"I'm perfectly fine Xiao," Haeri reassured. Xiao, being the stubborn person he is, chose not the listen and remained fixed in the chair next to her hospital bed. 

"I'm not letting you out of my eyes until your cast is gone," Xiao said and leaned back. 

Haeri rolled her eyes playfully. "I'm getting out today, it's okay." Xiao shook his head again. Haeri, seeing that there was no way Xiao would listen, gave up. 

"I'm never letting you play soccer ever again," she heard Xiao mumble.

"WHAT?! But I like playing soccer," Haeri pouted. 

"Look what it did to your leg!" Xiao pointed out Haeri's left foot. 

"It'll get better. Haven't you learned that you can't break something in the same place?" Haeri smacked Xiao's forehead. Xiao pouted cutely. "Plus, don't you have to go to school Xiao?" 

Xiao chuckled nervously. "There was school today?" 

"Xiao!" You slapped his open forehead.

"Alright! I'll go to school, but I won't be happy without my Haeri that's making me go to school without her!" Xiao huffed, but looked up not-so-discreetly to make sure Haeri bought his act.

"Lee Dongyeol! Go to school or else no kisses until my leg is healed!" Haeri warned.

"Geez, geez. Okay fine! I'll go to school! UGH!"  Xiao grumbled and made dramatized whines while go out of the hospital room.

"Geez so dramatic," Haeri commented and went back to watching her new favorite tv show. After watching two whole episodes, Haeri felt tired and soon began to fall asleep...

"HAERI! WAKE UP!" Xiao yelled. She jolted awake and glared at her childish boyfriend. Meanwhile, Xiao was bus laughing at Haeri's face while sleeping. "You were even drooling!"

"Aren't you supposed to be in school? What time is it even?" Haeri asked, forgetting the time.

"How long we're you asleep for? It's only 3:56." Xiao handed Haeri a box of sweets and Haeri squealed in joy.

"Oh my gosh! You're the best boyfriend ever!" Haeri hugged Xiao and went back to eating the big lollipop.

"When are you getting out??" Xiao whined impatiently. 

"At 4:00 PM! Calm down Dongyeol," Haeri teased Xiao. Finally, Haeri got discharged and boy, did Xiao seem so happy. Of course, being the manly boyfriend he was, he offered to piggyback Haeri. But of course, playing the role of the stubborn girlfriend, Heari wanted to do everything herself. Even after when they reached Haeri's house, Xiao wouldn't leave. 

"Xiao! I'm fine being home alone, you can go home. You live quite far away from me," Haeri said worriedly to him.

"And leave my pretty and crippled girlfriend alone? Hm.... NO!" Xiao reasoned and jumped onto the couch. The next day, Xiao was hesitant to leave Haeri again, but eventually, Haeri was all alone. 

"LEE HAERI! I BROUGHT SWEETS AGAIN!" Xiao yelled as he closed her front door. She sat up from her bed and was about to get off when Xiao was quickly at her side and tried to piggyback her.

"I have your back," Xiao said, putting Haeri's arms around his neck. Haeri smiled warmly at Xiao and nuzzled not his neck.

"I love you."
