DONGHAE

"Donghae, I am telling you, you are not allowed to go out without me, alright?"

"Eh? But why Hyukkie? It's not like I'm going to get lost," I whined.

He sighed and placed a hand on my shoulder, "Exactly. You're going to get lost, Hae. So just contact me if you wanted to go out," he said as he took the cap and shades I am holding, for disguise, and placed it on the table.

I pouted, "But what if you're busy?"

"Then ask the other members. Just don't go out alone, Hae," he reasoned and went back to his bed, grabbing his manga and resuming his reading.

Earlier this morning, I was bored and decided to go out to the mall and buy some stuff. Leeteuk-hyung was not around at that time, so I went to Hyukjae's room to inform him I was going out, only to regret doing so because he is obviously not allowing me. Letting out an annoyed sigh, I left his room and went back to my room, slumping down my bed. WHy is he so over-protective anyways? It's not like I'm a kid. I can take care of myself. I sighed to myself.

He just cares. He's my bestfriend. Of course, he'd be protective.

It's not like I'm not grateful when Hyukkie gets all protective over me, but sometimes I feel so useless because of that. He doesn't allow me to handle hot mugs, or wash the dishes, or just simply helping Wookie cook dinner saying I don't know how to handle laptops, how much more with a knife. It annoys me, yet it's endearing in its own weird way.

Letting my annoyance slip off, I closed my eyes and decided to just sleep.

As I was drifting off to dreamland, I was disturbed by the creaking of my door and someone sitting on my bed. I remained unmoving, eyes closed and evenly breathing. Then, someone's shaking me.

"Go away. I'm sleepy," I groaned and tried to swat of the arms of whoever's disturbing me, but my hand was caught midair and I yelped in surprise as I was yanked out of bed, and I saw Hyukjae; fully dressed and a smile on his face. He was holding my hat, in which he placed on top of my head securely, and my shades in which he placed on top of my head before looking at me in the eye and smiled.

"What's it, Hyukkie?" I asked, bewildered.

He chuckled. "We're going out. Let's go." And with that, my face broke into a silly smile as Hyukjae led me out the room, his hand holding mine as we made our way to the mall.

"We're here."

I was cut off my trance as the taxi driver spoke and I looked out to see the same mall we went to in that memory 2 years ago. Grabbing some cash in my wallet, I fixed my attire and went out of the vehicle, welcoming the cold breeze to embrace me. Walking with my head down low, I entered the said mall and wandered around, hoping and praying that no one would notice me. And so far, so good.

I know I would be scolded when I get home; Leeteuk-hyung, and the other members don't know I was out, and I did that on purpose. Maybe I just wanted to have a breather from everything that's happening to me. My career, and especially my love life. Ugh, I sound like a girl. Shaking my head from my own idiocy, I walked towards a stall selling some slushie.

"What would you like, sir?" The seller asked. From my peripheral vision, I can say she's at least younger than me and I noticed how she's eyeing me up and down, which only made me look down as I told her my order.

"I'd like to have some Chocolate Shake with chocolate syrup and sprinkles, please?" I said in a low voice.

"Okay, give me a minute," she answered and I let out a quiet sigh as she turned her back on me, fixing my order. 

As I waited, I looked at my surroundings and saw how the mall was starting to get packed with high school students; well, it is a weekday, so this should be normal. Deciding to go straight home after buying the drink so I won’t meet any accidents with this people, I looked back at the girl who called for me and I gave her the money as she handed my the drink.

“Keep the change,” I said with my normal voice and gave a smile.

She gasped; her hand going to as her eyes went round, and pointed a finger at me.

I’m screwed.

“Kyaaa! You’re Lee Donghae of Super Junior, aren’t you?!” She shouted that caught the attention of many customers from different stalls, and I clutched the bags I was holding, getting ready to run.

“No, you’re---”

“It is Donghae! Oh my god!” I heard different sets of rapid footsteps going to my direction. Well, atleast I tried.

I broke into a run, just in time before they block the exit. Their screams can be heard as I tried so hard to lose them, but this fans are like unhumanely fast! How could girls run this fast? Beats me. I’m starting to feel tired; my feet are numb, my lungs are heaving for air, and I am sweating. I need a break. Making a sharp right turn, I entered a shop, and duck down at the cloth racks to hide.

“Where is he?”

“Wait! I’ll text my friends!”

“He can’t possible have left that fast.”

“Search for him!”

I started feeling scared of going out now. What would happen if they found me? Are they going to kill me?! No!

Calm down, Donghae! These are ELF that you love. There’s no reason to be afraid. I reasoned with myself.

“He is just so cute! Have you seen him?!”

“If we caught him, I’m going to lock him in my basement and he’ll be mine and mine alone!”

“What are you saying? He’s mine! I’ll take him to my room and tie him there so he can’t escape!”

Okay, never mind. I’m scared.

I clutched my bags tighter as I heard their footsteps fading. And as soon as I was sure, the perimeter is clear, I stand up slowly, looking left and right before leaving the store; it’s good thing the sales lady didn’t notice me or anything. Walking in a fast manner, I avoided any looks given to me. I almost broke into a run as soon as I saw the doors of the mall.

“There he is!”

“Lee Donghae!”

Shoot.

I ran outside the doors and tried to call for taxi; but luck wasn’t on my side. Looking back, I tried to prepare to run again as I saw the girls at the doors. But before I started running a white car stopped right in front of me, with the windows rolled down.

“Get in.”

Without a second thought, I entered the car, and as soon as the door was shut, my savior sped off. Feeling relieved from the commotion, I turned to face my savior.

“Thank you so much, Ji Yong,” I smiled at him and he looked at me with a smirk.

