After Kim Woo Bin finished telling the story of last night, he was almost breathless.

Apparently, after he got us drinks, he returned to where he left me and realized that I was missing. He had asked Krystal if she saw me and it appeared that she did see me while I was dragging Kris. With his suspicion high, he followed me to the gents’ room but when he found that it was locked, he patiently waited outside the door. Five minutes later, he said, Kris walked out of the room with an unreadable expression. Sensing that something must have happened to me, he rushed inside and found me slumped on the floor in daze. He said I was wearing an expressionless face and he was almost scared to death that my soul had left me. He shook me hard until I returned to earth and according to him, I walked out of the room and proceeded to where the glasses of champagne were and started gulping everything one by one until I was too drunk that I almost caused a scene if not for him hauling me away from the hall.

“Oh. My. God,” was all I muttered after he ended his story. “I wasn’t really in my right mind, was I?”

He nodded. “Yeah, you weren’t. I was actually surprised you were still able to walk after all the alcohol you have consumed.”

“But how come I am here and not in my apartment?”

“I wanted to drop you off in your home but when I called Eric, he said it wouldn’t be a good idea because tons of reporters are still lurking around your building and it wouldn’t do you any good if any of them would see you in your state last night. He asked me to let you stay with me until the environment around your building has quieted down,” he explained.

“Okay, but that doesn’t really explain why I am in your shirt,” I reminded him and I raised the shirt again.

“Well, that’s where the gross part of last night enters,” he said, grinning as if he’s enjoying a private joke in his mind.

“Gross part? Don’t tell me I---“ puked.

As if reading my mind, he answered, “Yes. You threw up all over me while I was trying to help you to get here. And as if it was not enough, you decided to ruin your beautiful dress with your gastric contents.
