Love Blossom.

World of our own

Love blossom.

SuHo couldn’t help but smile. The unofficial date with Ara had gone smoothly.

Even better than smoothly, it had gone awesome. At first, the girl had been somewhat impressed. But then SuHo did have an idea and talked about books…

“So… How… How did you become the midday librarian?”

“Well… You already know that the teachers needed volunteers and since I’m in love with books and knew the library inside out so… I just had to be a librarian… You know there is nothing I’d rather spend my days if it was not for shelves filled with books…”

“So… Do you mean you’d rather be reading than with me?”

Ara first thought: yes, she loved to read but somehow this young man had something special about him. Trying to explain him what she meant without hurting him she answered:

“I didn’t mean that.” She playfully lightly hit his arm. “I love being with people… But somehow I can’t spend a day without reading. The life seems so much easier in books. You don’t ask yourself a hundred of questions. You can imagine another ending if you don’t like it. You can ignore a character that’s unbearable… I’m sorry… I’m never able to express myself… But I do enjoy the company of friends… You know I have some even though I’m a little weird…”

SuHo had giggled at her blunt statement. She already admitted that she was weird and didn’t care about it at all. What she didn’t know was that it was part of her charm…

“What about you? I already know your name and I’ve seen you many times with five other guys… Who are they? Are they your friends?”

“They are my friends yes… In fact they are more than friends…”

“They are your roommate?”

“They are my… bloo… brothers!” SuHo said quite clumsily as Ara tilted her head interrogatively.

“What do you mean SuHo?”

“Well… We all were adopted when we were children and we grew all together… We have other brothers but they are living in another town… But yes… you could say that we are roommate since we are living together… We are friends also… I just can’t picture them other than my brothers.”

“I get what you mean… You may be not blood related but you still share history and affection…”

SuHo had slightly grinned. What Ara didn’t know was that they were maybe more blood related than what she thought in a way that she could never guess… He stretched his hand to take the sugar, his fingers brushing past her hand and sending waves of electricity through both of their bodies as they shared a look smiling faintly.

Time had passed. And somehow their coffee meeting had become a ritual. Each week he would wait for her at the gate, sometime with a book in his hand to give it back or to lend her and he learned to know each other. He had even begun to see her habits: when she was intimidated, she did do everything to avoid looking the person in front of her, when she was nervous she had an old habit of biting her lower lips, almost absent-mindedly… And he loved to look at her when she was reading a book… Without even realizing it, she did do a lot of faces, sometimes concerned or contented (he liked to think that it was because of a confession scene)…

And SuHo couldn’t help but wonder how she would react if she lived a confession scene…
