past actions really bothered me. Good thing, everything now seems going back the way they used to be. 

As I reached Dara's apartment, the moving truck is already outside and the men I hired is already moving her things. When I saw Dara went out, I felt my heart skip a beat especially when our eyes met. Damn. What the hell. Am I that excited to see her? Then I cleared my throat. "How's everything?" I asked after I walk towards her. 

"These men are efficient." She said while looking to the surrounding. 

"Great." Then we entered her apartment that is almost bare now. "What was Bom's reaction about your transfer to my house?" 

She chuckled. "Mad of course because she wanted me to stay to her apartment instead." 

I got startled. Suddenly feel nervous because she might change her mind. "Do you want to?" 

She pout. "Of course not. Seunghyun almost stays at her apartment so I told her to break up with him if she wanted me to be with her." 

I found myself laughing, not because her answer is very humorous but feeling relieved instead. "But obviously she chose Seunghyun over you." 

She grinned. "Yeah. Besides, I wanted a peaceful life, Bommie was such a nagger." Then she hit my arm. "So you, stick to the agreed deal." 

I snorted. Somehow did not like what she said. "Of course." 

After all her things are transferred to the truck, we started to travel to my house. Then I chuckled as she looked sad and she sensed it because she glared at me. "What? I can't help it, that apartment has sentimental value to me." 

I chuckled again. "I know but there are some things that are never meant to stay forever." When that familiar yet unnamed emotion spark on her eyes, my chest pound hard but just like before, it vanished immediately as she blinks then she stared outside of the car. 

"I know." 

Upon hearing that, my chest pound harder. Why she sounded sad? Or I am just imagining it? As we reached my house, the men that Chaerin hired started to pull out the things that Dara needed during her stay to my place and since her designated room is almost fully furnished, only her personal things were transferred so they were done in just an hour. She will just rearrange once we go back. Then we started to travel to her new house. After three hours, we reached our destination but it's almost evening already so together with the guys, we eat at the nearest chicken house. When done eating, I let them rest for the meantime before they start transferring her things to each designated room. Then after two hours, they are done. "Good job, everyone." Then I gave their team leader an envelope. 

"Thank you Sir!" 

When they left, I looked at Dara then grinned. "Ready?" 

She grinned back. "Ready."
