An early update thanks to your lovely responses  Sekai are finally gonna meet. Aren't you excited?     "What?" Jimin asked, pausing mid attack to glower at Baekhyun as though he had offended him in the most unimaginable way possible. "No we cannot. Not before doing what we are here for. We must save the elves." His eyes looking at the fortress that could be seen from there spot. "This must be a diversion, they wanted something from the ship, that's why they attacked to keep us occupied here." Irene spoke, eyes locked on the dragons. "I am not certain though." "But how do we go back? Our craft has been ruined." Zitao pointed out, gesturing at shards of metal around them. "Sehun has the leaping blade with him." Irene said stupidly "he can use it to get to the ship?" The leaping blade was a unique artifact Sehun inherited from his Hayrik. It was capable of teleporting someone when it hit a target, and there was nothing to hit up ahead, but space. "No he can't." Jungkook said. And the others agreed with him. "But Baekhyun could, as long as his Al is not damage." "Oh that's right, but we can't leave without Sehun." "Of course not, now let's focus on staying alive long enough to find Sehun." Baekhyun's second e-mag expired, he only had little more in his steel hand. So did the others’, but there wasn’t any time left to reload. The dragons were too close. “Run!” Chanyeol bellowed, spraying electro-bullets left and right. “They’re not backing down! Go! I’ll cover you!” “What? No way!” Baekhyun shouted before he could stop himself. They couldn’t separate. Couldn't leave Chanyeol. “I’ll catch up in a minute! Now ing RUN!” Baekhyun hesitated, brutally torn. Goddamnit, they had to stick together. “GO!” Chanyeol roared, yanking a second gun from its holster. With both arms extended, he promptly went, pulling his pistols’ triggers in quick succession. Jimin was his brother. No surprise that he was staying behind to help. The two brothers fired furiously, as Baekhyun and the others took off running. “This way!” Irene shouted, her antennas twitching vigorously “Up ahead. I sense Sehun." "About ing time." They cut slightly left, tearing through the brush, leaping over downed logs, hurdling bushes. Baekhyun's pulse raced chaotically. He could hear Chanyeol's shouts. The two men were already retreating. Not a good sign. Either they were nearly out of ammo, or they’d quickly become overrun by those dragons. God knew, the pair were viciously outnumbered. Last Baekhyun counted, the dragons numbers were more than twelve, but they had managed to kill at least five. A few yards to his right, Chang Wook wove between trees, while to his left, Jungkook dashed like a cat. All graceful and , but that was just how the elf moved. Nearly soundless, while Zitao and Irene crashed like rhinos. Up ahead, with a speed and agility that always floored him, Jungkook led the way like he knew the place by heart. The Park brothers’ shouts got louder.
“Move it! Move it!” Chanyeol boomed. “Faster!” Jimin bellowed. They’d nearly caught up with them. But how? How in the ? Baekhyun glanced over his shoulder. Damn it. That was how. Jimin was using some sort of elfin magic to speed up their movement, and the reason why was alarmingly apparent. The dragons were hot on their asses. If the things weren’t injured, they would’ve already taken the guys out. As Jimin and Chanyeol caught up with them, their unit pulled away, steadily growing the distance between their pursuers. The dragons’ heavy paws pounded in the distance knocking down trees and stomping on plants– something Sehun wouldn't appreciate if he were here– their angry brays echoing into the treetops. Baekhyun glanced over his shoulder, they were using their two legs and the talons at the edge of wings for movements. They’d slowed some but were still coming. Hadn’t given up. Goddamnit, they must be really persistent. Which was disconcerting as , because how long could his team evade them? They only had so much ammo left on their persons. They reached a dead end just as Irene shouted. "I can't feel Sehun anymore." . Again, the team took off running, moving parallel to the cliff. A heartbeat later, though, two of the dragons intercepted their path. Up in the distance, maybe forty yards away. They bared their fangs. Their yellow-green lizard eyes glowed. The all slammed on the brakes and did a rapid one-eighty, then beat feet in the opposite direction. But before they could ever even reach top speed, more dragons materialized to block that route as well. The team pulled up short. “Son of a !” Baekhyun shouted. With the cliff behind them, they stared back into the forest, at the only remaining option left to take. It wasn’t as if they could dive off the freaking cliff. But just as they readied to make a dash for it, a third batch emerged in their final option’s path. Pushing through the jungle’s dense foliage in the distance, their yellow-green eyes locked like missiles on the team. “,” Zitao bit out. “How much ammo you guys got left?” Jungkook waved his katana to show he didn't need ammo. Watching him, Baekhyun had the urge to upgrade his steel hand if they survive this. Relying on bullets had proved to be not so ideal. “Half an e-mag, and my–,” Baekhyun gritted, waving his