The girls stood outside of McGonagall’s office as Taeyeon explained everything to the principal so they could take action on what had happened.

They were beyond worried though, Taeyeon had been inside there for about forty minutes already, they couldn’t help but expect the older one to be receiving and scolding of sorts; although they couldn’t imagine why she would get scolded for something like that.

“My poor Captain Kim…” Rachel said out loud as she paced in circles, obviously as nervous as them. They all just sighed as she was the only one was interrupting their silence because of course she had decided to join them, but no, they weren’t happy at all. There was a half veela that looked particularly annoyed by her presence. “She looked so heroic back there right?” She said dreamily, Tiffany couldn’t help but to sulk madly as she heard the girl talk and talk and talk about HER Taeyeon. “How sad she’s getting scolded or whatever in there, she should receive a medal for her though, not many would’ve done what she did.” The rest of the girls were near to bursting into laughter, the way Rachel was fangirling over Taeyeon was beyond ridiculous, but they realized Tiffany would kill them for that. “I should’ve gone in there with her, she’d need MY support in a situation like this.” Tiffany seemed to have exploded with that comment, chuckling sarcastically at the girl’s comment.

“And why in the world would she need YOU out of any of us here to support her?”  

The other girls shivered at the tone Tiffany used, it seemed that HellFany had been released.

Had that girl not learn in Defense Against the Dark Artes that one never gets a veela mad unless they want to die?

Rachel grinned in a way that seemed positively evil before she replied with ease.

“Because I’m her girlfriend.” The girls shook her head, not believing a word, well, almost all of them.

Tiffany seemed stunned by the declaration, the thought of the possibility that Rachel could be lying didn’t even cross her mind.

“She… she what?” Tiffany asked, hurt could be heard clearly in her voice.

 “She’s my girlfriend didn’t she tell you?” She said confidently, she crossed her arms as Tiffany shook her head.

“Tiffany, don’t believe her.” Yuri said, placing her hand on Tiffany’s shoulder.

Tiffany didn’t listen though, if there was something a veela couldn’t handle, it was heartbreak.

Normally a veela would settle their eyes on someone and decide to spend their lives with them, that was why she was naturally possessive and jealous, mainly when it came to her. When it came to Taeyeon.

Tiffany had already her eyes on someone, her eyes were firmly placed on Taeyeon, that’s why she didn’t want to ask her out, yet, because she knew that once the veela part of her got accustomed to the girl, once she claimed her as hers….she could never let her go; at least not without dying of grief.

She couldn’t even begin to comprehend the pain she felt at the moment, it was something she had never felt before. Her mind was so clouded with it that she couldn’t listen to Yuri’s words. She just heard the girl in front of her telling her the one she had selected as she life partner wasn’t hers.

It hurt.

“I’m sorry… I tried to tell her we should come out clean to everyone, especially you guys since you are her friends… but she insisted she didn’t want to because there was someone she didn’t want to hurt with such news.” Tiffany felt her heart burning, she couldn’t handle the triumphant smirk on the girl’s face, she couldn’t comprehend or listen to her friends pleas of her not to listen to the girl. She just heard her heart breaking.

She shot one last glare at the girl before she stormed away, tears already stinging her eyes.

Jessica moved, wanting to go after her but was stopped by Sunny.

“Let her go, let’s wait for Taeyeon, confirm if this is true first.” The short one whispered and the girl nodded.

“We’re made for each other.” Rachel said as she sighed dreamily, the girls frowned and just wished Taeyeon would get out of there soon.

After a few minutes of awkward silence Taeyeon got out of the office with a smile on her face.

“Sorry for taking so long, Professor McGonagall was just telling how it seemed that the broom and bludger were cursed and that they would start investigatio-“ Before she could finish her sentence Rachel had already thrown herself at Taeyeon, hugging the captain tightly.

“Rachel!” She exclaimed, surprised to see her there. “Would you mind letting me go?!” She sounded pretty annoyed at the younger girl then, she pushed the girl lightly, not wanting to hurt the girl.

“Is that the way you treat your girlfriend, Captain Kim?” Rachel said as she batted her eyelashes exaggeratedly at the older girl, who looked back at her in confusion.

“My what?” She asked, confused about what the seeker could be talking about.

“It’s about time we make it official Captain Kim, we’re meant to be.”

“Says who?” Asked Taeyeon.

“Says her, she claims she’s your girlfriend.” Hyoyeon said suddenly.

“Rachel, we already talked about this, I told you I like you as friends and you’re nice and all but… I’m interested in someone else.” Taeyeon said as she stepped away.

“But I already scared her off, we can be together peacefully.” Rachel said as she clinged on Taeyeon’s arm.

“What?” She asked.

“She told Tiffany you were together…” Sooyoung said. “Tiffany just… sped off after that.”

“WHAT?!” She exclaimed, pushing Rachel away. “Why haven’t you told me?”

