So this is why humans love fireworks. It looks like bursting stars in the sky; it melts my heart whenever I see the lightning fragments fall down slowly with its fading colours. My eyes were filled with so much brightness in this starless dark evening. I think, I need to thank Dongwan for nagging Hyesung all day long to watch this magnificent fireworks display.

There are just two things that Hyesung can’t say no to. One would be his love for sesame flavour and the second is Dongwan’s nagging technique. His best friend knew his weakest point and my beautiful appointment will always give way to let him do what he wants. I envy them. I really wanted to have someone I can lean on to, or someone to annoy whenever I feel like doing so. I wanted to be with someone I can cherish, someone who can be with me to do the things that we like together.

I shook the feeling right away. I should avoid this as soon as I can. Sigh. It is really hard. I decided to direct my attention to the pretty lights above our heads once more. My emotions got the best of me and I whispered:

“Ahh.. So beautiful.”

“No, you are prettier.” My eyes widened with shock as my heart fell on the ground because of the man beside me. Dongwan smiled at me daringly and looked at me like he doesn’t care if someone will catch him staring at an invisible being. That time, he even tried to pinch my cheek and I wasn’t able to dodge it. He did.