steel hand– "got none" he finished watching the creatures. Chang Wook nodded. “Same.” Chanyeol and Jimin weren’t any better. Jungkook glared at the dragons, each batch now thirty yards away, their chops as they intently stalked their prey. “One e-mag left, and my pulse-rifle’s out. Gotta couple boom dogs, though, itching to be used.” Chang Wook said. Chanyeol looked at Baekhyun. “I advise we form a semicircle with guns at the ready. Jimin and I’ll try one more time to deter them.” Simple translation? This was their best option, and if it didn’t work, they’d be fighting with fists and knives. Baekhyun's hearts thumped wildly– the feeling unfamiliar but not unwelcome– as he motioned to the others. “Backs to the cliff, guys. Be ready to fire on my mark.” without Sehun present, he was in charge. Jungkook widened his stance and leaned forward, glaring. “Protect your throat and head. They’re most likely gonna go for one or the other.”Everyone nodded “Aim for the same. If you lose your weapon, punch their snouts as hard as you can, or gouge their eyes. Whatever you do, just don’t play ing dead." He added. It was jarring to hear him use a cuss word. Baekhyun would have commented if the situation were different. “Hate being prey,” Zitao said. "Now I get why cap hate these guys– speaking of which, where the is he?" No one answered, because no one knew. Pausing, the dragons crouched as if readying to pounce, their tails slashing back and forth. Baekhyun braced, gripping his gun. Time to do or die. To greet his maker or find a way to deny him. Whatever ultimately happened, he just hoped it happened fast, because getting eaten alive did not sound fun. But right as the creatures lunged forward with flashing eyes, a bellow tore through the treetops. A different kind of roar though from a clearly different species– it was Lyla Baekhyun realized. Instantly, two dark blurs dropped from branches above, landing with keen precision atop a dragon.  Distracted, the dragon went ballistic, furiously trying to buck its attacker off. But it couldn't, because the result was it falling dead on the ground as Sehun leaped to the next. Baekhyun gaped, utterly shocked, and watched the crazy scene unfold. Sehun had just descended out of nowhere– jumping from one dragon to another– and was now flat-out slicing those creatures apart, while Lyla helped with whatever she could. Snarling with his knees dug into their backs, Sehun gripped their spikes and rode the things like bronco. With one hand, he held on as, with the other, he slashed throats, his leaping blade already glistening with blood. While Lyla, finished them off with a lethal swipe of her paw. Again and again, the beasts reared back as thick spurts of blood shot from their jugulars. The team looked on, each face a mask of awe, until several moments later, the slaughter ended. And Sehun gracefully jumped down, sheathing his blade. At his feet, all eight dragons laid dead, some of their heads nearly severed from their bodies. No one had seen Sehun this way, Baekhyun didn't even know he was capable of such . When the shock wore off, Baekhyun snapped his mouth shut as he noticed fifteen people stood in a cluster behind Sehun. They were three sea elves– with scales and skin tone similar to Jimin's– and the regular elves(each with different skin color) that they had came to rescue, but somehow Sehun had already done the job on his own. Don't ever get on Sehun's bad side. Baekhyun told him. Jimin let out a sound, as he dashed over to meet the sea elves pulling them into a group hug, while speaking in some language Baekhyun's Al couldn't translate. Not for the first time, Baekhyun wished he had the ability to understand any spoken language, like elves. Those lucky bastards didn't need a translator chip like most races, their connection with nature enable them to understand almost every language. Baekhyun envied them with everything he got. Snapping his attention, he looked at Sehun."We've got a problem cap. The ship has been breached." Baekhyun told Sehun. "Irene can you get a link with Hoseok? See what happens?" Sehun asked. She nodded, eyes shutting and began to do as told. Moments later, she opened her eyes. "They didn't hurt anyone, but took something from the treasury." She told him. "Do you know what?" "No idea, but I have a feeling they're after the bracelet!" Baekhyun concluded. "I suspect as much." Sehun said with a frown. "Because it's the only thing new in my collection, and they had never been bold enough to infiltrate my ship until now. If so, how did they know where to find it? and our location?" He shook his head. "We'll get to the bottom of things, later. Now tell Hoseok to ready another craft, bigger– Baek can you send the coordinates from here?" Baekhyun tapped at his Al, glad to see it hadn't sustain any damage despite the chaos. He nodded. As long as the craft engine was switched on, he could control it and set its course here. Just as he began to work, another bellow tore through the surroundings, but this time from the sky. "God not again." Baekhyun looked up to see a shadow darkened the sky. An enormous beast swopped in, its wingspan blocking out everything. It let out a shrill bark, announcing its presence. It was massive, flying over