Minah POV

I dragged Taehyung into the supermarket. I could feel my heart beat a little faster because of how close we were, but I decided to shake it off.

I was happy that Taehyung saved me from those 5 jerks. I wanted to thank him by doing something rather than just saying ‘thankyou’ but I’m not rich or anything. I wish I could do something for him that would make him happy.

 I grabbed some bread and a bottle of milk and I saw Taehyung grab just junk foods. I made my way to the cashier and was about to grab my wallet, but Taehyung was somehow in front of me and prevented me for paying for my own food and grabbed my hands. He took out his wallet and paid for both our food.

“Let me pay for this.” He said.

“No! You just saved my life, and now, you’re paying for my food? I don’t want to be a burden.” I argued

He had already paid and was dragging me out while holding out food. I looked at him.  He had his usual poker face on and dragged me to the corner of the supermarket.

A pinned me to the wall. I looked up at him in surprise.

“You’re not a burden. You never were and never will be. Okay?” He said as he looked into my eyes. I looked back at him and was puzzled by his actions. Why did he have to pin me to a wall to say that I’m not a burden?  But even though he said that, I knew that I was a burden,

“But-“I started.  He banged his hands above my head and his face came closer to mine.

He then kissed me. I froze at his touch. My head was spinning. My head told me to push him away, but my body was feeling rebellious and did nothing. It was a sweet and gentle. But it became more intense by the second.  My legs were starting to feel like jelly. I don’t know why I let him do this to me. My heart was racing as we kept kissing.

I felt his hands drop and wrap around my waist, as he pulled me closer and deepened the kiss. His lips started to move, and I started to follow and kissed him without thinking.

After about two minutes, I finally had the strength to push him away.
