Chapter 15
Passerby
I wake up by the sound of my alarm clock both from my phone and from the clock in the table beside my bed. The sun ray come through my curtain, signing that morning has come. I decided to cuddle a bit more and roll my body to the right. That’s when I feel something uncomfortable on my right hand.
“What is it?” I asked to myself. I rise my right hand and found an IV in my right hand. “IV? Tube? Don’t say that…”
I tried to remember what happened last night when I heard my bathroom door opened and showed SeIl come out.
“Oh, you wake up? Good morning…”
“What’s with the IV?”
“You passed out again last night. Then Sehun-ssi called me and I rush here. That’s all.”
“Sehun? Ah, right. He was about to come here last night. So where is he?”
“He left at dawn, he said he have recording to do.”
“I see. Can you take this IV out?”
“Let’s check your temperature first.” She took thermometer and put it in my mouth while checking the IV drip. “SeIl, I’m 340C. It’s fine for now, right?”
“340C? He did well taking care of you…” she said while taking out the IV needle.
“Who? Sehun?”
“Yeah. He was the one who find you collapse here, when I instructed him to keep you warm and wipe all your sweat, he did it all. After I checked on you, I need to leave to the hospital again and he take care of you as well until I came back at dawn. You, ! Make sure to behave well to him.”
“I am! When did I being mean to him? Never.” I said, giving her a big sign of ‘X’ with my arm.
“Anyway, how can he know your password?”
“He just know by himself. Since I lived next door, that number always be my passcode. So does every other thing with passcode in it.”
“8-1-1-8?”
“Did he tell you?”
“He is, pabo! And how can you put that number? Did you meet with that person again?”
“I’ll tell you everything later. I promise. I just really need to take a bath for now.”
She tsk-ing me. “Make sure to tell me. And you might want to see Sehun-ssi’s message at desk. I didn’t mean to see it, but I saw it anyway. I’ll leave first.”
“Okay. Thank you anyway. Take any breakfast food available in the fridge.”
“If anything happen, call me!”
