The Choice I Made
Description
"Let me be the one to break it up so you won't have to make excuses;
We don't need to find a set up where someone wins and someone losses.
We just have to say our love was true but has now become a lie.
So I'm telling you I love you one last time...
and goodbye."
When the love you have hurts more than it heals, are you ready to let go?
The choice is yours.

Foreword
I look at her frame as she walks away. She spat the most painful words but why does it feel like she's hurting more than I do? And as I watch her fade from the distance, I ask myself: If I am to go back in the past, will I still choose to love her, knowing very well that my love would only destroy her? If I had ignored the fluttering of my heart then, maybe right now she would be as happy as she was before she met me.
We are both prisoners of circumstance—she of her past and me of my future. The present is the only thing left for us, but what do we do when the present itself already sentenced us to death? We could have never known each other's existence if it had not been for fate. But the fate that brought us together is the same fate that broke us into pieces.
Fate, indeed, has two ways of crushing us: by neglecting our wishes and by fulfilling them.
