You just lost your mother, while your father died long ago. Then, your estranged grandfather shows up to take care of you all of a sudden. 

The only problem is, your grandfather is the head of a Korean Gang! This, you found out after moving into his house. T.T

When you arrived at his mansion, you meet people who will change your life forever, apparently. They are Teentop, the Pretty Guys whom were orphaned and taken into care.

To help you adjust to your new home, you are assigned a main bodyguard, the handsome and protective L.Joe. Your other bodyguards were his friends, who were also hot.

All the more you wanted to run away from home, in hope that you'll be able to get away from this Yakuza gang, and not fall for these handsome boys.

Yet, there are these infuriatingly CUTE twins, Kwangmin and Youngmin, that follow you around after meeting you one day. You guys become fast friends and you can't bear to leave them.

The world is against you to prove that your new family isn't so bad as it seems. Hopefully it can convince you before you graduate as a professional medic and leave the mansion!
