Seohyun was in her room, lying down with various thoughts on her head. Suddenly her phone rang.

“Yoebseo?” She softly said.

“Hyunnie, what are you doing now?” Yoona asked

“Busy doing nothing” she said and made a soft chuckle

“Don’t we have any homework to do?” Yoona asked again

“English and Algebra only” Seohyun answered

“Alright, are you feeling ok now. Don’t ever tell me you’re crying again” Yoona said

“Anneyo unnie” Seohyun said

“That is good to hear. Ahm… Bye the way Hyunnie, I forgot to tell you that the MVP guy ask me your number yesterday” Yoona said

“MVP guy? You mean Kyuhyun?” Seohyun asked

“I think that is the name of your seatmate.” Yoona answered.

“So, did you give it?” Seohyun asked nervously

“I was hesitant at first but he was really begging me, so I gave it. He didn’t call you yet?” Yoona said

“Anneyo” She said in a little sad tone

“I call you later Hyunnie, Eomma is calling me alright? Bye”

“Bye unnie” Seohyun said

After the call ended, Seohyun still can’t believe what she had heard earlier.

“Does Yoona unnie making fun with me? Why would that Kyuhyun guy would ask for my number?” She thought

“Of course, Yoona unnie is playing a trick on me” She said to herself and start to call Yoona

--- ring ---- ring ----- ring---

“Unnie” She said

“Yeobseo? This is Im Yoon A. I am busy right now. Just leave your message after the beep. Thank you” Yoona’s recorded voice said

“Aishh.. why won’t she answer the phone” Seohyun said in irritation

She put away her phone beside the lampshade. She is still lying on the bed and staring unto the ceiling. After a few minutes of silence, her phone received a text message.

“Hey, It’s me Hyunnie”

The number was unknown that is why she just ignores it but she suddenly remembers what Yoona had said earlier.

“May I know who this is?” She makes a big sigh and press send

“Don’t you remember me again?”
 

“Aaahhmm…Kyuhyun right?”

“Neh, of course its me”

Then they start to text each other with various topics until he said this:

“Can I call you?”

The moment Seohyun had read the message, she don’t know how to react and was left frozen

“Hyunnie?? Still there?”

“yes”

“So, can I call you?”

Seohyun’s heart skip a bit and she was nervous.

She slowly type O……K….. Took a deep breathe and press send

After a few seconds her phone rang and she felt more nervous

“Yoebseo?” she said shyly

“hey, Hyunnie” he said

“Hi” she said in a little voice

“Thanks for letting me call you” Kyuhyun said

“No big deal”

“So, what are you doing now? Did I disturb you?”

“Anneyo, I am just waiting for Yonna unnie to call me”

“Oh, I am sorry, do you want me to call you later?”

“It’s ok. So why did you call me anyway?”

“ahm… I just want to apologize for the other day, for making you angry? I AM REALLY SORRY HYUNNIE”

“It’s ok. And I am sorry also for yelling at you”

“You don’t need to say sorry it was my fault”

“Still… Im sorry”

“Alright, apology accepted! How about me?”

“Let me think… ok”

“ok what?”

“Apology accepted.. alright?”

“Really? Thank you so much”

---- silence -----

“Hyunnie?”

“Neh?”

“What are you doing for tomorrow?”

“Ahm… I don’t know”

“Do you want to go to the beach?”

“Beach? I haven’t been in a beach for a long time.”

“So, will you come?”

“Why are you asking me to the beach?”

“Ahmm nothing.. like an apology gift?”

“Ok. I think the sea can make me feel better”

“So, I’ll se you tomorrow?”

“Neh, where will we meet?”

“At the bus stop, a couple of blocks from your house at 7am”

“You know where I live?”

“I just asked some people”

“You are like a stalker”

“Not really, just a bit”

“So, you mean you really stalk?”

“You are so silly. See you tomorrow Hyunnie”
 

“ok see yah bye”

After the conversation, she put her phone down and hugged her Kerroro stuffed toy

“Did I just talk to him?”

“Oh my God, We are going to the beach as in HIM and ME? What will I do? I’m nervous”

IN THE MORNING

KYUHYUN’S POV

Tick tock tick tock the clock strikes its long hand to 5 and its short hand to 3. I have opened my eyes and realize that it is still dawn. I quickly get up and took a shower. I was never this kind of person who would get up early in the morning except for the team’s jogging schedule but for Hyunnie, this day is an exception.

After I took the shower, I put on a white polo and a khaki pants. I walk thorough the mirror back and forth to make sure that I am looking good.

“You are looking good man” he said to his reflections

“Aish..” He said and changes his hairstyle again.

“Much better” I confirmed myself to the mirror and then went downstairs and heading to the kitchen when I saw Seulong on the couch

“What are you doing?” I asked

“Eating, Can’t you see?”

“Why are you dress up like that?”

“Waeyo? Is it awful?” I asked him worriedly

“Very awful…” He answered

“Why?” I asked him again

“Awful because who would dress up like that in a basketball practice?” Seulong said and took a bite with the bread

“Practice? I am not going” I said and went to the fridge

“Why aren’t you coming?” He asked again

“I have some important things to do” I said while putting some fruits and foods in the basket

“Yah, why are you taking half of the fridge?” Seulong asked while heading to my direction
 

“Don’t worry I’ll do the grocery after I came back ” I said as I put the orange juice in the basket

“Where are you heading to? and its still early” He asked while doing some inspection in the basket

“I'll be going. Bye” I said not answering his question

“Yah, come back here, I am still talking to you” Seulong shouted while I go out from the door

SEOHYUN’S POV

It is already 6 in the morning when I finally woke up. My heart skips again as I remember what happened yesterday and I am contemplating whether to come or not. After a while of debating, my heart wins over my mind. I went to the shower and then went to my closet and got stucked since I don’t know what to wear. After a while, I ended up with a yellow and white dress. I brought a bag and fill it up with fruits and. Before I go, I left a note at unnie’s door that says

“Getting some fresh air,
I’ll be back, don’t worry”

- Hyunnie-

I was walking through the streets heading to the bus stop where we agreed to meet. The weather was marvellous, the sky is blue and the sun is really bright. After a couple of blocks I can already see the bus stop and there I saw him, sitting on the bench with little rays of light on his hair. He really does look like an angel from above. I fixed my dress, took a deep breathe and went over him.

“Hi” I managed to say and smile

“hello” he said

“Im sorry I am late” I said

“it’s ok. I will still wait until you will arrive” he answered and made me speechless

I slowly sat down beside him with my bag between us.

--- silence ----

“you look nice” we said in chorus

“You go ahead” We said again in chorus

“You talk first” I said and smile

“AHm… you look nice in that dress” he said

“erm thanks. You too, you look good with that outfit” I compliment him
 

“really? Thanks” he said

--- silence ---

“When do the bus coming?” I asked

“It arrived earlier around 7:15. I think the next one is around 8:30” he said

“aah..” I said feeling guilty for arriving late

Then we sat with that bench waiting for the bus to arrive.