“Don’t mention it, hyung,” he answered.

“How did you know I needed help? Were you at the mall too?” I asked, slumping down at the chair and letting the hood of my clothes down.

“No. Actually, it was pure coincidence. I was on my way back to the dorm from YG, then I noticed a guy waving crazily for some taxi, and I noticed the mob at your back, that’s when I realized it was you so I turned to come for your rescue. I really saved you back there, didn’t I?” He finished with a mischievous smile on his face.

“Yeah, you really did,” I said.

“So, what are you doing to the mall alone, hyung?”

“I told you to just call me, Donghae, Yong,” I reminded.

“Right,” he chuckled. “You didn’t answer my question though, Donghae. What were you doing there alone? I thought Hyukjae-hyung or the other don’t allow you to go out by yourself?”

“I am not a kid. I can go out alone,” I answered in a rather cold tone that made my companion eye me. “I mean---yeah, sorry,” he gave up trying to cover it up.

“Is something wrong, Donghae?” He asked in a quiet voice.

I shook my head.

“Oh come on, hyung. You know how stupid you are if you think you can hide anything from people. You’re so easy to read,” he noted.

Sighing, I looked at him with tired eyes, “Just---don’t take me back to the dorm. I don’t to go back yet,” I requested.

“Fine. I’ll take you to our dorm. Top would surely love your sudden visit.”

“Donghae-ah!” TOP shouted as soon as I removed my shoes and stood up, GD leading the way in.

“Seung hyun-ah!” I imitated him, and we jumped up and down, laughing.

“Why is it so--- Donghae-hyung!” Taeyang joined us and started jumping up and down, and a few minutes later we were joind by Seung Ri and Daesung.

“Would you guys please keep it down! You’re gonna disturb the neighbors, and you know how I hate random people knocking on our door telling us to shut up,” Ji Yong said and my four jumpmates stopped abruptly, meeting JiYong’s glare.

Feeling a bit childish, I walked towards the fuming leader of bigbang and hugged him from behind.

“Chill, Yongie, we’d behave, promise,” I said and kissed his forehead. “That’s for saving me,” I smiled and returned to my abandoned friends who’s looking at the exchange with teasing eyes.

“Why are you looking like that?” I asked and tilted my head a bit to the right, and blinked innocently, but was answered by snickers.

“GD, you’re bandmates are---” I looked back, but Ji Yong was already closing the door of his room, so I turned to look at the four who’s now grinning widely.

“Why aren’t you sharing it?! What’s so funny?!” I whined and pouted, only to be crushed by TOP’s arms, followed by the three.

“Nothing,” TOP whispered to my hair.

“You’re just so cute, hyung,” Daesung squealed.

“Agree,” Seungri said.

“Are you staying for dinner?” Taeyang asked.

BigBang is said to have a cold personality. But it’s totally the opposite. You’d be surprised by how goofy this guys get and how sweet and caring they truly are. Well,  I admit, at first I was intimidated by their presence, since it is really different with the others, but as I warmed up to them, they started treating me like a part of their family which is really a good thing.

Super Junior may look like we’re not associated with YG people, but we are, especially BigBang; though, I am the only member whose been to their dorm a couple of times. I am really close to the members of BigBang, and what’s nice is that they feel the same to me. The five are a bit awkward with the other members of my band, but I think it’s better than before.

“Do you want to change your clothes, hyung? It’s stained with chocolate,” Daesung pointed and I looked at my hoodie, and true enough, there’s chocolate stain. Must be from the mall earlier.

“Yeah, I think I’d change,” I said.

“Here. This will fit you,” TOP tossed a black cloth and I picked it up.

“Thanks,” I smiled and wore the jacket.

“That’s yours now,” Taeyang said. “Dinner’s ready,” he added and we all went to their kitchen.

As I sat down, my phone started ringing.

“Uh-oh, I think it’s your leader,” TOP spoke in a spooky tone.

I looked at the caller I.D.: Heechul-hyung.

“Hello? Chullie-hyung,” I tried sounding happy.

“Lee Donghae! You bad fish! Where the hell are you?! We’ve been trying to call you but you aren’t answering!” Y diva hyung shouted that I had to put the phone away from my ear for a second.

“Sorry, hyung. I went out. I’m fine, promise, I’m eating dinner with friends,” I said in one breath that made my companions applaud me silently.

“Who are these friends?!”

Smiling, I held my phone out on the table, “Say hi, my friends,” I asked the guys who happily complied.

“Hello Heechul-hyung!” The five shouted in unison and I giggled at how adorable they looked. Pressing the loudspeaker button, I allowed they five to talk.

“Don’t worry, Donghae’s safe here,” TOP said.

“We’ll feed him properly,” Daesung added, and to make his point, he put rice on my plate; as if he’d be seen by Chul-hyung.

“We’d keep him company,” G-Dragon added.

“Oh, Donghae, are you spending the night?” Seung Ri asked; half-shouting.

“I’d love to,” I smiled and they all hooted.

“We’d keep him warm too!” Taeyang added before talking to my bandmate.

“I’m fine Hyung. I don’t have schedule tomorrow right? Can I spend the night here?” I asked my now quiet member.

“Be back at noon,” I heard Leeteuk-hyung’s voice on the other line.

“Ok, okay! Thanks, hyung, bye!” I ended the call and ate dinner with bigbang.

At least for a night, I wanted to be away from his presence. Even just this one night, I don’t want to act like I hate him. Just for tonight.

SORRY FOR THE LATE UPDATE...

I added BigBang to my story... I hope you guys don't mind :) I need to rest from all the angst for now, so this may be a crappy chapter, but yeah...sorry...
