The singing rehearsals were killing Kyungsoo, it’s been 2 hours since Suho, Baekhyun, Chen and him were in the studio. Each time they were singing their manager had a problem, during these 2 hours he only heard ‘do-ah hit that note like this!’ ‘Chen-ah you must sing that note with more feelings!’ ‘Baek stop whining your voice isn’t right!’ ‘Suho lower this note!’ And quite frankly he was getting annoyed! First, they had a dance practice with everyone and they were all dead tired! And now their manager hyung was like the vocal line you need to come back to the studio and re-sing your parts in the songs!

And seriously who needs that in their lives! All of them were all like zombies at the end of the dance practice and now they need to sing, like hell they’ll hit the right notes! This has been going for a while when manager hyung decided to give them a break! And quite frankly Kyungsoo needed it, he rapidly went out of the studio and wanted to go to the canteen where he can drink some water as his throat was starting to ache.

“Kyungsoo-ah?”                                                  

He turned around and saw Suho calling him out, he stopped in his tracks and waited for him,

“You’re going to the canteen?”

With quite a lot of difficulties he managed to let out,

“Yes hyung”

Suho nodded and mentioned Kyungsoo to walk as the others wanted to continue with the practice, all this time Kyungsoo could feel his mobile vibrating in his pocket but he didn’t have the energy to retract it from his pocket and answer it, and quite honestly he had a small idea of who was calling so yea. Soon they got into the canteen, he asked for a bottle of water and Suho did the same, they walked a little and finally settled down to a table in the far corner. He hastily opened the bottle cap and drank half of the content in one gulp,

“Your throat is hurting kyungie?”

“Umm it’s not hurting like it used to before!”

Suho smiled and said,

“You remember when jongin-ah was fussing around when your throat was hurting, he always used to massage your throat to ease the pain!”

Kyungsoo smiled fondly at that memory, yes these were the golden days where Jongin used to do it, nowadays they don’t even have proper time to talk so these little actions stopped all together.

“Ah I’m pretty sure the dancing line are lazing around in the dorms right now! Don’t you think so kyung?”

“Yep hyung! I’m quite sure! But the dance routine is much more difficult this time! I bet they’re all tired.”

He seemed thoughtful then said

“Yea I know! Xingie told me so last night. His right leg was hurting badly as they practiced a lot.”

Kyungsoo nodded and yet again his mobile momentarily broke the silence, suho smirked 

“Don’t you think you should pick up the call kyung! I guess someone is getting restless.”

Kyungsoo nodded and retracted his mobile from his pocket, and pressed the lock button to unlock his phone and to his surprise there were 15 miscalls and 1 message from his boyfriend which just came in, He sighed and replied him quickly, and gave his attention to suho again

“Yea you were talking about the dance routine hyung?”

He nodded and said,

“Yes Yixing told me that the dance routine is much more difficult this time and we’re all gonna have a hard time practicing it.”

Kyungsoo brought his hands to his temples and massaged it lightly, while mumbling

“I guess this is what we signed for hyung!”

Suho nodded and again his mobile beeped, he looked at his screen and sighed yet again, why was Jongin being difficult again. He casted his mobile aside and continued to massage his temples,

“What happened kyung?”

“Ah noting nini— I mean jongin is telling me that he is missing me! That’s all.”

“Ah kyungie you can’t blame the boy, he’s so attached to you from pre-debut days and now that you guys are together its normal that he’s going to miss you like this”

“I know hyung but my head is pounding like hell and the screen light is making my eyes hurt! And now this guy is whining about that he’s missing me!”

Suho chuckled a bit, and then pat the younger's hand a little,

“At least jongin is texting or calling you. I’m damn sure that right now yixing is lying on the sofa and sleeping like a log!”

“Aha! Hyung you’re missing lay hyung! Don’t worry you’ll see him soon”

Suho rolled his eyes Kyungsoo, and yet again the latter's mobile flashed a new notification, Suho lift the mobile from the table and glanced at the screen,

“Soo I think you should answer the poor guy, he’s sure missing you like hell!”

Kyungsoo sighed while taking his mobile from suho’s hand, and squinted his eyes at the messages, he rolled his eyes but anyways answered his needy boyfriend

Kyungsoo sighed and kept his mobile aside and placed his head on the table,

“Is everything okay soo?”

“Hmm hyung I just wanna go back home. I’m tired!”

“Yep me too! Well let’s go back maybe I can persuade manger hyung to let us go!”

And with that both walked back to the studio where Chen and Baek looked like they witnessed a tragic scene in front of them, Kyungsoo nudged suho to talk to manager and the latter nodded, quite frankly Kyungsoo wanted to go back like right now! After much persuasion, the manager finally allowed them to go back to the dorm and he rapidly went towards suho and hugged him tight.

