Monday Morning

At the Choi’s Residence:

“Sooyoungie! Minho! It’s time to get up, it’s your first day! We don’t want anyone to be late now do we?”

“5 more minutes umma.” Said Sooyoung

“Come on kids, whoever gets ready for school first gets more bacon and will be named today’s speedy student.”

Choi Jiwoo knew that her kids could not resist food and some competition. Sooyoung and Minho both raised their heads and ran straight to their own bathrooms and rushed to get prepared. After getting out of the shower and getting dressed, it was all jut a race to the kitchen table. Since Sooyoung knew how fast her brother ran she decided to trick Minho.

“OMO. Omona. Is Yuri okay?!” she said with a concerned voice with her cellphone pressed to her ear

“Wait, what? What happened to Yul?!” he asked frantically as he jogged back to his sister’s side

“Nothing really, I’m just kidding!” *merong* she said as she sprinted towards the kitchen

“Aish. Really noona. Your phone didn’t even ring!” he said as he scolded himself for being pulled into that silly prank.

Sooyoung had a head start but Minho caught up and they arrived at the kitchen table almost at the same time not knowing who was really first. They decided not to argue anymore because they were really hungry because of all the running. And well, they ate twice as much as they usually did, specially shikshin Sooyoung. After they ate their breakfast, they bid their parents goodbye and went to school

Meanwhile at Kibum’s place…

“Umma, are you sure you’ll be fine without me today? I’ve cooked breakfast enough for you and him IF he even decides to come home today.” he said as he snarled thinking about his useless father

“Neh Kibum. I’ll be fine, and please don’t refer to your appa like that. No matter what he does or what he is, he’s still your dad.” She said with pleading eyes

“Yeah, sure,” he huffed “ I have to go now umma, I’ll be back at about 7, I have to work at the café today.”

“Arasso. Kibum~ah, be safe and do well in your new school. Don’t waste that scholarship.” She said worried about him.

“Arasso. Bye mom, love you.” He shyly said as he walked through the doorway.

Key’s POV

‘I hope I do well in school today. I have to change my ways now, no more being quiet or being a loner. Umma worries too much that I don’t really have friends. I need her to stop worrying too much about me, she should really worry about herself more.’ he thought as he let out an exasperated sigh

End of Key’s POV

Shinhwa High School

“So this is it huh?” said Key . He was very nervous as he entered the school. The old students of the school, mainly the girls were looking at him and giggling and he hoped to god that it was because they thought he was cute and not because he looked weird.

He walked to the bulletin board to see which class he was placed in and he felt so out of place. The students around him seemed to have this different aura that makes them in an entirely different league. He finally found his name in class 3D. Now that he found his class, he needed to find his classroom.

“Aish, how am I supposed to find 3D’s classroom?!” he mumbled to himself

“ Uh, excuse me,” a guy from behind him spoke up “ Annyeonghaseyo, Lee Taemin imnida,” he said as he bowed “ I’m also from class 3D and seeing as you seem a little lost I’m guessing you’re a new student. Come on, I’ll show you around and introduce you to my friends and our other classmates.” He said as he smiled at Key

“Oh, uh, thanks Taemin~ssi.” He said as he awkwardly bowed. Taemin was still looking at him as if he was still waiting for something “What? Oh, I forgot to introduce myself,” he chuckled “Annyeonghaseyo, Kim Kibum imnida but please call me Key.” He said as he laughed

They walked around the school until they got to the students’ lounge. They entered a more private lounge where there were 15 other kids. They were introduced as the Power of Nine and SHINee. The 4 other boys were captains of the sports clubs and the dance club. As they all formally introduced themselves, Taemin noticed that two were still missing.

“Where’s Minho hyung and Sooyoung noona?” Taemin asked the others

“Minho texted me about 10 minutes ago and said that they were on their way” Yuri said

A bunch of whistles and hoots were heard in the room as they teased Yuri and the fact that she was the only one Minho texted.

“ Don’t worry Taemin~ah they’re always on time anyway,” the leader of SHINee, Jinki said “ Well, how about you show Key around a bit before classes start so he’ll be familiar with the campus?”

“Arasso hyung. Yoona, you wanna join us?” he asked

“Aniyo, maybe later Taeminnie. I want to wait for Sooyoung unnie.” She said as she shyly refused

“Arasso. I’ll se you in class then.” He smiled at her

As they went out the door, Taemin pulled out his phone and started texting someone. Key just followed Taemin. Suddenly, a couple, was running towards the lounge and the girl bumped into him by accident. She looked like she was hurt so he offered her his hand.

“Aish. This is your fault. I think I twisted my ankle because of you.” She said frustrated

“I didn’t do anything, you were the one who was running!” he said as he defended himself “Aish, this girl, come on, I’ll bring you to the clinic. Just tell me where to pass.”

“Fine.” She mumbled as he suddenly carried her bridal style. She blushed as she saw how handsome the stranger was and she blushed even more at the thought of him carrying her bridal style.

I think it's pretty obvious who the girl being carried bridal style is, or is it some other girl? Next chapter will be about Sookey and TaemYoon with a little Ontaeng, Jongsica and Minyul :)
