I hugged him tightly, inhaling his addictive scent. He was sleeping with his back at me. The clock said 3 am, and I couldn’t close my eyes even for a bit. I would be leaving him tomorrow for a trip, a business trip, I told him. But I actually would be meeting Seunghyun, it was a trip that we had planned for some time now. A weekend just for the two of us.

“Hey, what are you doing up?” I didn’t realize Jiyong had woke up and turned, facing me.

I refused to answer him, or he would sense the tremble in my voice. The room was dark, but I could feel that he was looking at me in wonder. I couldn’t look back at him, as the guilt was eating me from inside.

I was cheating on him, with Seunghyun, his best friend.

I finally have some free time (yippie!).
