Krystal POV

I woke up the next day feeling really sick. My eyes are sore and for some reason my head is throbbing. As I looked around, I found out that I wasn't in my room. Gosh, where am I? 

Just then, I found my bestfriend sleeping peacefully yet uncomfortably on the sofa. It suddenly dawned on me, I'm in Sehun's room. This is the first time I've slept here. I went into his bathroom and washed my face, hoping to lessen the soreness of my eyes. 

Last night's events flashed back into my mind. I can't. I refuse to marry Kris Wu. There has to be a mistake... I was about to cry again but I held it in. I don't want to be a bother to the Oh's again.

After being presentable enough, I went over to where Sehun was sleeping, placed his blanket around him and went out to prepare breakfast. It is the only way I could thank Sehun for being there last night. It would have been awful if he wasn't there.

I went into the kitchen and looked for something I could cook. I basically had the approval of Sehun's umma to use her kitchen. Going back here almost everyday for the past 15 years, this house felt like my own.

"Pancakes.", I said to myself. I'll make pancakes. Sehun loves the chocolate-flavored one. I'm making him some.

"You look cheerful enough." I was surprised by his voice. He surely knows how to surprise people.

"I look really awful." I replied.

"You look ugly as always."

"Aish. It's still early, Kai. But I'd rather be called ugly than get married."

"What's wrong with Kris Wu?"

"Nothing. It's just that I don't want to get married. And please, let's not talk about it. Have you eaten breakfast?"

"Aniyo."

"Then, would pancakes be fine?" He nodded.

"But... uh... I want the one with chocolate chips." I know he felt shy. This is the first time he's asking something from me. I just smiled and nodded at his request.

"So, you'll be staying here.", Kai spoke again. "Your room is actually ready."

"Mwo?"

"Sehun said last night. Your things are already upstairs."

I was shocked. Are my parents throwing me out for refusing to marry? Kai somehow read my mind when he continued talking.

"Relax. You'll only be here for a week. Your parents are giving you time to think."
