Jessica sat on the couch in their living room as she read Taecyeon’s message and relayed it to the girls. Tiffany was leaning against the counter, sharing a pint of coffee flavored ice cream with Sooyoung.
“Lame. He should congratulate me personally. Such a bad friend,” said Tiffany with a playful pout. She winked at Jessica and ate another scoop of ice cream.
Jessica grinned back and proceeded to reply to Taecyeon’s text. Tiffany was glad to see Jessica being her usual self.

When Jessica and Yoona returned that night, Jessica was crestfallen. Tiffany woke when Jessica entered their shared room and silently lay down on her bed with her back towards Tiffany.
“Did you just get back?” asked Tiffany groggily.
“Yeah,” sighed Jessica.
“You should go remove your make up and brush your teeth before going to sleep. You don’t want to break out from clogged pores tomorrow,” nagged Tiffany with a motherly tone. She readjusted herself and kicked off the blanket. She felt sticky from the humid summer weather.
“Mmm,” said Jessica.
