Honestly, when I started this fic, I didn't know if there will be any supporter or loyal reader for this fic since this is an odd pairing.

Usually, Jonghyun is paired up with Yoona or OCs whereas Taeyeon with Leeteuk, G-Dragon, the EXO boys or Wooyoung.

But as this fic developed, I noticed that the support was overwhelming.

Taeyeon's POV

"Omma, that's enough."

Three set of eyes including mine were rooted to Jonghyun's figure. Seriously I was dumbs-trucked. What the hell is going on here? I thought omma said that.... Then who on earth was standing right in front of me? Is this some kind of a prank gone wrong? Somebody please tell me what actually was happening here?

Jonghyun creased his forehead in curiosity when he was both me and omma were drenched wet with our nonstop overflowing tears. "What's with the tears? Why are you crying?"

Seriously this was a very silly joke. I bit my lips as hard as I can, trying to hide the major feeling of embarrassment that I was feeling at this moment. Who would ever thought that I, Lee Taeyeon would cry and blush at the same time because of Lee freaking Jonghyun aka Jongie? Argh!!! I wish I have Harry Potter's invisible cloak right now. >.<

"Omma said you're...." I didn't have the heart to say that last word. I was damn relieved to see that he was still alive, breathing and talking. It felt like a big glut that was stuck inside my throat and caused me to suffocate had disappeared into thin air.

"Omma said I'm what? Gone?" His lips were spreading into a wide amusing grin. Crap! He just sent my cheeks into a scorching rosy red state. Huwaaaaa!

Jonghyun waited for my response but I was too caught up with trying to control my blushing mode. This was a major disaster. A horrific catastrophe! He'll have the time of his life to tease me later on! Shoot!

"Omma was right about the gone part. But actually it wasn't me that she was referring to. It was my beloved baby Alfa Romeo. My baby is gone but still repairable though." He walked closer to me and cupped both of my cheeks, wiping the tears that were raining down on my cheeks.

Our eyes met each other. My heart was having an episode of atrial fibrillation. My breathing ability almost ceased its function. My cheeks were burning hot. My brain was trying to construct a sentence to say to Jonghyun.  I closed my eyes and inhaled deeply to calm myself.

Finally after I managed to get a hold of serenity, I opened my eyes. "But... Why is omma crying?" My tone was filled with curiosity. My eyes landed on his forehead. It was bandaged and blood stained was clearly visible on the white bandage. Jongie! What actually happened to you?

My father in law was the one who gave me a reply. "Aigoo... Your omma was being a drama queen. Jongie wasn't hurt that badly. She was just exaggerating." He crooked a smile on his face. My mother in law then launched herself towards him and buried her crestfallen face on his chest.

"He's my son. Obviously I'll cry even if he only suffered a minor injury." She mumbled while trying to prevent herself from sobbing harder.

"Omma should really learn how to be as cool as appa. Right, Taeng? I just bumped my head on the steering. Nothing much actually though I still feel the pain." He chuckled lightly, armed with an innocent face while pulling me into his embrace. I wanted to push him away but on second thought, I guessed I could use him as a shield to cover up my cheeks. At least omma and appa can't see the natural blusher applied on my cheeks. :p
