A NIGHT TO REMEMBER
Jang Mi’s tears kept flowing from her eyes.
“Lee Jang Mi.
I’m an idiot sometimes.
Sometimes childish,
Sometimes stubborn.
I can’t promise a smooth sailing marriage because there’s no such one.
I could only give you my heart that loves you and Bada.
I’ll be the best father I can be, be the best friend you can have and the better half you can’t lose.
I love you Lee Jang Mi.
It’s always been you ever since.
Please accept me.
Jang Mi, will you marry me?”
Jang Mi is floating in happiness with all she heard.
“Yes! Yes, Lee Donghae. I will marry you!”
Donghae got up from his knees and embraces Jang Mi.
“Thank you! Thank you! And I love you!”
“I love you too.”
Donghae then had Jang Mi wear the ring.
“Now when they see this they will never think they have a chance on you.”
Jang Mi laughed at what Donghae said.
“Of course they don’t. No one ever did. You always had me for seven years already.”
Donghae smiled looking at Jang Mi.
“Promise you’ll stay with me.” Donghae asked.
“I will.”
Donghae then kissed her with so much love.

It’s their wedding day.
Jang Mi looks very beautiful in her wedding gown.
“Oh my, you’re very beautiful my dear.” Jang Mi’s mom happily said.
“Thank you mom!”
Suddenly they heard a knock on the door.
Then there came in a woman who’s very dear to her too. It was Donghae’s mom.
“Auntie!”
“Jang Mi! Hey, don’t call me Auntie anymore. Call me Umma ok?”
They all laughed.
“I’ve always wanted this to happen Jang Mi.”
Jang Mi smiled at Donghae’s mom.
She’s so happy now that she has 2 mothers.
Donghae on the other hand is waiting at the wedding venue. They decided to have it near the beach. It was a hill overlooking the sea. Just a perfect and beautiful place.
Leeteuk noticed Donghae pacing back and forth. He looked so tensed.
“Donghaeya! Are you fine?” Leeteuk asked.
“How do I look, Hyung?”
“”Man, you’re really looking good with that tuxedo.” Leeteuk answered.
“Thanks. But I’m really nervous. Jang Mi’s not here yet.”
“Of course she’ll come.” Said Heechul who went near them.
“Hyung! Call them. Where are they now?” Donghae asked Heechul.
“Woh woh! Easy Donghae. Don’t get so nervous. She’ll be here any minute.” Heechul said laughing.
The guests are already seated. The bridesmaids and groomsmen were ready too. Jang Mi decided to have all her close female friends bridesmaids. And Donghae made all the SuJu boys groomsmen.
Michi is her maid of honor and Leeteuk was the best man.
Donghae then felt a tap on his shoulder.
As he turned, it was Yunho with DBSK behind him.
“Hyung!”
“One lucky guy. Congratulations!” Yunho said with a smile.
“Thank you.”
Yunho then embraced Donghae.
“Take care of her, or I’ll kill you!”
“ I know Hyung. I will take care of her.”
After DBSK left, Jang Mi’s uncle then approached Donghae.
“Donghaeya!”
“Uncle.” Donghae said with bit nervousness on his voice.
“You finally are getting married. And with my sweet niece.”
Donghae then smiled.
“Thank you uncle. I love Jang Mi so much. I will take care of her.”
“Make sure about that son. I don’t want to her see crying again.” Jang Mi’s Uncle said.
“Of course I’m sure sir.”
Convinced, the man then left.
Finally, a familiar car went in the compound. It stopped right at the bottom of the carpet.
As the door opened, Donghae saw her bride to be in her gown.
Donghae can’t take his eyes off Jang Mi. She’s the most beautiful woman in the world for him at that moment.
Everyone then got ready for the entourage.
The ceremony stared.
The priest then asked Donghae if he accepts Jang Mi as his wife.
“I do!” Donghae exclaimed with her eyes set on Jang Mi.
When Jang Mi was asked the same question, Jang Mi was silent for a moment.
Donghae was nervous looking at Jang Mi. She didn’t answer quickly like he did.
Jang Mi was looking somewhere else. It’s as if she wants to see someone else.
Jang Mi then smiled as if she found what she’s looking for.
All of a sudden, a sound of a piano was heard all over the place. It was accompanied by a beautiful melody of a violin.
Everyone looked to where the music came from.
It was at the choir part.
Ryewook was playing the piano.
And Henry was playing the violin.
Jang Mi then took the microphone and started singing her vow.
“You are given by God to me,
The answer to my prayers.
So that in all times, in every chance,
I will only love you.
You light up my world,
You are the better half of my heart.
Not in a single moment I will replace you
Now and forever it’s always been you.
If there’s a future that I look forward to,
It’s because I know you’ll be there.
Forever isn’t enough to show how much I love you
In my heart,
Again and again
And with all the love in my heart, I DO.”
The song ended.
Donghae’s eyes are filled with tears. He didn’t expect Jang Mi to sing her vow.
Jang Mi is crying too.
Everyone is clapping and felt the love between Donghae and Jang Mi.
After the priest said his part, Donghae then kissed Jang Mi.
Everyone is so happy to witness the wedding.
Everybody congratulated Donghae and Jang Mi.
They had the party afterwards. Super Junior performed Marry U for the newly wed. Although Donghae wasn’t part of the rehearsal, he was pulled by Leeteuk to join them singing.
Jang Mi looked at Donghae performing with the other boys. Her happiness could not be measured. She has everything. Her family, her parents, her Uncle, her new mother which is Donghae’s mom, her friends, Bada and the man she only loved, Donghae.
Jang Mi and Donghae received a gift from her uncle. A vacation trip slash honeymoon vacation too. Just as they left Seoul starts a new life for them - her, Donghae and Bada.
