Xiumin lied at the foot of his bed staring at the feet of Luhan’s. The angry boy had fallen asleep in his room after the hours it took for Xiumin to calm him down. Luhan was an emotional mess, going from Angry to worried, crying to loathing. Xiumin couldn’t be sure what the younger man’s problem was at first, until he told him what had taken place in the club.   Luhan only culminated running into Sehun at the club, potentially losing a very important client, and his whole life disaster into one big ball that led to him snapping on Jongdae.   True, the constantly smirking and jesting Jongdae had something coming to him from Luhan, but no one expected it to happen quite like that.   After bringing Luhan into his room, the boy just raged through every emotion but happiness, that had Xiumin lost for correct actions. He hugged the boy in the end, and that seemed to be enough to calm him down and put him to sleep.    He sighed, turning on his back.   Everyone seemed too young to even be dealing with the stress of all of these unnecessary emotions. The funny thing was, it wasn’t Agit that was causing them problems, but it seemed that their problems only followed them to Agit.   Where is the escape route when you need one? You think for once you may have found a means to an end, but no, right when you reach for it, it explodes. It goes everywhere and gets all over everything.   This could only be the beginning for most of them. Xiumin was sure Luhan problems would be far from over. Once that baby is born, what with the young man to do then? How will he progress through his life without feeling the urge to be physically violent?   Xiumin sighed again, sitting up in bed. It was early morning and he had class. Though his night ran late last night, his morning still had an early start that he couldn’t ignore. University was waiting on him and he had to go.   Peeping over the blanket at Luhan’s blotchy morning face, he pouted. Worry filling him at the thought of the rest of the sleeping boy’s day. Luhan had damaged a face that brought Agit Night money; surely Nana wouldn’t simply over look that…   ~~~~~~~   Tao lied awake staring at the ceiling. There was no banging of pots and pans this morning. No waking him up to taste a nice dessert or to help his gege cook. This morning was already so different from what he has grown used to. Though he allowed Yixing to hug him last night, he would not allow the older man to go to sleep with him. He didn’t want to feel the arms of someone who promised safety wrapped around him. He couldn’t bear waking up to a face that actually showed him that he was loved.   Not this time…   What he had grown used to at Agit Night was something so full of vanity. When in all truth, he deserved none of it.    How could a place like Agit want someone as weak as him? His clients claimed he was good, they claimed he was their best, that they wanted more.    But his mother?   She claimed something so true to his very soul…knowledge of him.   She knew him and he couldn’t defraud that no matter how hard he tried. All of his life she told him how worthless he was, all of his life she screamed and hit and taunted. She did it so much that it became true. It became something he expected to happen because it was routine.    So how dare his own mind for tricking him into thinking that he can be needed and loved. How dare his own mind for telling him that he was worthy of more, of pleasure.   There is nothing like being fed lies all your life and then some random person coming out of nowhere with the truth.   It can’t be force fed, but Tao gulped it down all in one go, only to be brought back to sad reality with him vomiting up every truth he ate so greedily in these last two months.   He was no one significant, he was good for nothing.   The young man sat up in bed, with those thoughts continually running through his mind. His whole body felt weak from the emotional strain of last night. All he really wanted to do was hit something, but that was the way his mother reacted to things. When he threw that glass against the wall by Xiumin, it had scared him so bad. He couldn’t believe he didn’t have enough self control to hold back. He had acted just like his mother when she was stressed and it shocked him to no end.   He tried to run from the scene, he needed to be alone, but his ‘YiYi Gege’ had followed him right into his room.   At that moment Tao couldn’t stand the soft, worried voice of Yixing. He couldn’t stand his loving touch or his concerned eyes that screamed he was willing to listen to him all night if he had to.   Yixing was more of a mother, father, and brother than he had ever had. He was all of those things wrapped into one, but Tao wanted neither at that moment.   Oddly he found himself craving to be slapped for his insolence. He wanted the rough hands of his father against his skin and the shrill voice of his mother yelling because of what he had done.   He wanted his normalcy back because what Yixing had to offer frightened him more than anything else could.   He needed to be alone to rid his mind of those thoughts, but Yixing insisted on him talking. He insisted on being there for him.   Tao groaned quietly at his memory of last night.   He didn’t mean to scream at Yixing. He didn’t mean to scare Xiumin. He didn’t mean to be angry at all.   Tears began to form in his tinted pink eyes. He couldn’t stand any of his thoughts, but they wouldn’t leave him.   They were wrong, weren’t they?   He didn’t deserve such treatment, did he?   Yixing cared about him, right?   His mother…was she right?   Tao didn’t know how loud he was crying until a curious head peeped into his doorway. Chapter 29: Aaaw Lyn and Jongdae, I think they're "progressing" on becoming closer..
And the more further I get in this story, the more I realize/think Nana is so selfish and vain. She may be fare when it come to salaries, but at the end it's just all about her..
