Everyone squatted in a small circle. Lu Han especially chose to sit near the door. He was afraid of high places and he needed to hold on to something solid to calm his nerves. He looked at everyone else and his eyes landed on you. You were also looking at him, with a frown on your face. You looked shock when your eyes met. You frowned harder before averting your eyes somewhere else. He guessed you must still be angry because of the text he sent you earlier. Annoying grizzly, he thought as a playful grin appeared on his face. He doesn’t understand why he enjoys annoying you. He never actually liked people that much, and he didn’t care if others don’t like him either. Before, he didn’t really intend to annoy you or anything. He was aware his treatment towards you wasn’t really something what others would call nice, but he was just being himself and he couldn’t care less what you were going to think about him. However, you were starting to fight back, which at first he found really annoying. But as time passed, he realized that he was actually enjoying your banters. And lately, he had actually been annoying you on purpose. “So guys, let’s play a game!” Chen declared. “It’s called ‘Truth and Dare, Chen version’.” Everyone went on grumbling about why it had to be Truth and dare instead of picking just one. But as usual, Chen’s ideas prevailed whenever mischief is concerned. “So, it’s the usual spin the bottle truth or dare game, but you have to pick a name from these papers here first, and the person you picked will give the question and the dare. And one shot every time the bottle points to you,” Chen explained while holding out a bottle of soju and the shot glass for everyone to see. Lu Han gave a short laugh. He had already expected this. Chen is someone who always has something up his sleeve, and it usually involved breaking some rules. You were fretting about how alcohol was prohibited, and if everyone was even old enough to start drinking. He had noticed how you were always so uptight, and deemed you as one of those types who always follows the rules and who never does anything really interesting. Really a nerd, he laughed to himself as he listened to you argue with the others. “But guys, Joo Ri is still a minor. She’s only seventeen,” Suho interrupted. “Really?!” Some of the guys said in unison with a shocked expression on their faces. Lu Han also stared at you in shock. Seventeen?! He had already assumed that you were younger since you were pretty childish most of the time, but he didn’t think you would be that young. The others were arguing whether they should let you drink or not. If it were up to him, he wouldn’t let you drink, most especially not in one of Chen’s games. Though he personally doesn’t have a high tolerance with alcohol, he was always smart enough to know when to stop drinking. You on the other hand, your instincts he didn’t trust. And besides, you are a minor, and that should have ended the argument. “One has to try new things every once in a while. I even tried drinking when I was only fourteen,” Chen argued. “Making yourself an example only makes it less convincing,” he told Chen. “Let Joo Ri decide,” Baekhyun suggested. “Joo Ri?” Sehun asked. Everyone looked at you, waiting for an answer. “Uh,” you muttered. I hope she doesn’t do anything stupid, he thought as he waited for your answer. Honestly, you looked pretty dumb as you tried to figure things out, but he supposed you wouldn’t be dumb enough to actually agree with Chen and join the drinking game. “I’ll join,” you finally answered. What?! “Alright!” Chen, Baekhyun and Chanyeol said. “Are you sure?” Lay asked worriedly. “Yeah. I think I’ll be fine,” you answered. “Alright. The bottle pointed to you again, and you seemed to be a little disoriented after your second shot. The game went on and the bottle pointed at D.O. “Whoa! It’s Joo Ri, and it has a star!” Chen announced as he read D.O.’s paper, pulling Lu Han’s wandering mind back to earth. “Don’t make them do anything stupid,” Suho warned Chen as D.O. picked a paper from the second box. “Neck,” D.O. read. “This should be okay right?” Chen asked. No, it’s not! “Pick something else,” Suho said. “But hyung, this one of the few better choices. Honestly,” Chen told him. “What things did you write in the other papers?” Suho interrogated. “Interesting ones?” Chen answered. “Aish. Fine. Is that okay Joo Ri?” Suho asked. Kai held you in both shoulders and slowly lowered his head to your neck. Lu Han saw you held your breath and literally froze. Kai paused for a while. He seemed to be whispering something to you but it was too soft for Lu han to hear. “Why do I suddenly feel all fluttery?” Baekhyun muttered as he watched you and Kai. Chen, who was standing in one corner, suddenly took out his phone and started searching for a good camera angle. “I’m digging in,” Kai said. You closed your eyes as Kai‘s face drew closer to your neck. Lu Han unconsciously curled his hands into fists. His heart was beating loud and fast. Finally, Kai’s lips touched your neck as he gently at the cream. Lu Han held his breath, his fists curling tighter, his nails digging into his palms. Kai Finally moved his head away and gently wiped your neck with his thumb as he stared at your face. “WOOOH! Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!” The boys’ teasing finally reminded you that there were other people around. Kai went back to where he was seating while you walked back to yours in a slightly wobbly daze. Your face was a slight shade of red, though Lu Han couldn’t figure if it was due to the alcohol or something else. He frowned when he realized that there was somewhat a heavy feeling in his chest. “Joo Ri, what’s your question?” Chen asked. “Huh?” You asked blankly. “Your question,” Chen repeated. Stupid grizzly, Lu Han huffed silently. “Oh, uh...,” you muttered and continued after a while. “Uhm, how many girlfriends did you have?” Why does she want to know about his girlfriends? He thought irritably, his mood getting darker by the moment. “A few,” Kai answered. The others continued talking about Kai’s girlfriends while Lu Han kept on frowning to himself as he threw you resentful glances every once in a while. Finally, the topic was closed and they started spinning the bottle again. “Hyung, are you alright?” Sehun asked him. “Huh? Uh, yeah. Why?” He asked. “You don’t look okay,” Sehun answered. “I’m fine. It took him a moment to realize that it was your turn and you have picked his name. “Alright, the two of you at the center,” Chen said. Lu Han looked back at you. You’re expression changed into a displeased frown. “Ya! You two! Come here,” Chen repeated. “NO!” The both of you answered at the same time. “Aish! The two of you engaged in a short staring contest until you finally huffed and stood up rather unsteadily. “Fine!” You said and nearly tripped towards D.O. Good thing Sehun and D.O. were quick enough to help you regain your balance. “Joo Ri, are you okay?” Sehun asked worriedly. “Yes,” you answered and walked over to Chen. He handed you the shot glass and you emptied it, frowning. “Lu Han-hyung come here,”