Soon they were all in the van which was taking them back to the dorms, Baek was on the phone talking in a hushed tone needless to say he was talking to a giant who was currently in the dorms, Chen was already dozing off with his mouth wide open, and suho was also fast asleep, Kyungsoo rest his head against the window and closed his eyes, and again his mobile vibrated he retracted it back the message made his eyes widened,

After half an hour, the 4 of them were currently in the elevator waiting patiently for them to get in the dorm, and when the elevator dinged, they hastily walked towards the door and waited for suho to open it, and when he did all of them busted inside, in the living room, the TV was on, sehun and xiumin were watching a show, sci-fi probably judging from the sounds, Chanyeol came out of his room as soon as he heard Baek yelling “Channie I’m home!” to which everyone in the room flinched by his high pitch voice, Lay who was asleep on the sofa, jolted up when he heard Baek’s voice, he sleepily walked towards suho while rubbing his eyes and engulfed the leader in a hug while saying

“Jonnie…welcome back… Tired… Sleep… let’s go.”

To which suho gladly took him to their room, after scanning the living room and kitchen, Kyungsoo noticed that one person was missing,

“Hyung he’s in his room! He’s been sulking for the past 3 hours and refused to watch a movie with us! That stupid brat! You’re too lenient on him hyung! Too lenient!”

The singer shook his head,

“Thank you sehun. Anyways minseok hyung and you need to sleep early as we have an early schedule tomorrow.”

They both nodded but their eyes were glued to the TV screen, Kyungsoo sighed and bid them goodnight, he walked towards his room, mentally noting that jongin was alone in the room as a certain giant was in Baek’s room. As he opened the door he was welcomed with a dark room! Strange! He tried to find the light switch and then switched it on, he noticed that Jongin was on his bed, and snoring lightly, He smiled while slowly approaching his boyfriend who was pouting in his sleep and his eyebrows were furrowed. Kyungsoo brought his thumb to the latter's eyebrows and tried to unfurrow them, and  then he sneakily pressed a peck on his forehead. Jongin budged in his sleep while mumbling

“kyungie.. w-where.. yumphh”

And again fell asleep, kyungsoo shook his  head, this boy as if being clingy with him while he was awake wasn’t enough! Now he’s calling him in his sleep! He looked at the latter's sleepy face again and then went towards the closet, grabbed a pair of pj’s and went in the bathroom.

After 20 minutes he felt somehow fresh, and quietly came out of the bathroom and closed the door softly behind him, but to his utter surprise Jongin was up and was standing right in front of him while rubbing his eyes, Kyungsoo went towards him and caught his free hand trying not to startle him,

“Hyung?”

“Yes nini.”

Jongin now looked at him with drowsy eyes, he gave me a small smile and then hugged his boyfriend tightly in his arms

“I missed you baby. You were gone for 3 hours! 3 long hours! And I missed you so so much! I wanted to spend some time with you but our schedule is killing us! I miss you hyung! I thought I’ll wait for you and we could spend some time together. But I fell asleep sorry.”

And with that he was tighened his arms around his boyfriend to emphasize his words, Kyungsoo comfortingly rubbed his hands on Jongin's back, he was aware  that with their packed schedule and now him shooting for his new movie, their quality time together was minimised and he felt guilty about it. Jongin was being comprehensive every time when it comes to his schedule, yet what does Kyungsoo do in return to thank him, nothing,

“I’m sorry jongin-ah! I promise that next time I’ll try to spend more time with you. Once our schedule is less hectic.”

Jongin rubbed his nose against the smaller's neck and whispered

“And you were being so mean in the messages! Don’t you realise how much I needed you with me! You’re so mean hyung.”

Ah Kyungsoo was feeling terrible guilty now,

“I’m sorry baby! Really sorry!”

But in return his boyfriend didn’t say anything, he just backed away grabbed the smaller's hand and walked towards his bed

“For now can I hug you and sleep?”

 “Yes you may nini.”

He smiled and then happily jumped in bed, and waited for Kyungsoo as the latter rapidly went to switch off the lights and was walking back to bed. Once that he was propely settled down and got inside the covers he felt a pair of arms pulling him close, he smiled and sighed contently

“Jongin ah?”

“Hmm?”

“Where did you get that picture that you sent me?”

“Ah when we were coming out of dance practice, I mean after you left with manager hyung, we were still waiting for the van to take us back here, and then I saw our mascot, as I was missing you terribly I went towards your mascot and then hugged him lovingly and it was sehun who clicked the picture by the way.”

“Oh! It was cute… I guess.”

“Ahaha! Hyung of course I’m cute! But still I missed you a lot.”

“I know jongin ah.”

Kyungsoo changed his position in his  boyfriend's arms, and was now facing him, he brought his hand towards the latter's cheek and caressed it softly with his thumb

“I love you.”

Even in the dim lit room, he could see his boyfriend's bright smile,

“I love you too hyung! So much! So much that it hurts.”

“Idiot!”

And with that he pressed his lips against the plump lips, to which Jongin responded fervently, after a few minutes they detached their lips from each other as they were lacking some oxygen. Kyungsoo leaned his head lightly against Jognin;s chest and listened to the thumping heartbeats. He pressed a light kiss against his boyfriend's chest and whispered in a muffled voice

“Goodnight nini.”

“Goodnight baby.”

And soon they were both asleep with a contented smile on their lips.
