It is Algebra Class; Seohyun is a little bit early for school. She went to her seat lifelessly. She keeps staring at the window for about a long time now and then she didn’t realize that tears are slowly running down her cheeks.

--- Flashback ---

“The elders of both families have decided that you, my dear Seohyun will be the perfect wife for him” Grandfather said those words while looking at me

I don’t know what to do at that moment, I was contemplating to myself whether I heard it right or is he really talking to me. I was still in the state of absorbing all the words they were saying when unnie cut my confusion.

“Appa? What was that? Why are you doing this again? And now Hyunnie? She is too young for god sake” Yuri unnie said angrily and after she said that, I finally get the point that I am the one who’s going to get married

“unnie tell me there kidding right?” I said to unnie, still not believing to them

“I am sorry honey, but you are getting married” Appa said to me

“Do something Appa” I pleaded to him

“There is nothing I can do Hyunnie” Appa said

After dad told me that, I feel that I had shattered into pieces and no can put it back again.

I felt that my cheeks are getting warmer and I realize that I was crying again like I was always doing it since the day they told me. I wiped my tears and start to destruct myself but still the word MARRIAGE still pops unto my head.

After a few minutes, the room is already half full and then Yoona arrived, immediately noticed Seohyuns situation.

“Seohyun ah, don’t you feel well? Yoona asked as she noticed Seohyun not in her proper senses

“Huh? Im fine unnie” She said so that Yoona wont feel worry

“Really? You don’t look fine. Are you sick? You haven’t call me since you arrived from Busan yesterday” Yoona said

“Anneyo unnie, I am really fine” She lied again

“Hyunnie..” Yoona said

“Weh?” Seohyun asked

“Tell me now” Yoona said

“Tell you what?” Seohyun asked innocently

“Even if you won’t tell me, I know and I can feel that you are not ok, were sisters remember?” Yoona said and give her a genuine smile

“unnie” Seohyun said looking at Yoona and was about to cry

“Let’s talk at lunch ok?” Yoona said

“Ok unnie” Seohyun managed to answer and Yoona wiped the tears on her cheeks.

LUNCH TIME

“So what it is?” Yoona asked while mixing the dressing of her salad

“Huh?” Sehyun asked, not in her proper senses again

“Hyunnie, tell me now” Yoona said

“Tell what?” Sooyoung asked while having a sip of her banana milk

“Ahm.. I don’t know where to start but the thing is …… I…… I …. Am…… getting married” Seohyun said in a low voice the last two words

Yoona and Sooyoung burst into laughter

“So funny Hyunnie. You got me on that. Seriously, what it is?” Yoona said still holding her laughter

“Im serious” Seohyun said slowly

The two look Seohyun intensely and then looked to Yuri who nods her head as a sign of confirmation after realizing that it’s true Yoona stopped laughing and Sooyoung dropped the fork her holding.

“Yeah, it’s true” Yuri managed to say

“Oh my goodness! I can’t believe it” Yoona said slowly the words

“And who is the guy?” Sooyoung asked

“I don’t know yet” Seohyun said in a low voice

“What? You are getting married to someone you do not know?” Sooyoung said in a voice a little higher than her usual

“Arranged married?” Yoona guessed

“Exactly” Yuri said and Seohyun nod as a response

“Really? I never knew arranged married still exist nowadays” Sooyoung said while having a bite of her sandwich

“That is what I’m telling them but they wont listen” Yuri commented

“How about your studies, you will stop?” Yoona asked

“Of course not unnie, why would I?” Seohyun answered

“I still can’t believe you’re getting married before me Hyunnie. I don’t know if you are fortunate or not” Sooyoung said

“Definitely unfortunate, don’t worry Hyunnie I will do everything to stop your marriage” Yuri said

“It will definitely come true Hyunnie since the best wedding escaper had just said” Sooyoung said trying to hide her laughter

“Nice one Sooyoung, You better shut your mouth now and don’t ever touch that topic again” Yuri said and give Sooyoung a tough look

“Unnie, I need to go to the library now, I forgot to do some research for my class this afternoon. I’ll see you around” Seohyun said and hurriedly went out from the cafeteria

LIBRARY

Kyuhyun was looking for a book in the shelves when he gazes around where Seohyun was sitting.

“Oh it’s Hyunnie” He said to himself

“Should I go near her?” He thought

He was debating to his self whether he will go to her or not. His head is telling him not to go since they are not really close with each other but his heart is shouting out loud for him to go near her. After a while of contemplating, his heart definitely won.