“You stepped out two minutes ago and we wanted to confirm in case it was true.” Seohyun said matter-of-factly.

“Well it’s not.” She said firmly before turning to Rachel. “I can’t believe you’d do that, I told you I really liked her.”

Rachel just opened to speak but before she could even utter a word Taeyeon had already sped off, running to search for Tiffany, aiming to find her without even minding the fact that curfew was in about ten minutes.

“You screwed up big time, Rachel.” Yuri said as she approached her teammate. “She’s not going to forgive you this.”

Rachel just left the scene and the girls just shook their heads.

“Should we worry about Taeyeon and Tiffany?” Yoona asked and Hyoyeon shook her head.

“Don’t worry, they’ll probably be snogging all night long.” Hyoyeon said with a small chuckle. “Although it was… not the best of days, thank you guys see you later.”

Taeyeon stopped for a second, taking a deep breath. She realized running around such a big castle with no direction in particular while searching like a mad woman for Tiffany was not going well so far, so she thought ‘If I were Tiffany and wanted to be alone… where would I be?’

After a few seconds of thinking her face lit up.

“The astronomy tower!” She exclaimed loudly before speeding off.

She arrived to the astronomy tower and as she identified Tiffany’s figure with an ethereal glow given to her by the beautiful moonlight, she felt like dancing happily, but her body felt so tired from all the events today and the running she did… she couldn’t bring herself to.

She took in a deep breath, gathering all her courage.

It was now or never.

She approached the girl and wrapped her arms around the slender waist, causing the latter to jump in surprise and squeal slightly.

“Blimey Taeyeon!” Exclaimed Tiffany, the latter just sniffed loudly and wiped away her tears before continuing. “You surprised me.”

“I’m sorry.” Taeyeon said as she turned the younger girl around. “About what Rachel said…”

“Oh, that? Don’t worry, you don’t need to explain yourself.” Tiffany said as she smiled at Taeyeon, a smile so fake it caused the other girl to frown. “It was about time you got a girl.”

“Tiffany-” Taeyeon started but was stopped by Tiffany’s rambling once again.

“I understand I mean, you have  no obligation to tell me something like that, we’re just friends…”

“Tiffany-” She tried again, failing miserably.

“I’m actually happy for you… I don’t like her for you but if you like her then I’ll just have to-”

Taeyeon tired of trying to catch her attention, just took the younger girl’s face between her hands causing the latter to stop talking abruptly and a huge blush to adorn her cheeks.

“Tiffany,” She said again, only to be welcomed by merely a nod this time. “Rachel isn’t my girlfriend, she’s just delusional.”

Tiffany seemed stunned by the statement, sure, but she was more stunned by how beautiful Taeyeon looked up close, this was the closest anyone has ever been to her.

“Really?” Tiffany asked, her rosy cheeks turning a brighter red and her eyes filled themselves by a hopeful glow.

“Really.” Taeyeon said as she smiled at the younger one, she started rubbing Tiffany’s cheeks before continuing. “I only have eyes for one person.”

Tiffany held her breath in. Was Taeyeon going to confess?

Only a few seconds of silence had passed but Tiffany was anxious. She wanted to hear it then and there.

“Who is it?” She asked, her heart racing from the rush.

“Oh, I think you know.” Taeyeon said, she was dying of embarrassment and she felt like running away. But she had to be brave, for her, for Tiffany.

She leaned in slowly, her eyes meeting Tiffany’s, silent letting the girl know what she was up to.

The latter just closed her eyes and braced herself for the impact, she had been wanting to do this for a while.

When their lips touched each other everything else in the universe melted away, Tiffany’s hands reached for Taeyeon’s shirt collar, pulling her as close as she could while the shorter one just wrapped her arms around Tiffany’s waist, making the contact even more intimate.

Their lips danced innocently against each other, just trying to allow the other one how they really felt for each other.

Something animalistic roared in Tiffany’s chest, something she could only hear and feel. She knew it then, the veela part of herself had decided Taeyeon… Taeyeon was the one. She was the one for eternity.

Of course she wasn’t going to tell her that, it might be a bit creepy.

They both leaned out from the kiss and smiled at each other.

“Do you want to be my girlfriend?” Taeyeon asked, her chest swelling with pride at how easily the words had managed to slip out of her lips.

“Oh, I think you know.” Tiffany said, mimicking Taeyeon’s words and tone before she leaned in and kissed her sweetly.

“Bingo!” A voice exclaimed and caused the two of them to lean away. “Students out of bed.” Filch said as he approached them the soft mewls of Mrs. Norris resounding clearly.

And as Mr. Filch drag the two of them grabbing them harshly by the ears back to the Headmaster’s neither of them stopped smiling.

Because the small punishment they were going to get had been sooo worth it. 

So.... I really wanted to write this although I feel like it , next chapter will be HyoNic/YulSic, you won't see official SooSun or YoonHyun in a while so be patient :D