“Fighting Kyuhyun” he encourages himself

As he was about to take a step, Seohyun was looking at where he was and then suddenly waves her hand. He slowly raises his hands to wave back when someone patted him and said

“Excuse me” An orange haired guy said

He then realizes that she was not waving at her but to the orange haired guy named Jinwoon.

“Hyunnie, are you done with your research?” Jinwoon asked

“Almost” Seohyun answered

“Do you need some help? I am at your service” Jinwoon offers her some help

Hyunnie just laugh at him

In that moment, Kyuhyun was left frozen where he was standing. He wanted to melt or pop out and be gone. He doesn’t know what to do and how to react. His heart skip and he can’t understand what it means. He cannot define the emotion his been feeling right now. After awhile, he turned back and went out from the library.

SEOHYUN POV

I was sitting on a table near the window in the library, reading the book for our next subject. It was a little bit crowded in the library and I can’t fully concentrate. As I was flipping the page of the book, I managed to look at my right side. I saw a familiar figure looking for a book in the Math Section. I wanted him to come and sit with me.

“What am I thinking?” I asked myself

I was daydreaming of him walking towards my table when another familiar face behind him wave at me. I waved back when I fully recognize him. When Jinwoon walk towards my table, I pretend that I was not looking at him but when I looked back, I saw him walking away.

“Why are you leaving, come back” my teasing mind said

How I wish I could grab you and make you come back. How I wish I can explain what I am feeling right now. I don’t know why I am feeling this way.

LIVING ROOM

Seohyun is on the phone talking to Yoona while Yuri is on her laptop chatting to Sooyoung.

Pretty&Tall: Do we have homework for tomorrow?

Blackpearl: yes

Pretty&Tall: Really? About what?

Blackpearl: Chemistry problem. Duh?

Pretty&Tall: I don’t remember any

Blackpearl: Of course you won’t since you are only thinking about food and….

Pretty&Tall: And what?

Blackpearl: Your seatmate. What is his name again?

Pretty&Tall: Jonghyun and I am not thinking of him

Blackpearl: Alright, just staring at him during class =)

New message received.

Thai_prince: Hello Ms.

Blackpearl: Hello, may I know who you are?

Thai_prince: You have already forgotten me my love?

Blackpearl: JERK!!!!

Pretty&Tall: Are you done with your homework?

Blackpearl: Yes

Pretty&Tall: Then there is no reason for me to do mine. Thank You Yuri

Thai_prince: Don’t easily be pissed my love. You are beautiful when you’re like that

Blackpearl: Aigoo.. I am so unfortunate to have you as my friend

Pretty&Tall: It’s ok. I am lucky to have you =)

Thai_prince: Still there?

Blackpearl: I am signing out

Thai_prince: Please don’t! Just a few more minutes please. I had a hard time asking for your email address

Blackpearl: You are so jerk and stupid

Thai_prince: I’ll take that as a compliment. I recently got stupid because of you

Pretty&Tall: I am signing out Yuri. Bye!

Blackpearl: Why do you keep on bugging me jerk? Do you really feel happy when you make me mad?

Pretty&Tall: Huh? What are you talking about Yuri?

Blackpearl: Oh my god! Sorry Sooyoung. It was not for you

Pretty&Tall: ok! Let me copy your homework alright?

Blackpearl: Alright

Yuri was about to send the message to Nickhun when she felt something weird

“Why am I feeling this way?” she asked herself
She read again his messages and a trace of smile can be seen on her face. She erased the message she has typed earlier and type another

Blackpearl: I’ll be sleeping now. Bye! You too, sleep well. See you tomorrow

Nickhun is anxiously waiting for Yuri’s reply

“What took her so long to type?” Khun said to himself

He did not let his eyes away from his laptop and then a message pop to his inbox. He excitedly moves the cursor to the word “open” and then he click it and read the message. After reading, you can see a genuine and priceless smile on his face

“She said sleep well to me” Khun said while jumping around going nuts

And then he reply

Thai_prince: Sweet dreams princess.

Both of them have a good night.

After talking to Yoona, Seohyun went directly to her room. She took her bag and got a small notebook containing her to do lists.

“oh, I don’t have any homework for tomorrow. Yeepey” She said happily

She quickly close the notebook and grab a towel and went on for a shower.

After she is done, she dresses herself with a loose shirt and a pajama. She took her necklace and put it on the side table, adjusting herself in the bed and turn off her lampshade.

She turns on the light and staring blankly at the ceiling. She then took her necklace, she kiss it and hold it until she fall asleep, then a tears falling down from her eyes was seen.