their heads. It was the largest he had seen so far and the darkest. "Go, I will take care of it. Leave as soon as the craft lands." Sehun shooed them as the black dragon continued its descend. "Take care of the elves." He jerked his head at the fifteen elves, huddled with Jimin. "How are you going to come back to the ship?" Chanyeol asked worriedly, that nearly prompted Baekhyun to roll his eyes, even though the same question was at the tip of his tongue. Yeah a reminder why he shouldn't give in to his hearts. Chanyeol seemed smitten with Sehun. "I have my way," Sehun said, tapping at the ring on his fingers, Baekhyun instantly understood. Sehun got the Mecha suit with him, which would enable him to reach the main ship without a hitch. "Go already." "No I am staying." Jungkook protested. That was understandable, considering he was Sehun's person guard. "Yeah me too." Chanyeol insisted. Sehun rolled his eyes."Just go, I can handle it." He said firmly. "Let's go guys, he got this." Baekhyun exchanged a nod with Sehun. Without further ado, the team and the rescued took off, leaving Sehun with the largest opponent. "Lyla do not interfere." Baekhyun heard Sehun said, before he refocused his attention to the Al built inside his body. ***
On seeing Sehun, the dragon peeled back its upper lip, deliberately revealing rows of long, jagged teeth. It fixed one eye solidly on Sehun, marking him. He was a small thing, that gaze said, easily crushed. Watching the dragon something in Sehun made a weird dance, he felt a pulse of heat surge through his heart. He inhaled sharply, shaking his head as the dragon landed. It was so ing big. There was a vibration in the ground– as the dragon moved, that matched a rumble in Sehun's heart. He gasped as the fire in his chest bloomed again, much stronger than before. what the hell is that? Probably using magic to distrack you. Sehun snarled in return. The dragon was meters away from him that was now circling his dead companions, he was grieving them, Sehun could tell. Unlike the other dragons he had killed, this one didn't have dark clouds hovering around his body. It was clear Sehun wasn't going to be able to kill it, but Sehun would have to hold it off long enough for his crew to get the hell out of Dure. Sehun had the ability to see people's deaths, in form of dark auras like cloud, the heavier the cloud the sooner and brutally one would die. When he had first discovered said ability at the age of fifteen, he had freaked out. But as always, Wei Ying was there to see him through it, and convinced him to accept it as a gift instead of the curse Sehun had thought it to be. He could help one cheat death, which he had done a number of times, but those were all people he cared about. Mostly Zerg. He had seen those clouds on numerous people, that he didn't care to keep count or tried to save them. They weren't his business. And Sehun didn't feel guilty. It's not like he could go around the galaxy to prevent everyone that was about to die from dying. Besides he didn't consider himself a good person. After a moment, the dragon roared and charged, its massive body shaking the ground as it moved. Effortlessly, Sehun dodged the attack. He had just killed eight dragons, had channeled their death energy Into himself, which boosted his strength– another ability thanks to his darkness. He wouldn't need to chanel the pure energy of nature around. At least not right now. Elevating himself, he used his hand to land a blow on the dragon's back. There was no reason to try to kill it, when he knew the dragon wouldn't die today. Many believed dragons were impossible to fight in their natural form, too big, too vicious, and too armored for any weapon to pierce. Only in human form could they be killed. Sehun knew it was possible because he’d killed many before. But those ones hadn’t been like this one. He stared back at the beast with unhidden hostility. This thing and its kind had reshaped worlds beneath their claws, torn up civilizations and buried them. The dragon went down with another roar, however Sehun didn't anticipate the tail that swept him off his feet. Landing beneath the creature, he tired to maneuver his body so that he wasn't crushed. When he finally rolled to the side, he used his leg to send the dragon flying yards away before hurrying to his feet. Angered, the dragon roared again, but this time the sound was different. While Sehun was in the middle of analysing what the sound meant, he caught movement from his peripheral vision. Reflexively, he was able to move out of reach just as a Hora leaped toward him with clear intensions. At first he thought it was Lyla, but on a second look he realized, this one was bigger, and broader than his familiar. A sudden realization dawned on him. This Hora, that had wanted to maim him, was the black dragon's familiar that the dragon had just called to assist him. How did a dragon bond with a Hora, was mystery to him. The Hora didn't get to land a fatal blow like it intended, but it managed to claw at Sehun's arm. Four gashes appeared where his sleeve was torn, but was already healing due to the abundant of death energy in him. "Seems like I am too much work for you. Huh? To the point you needed to call for help?" Sehun tauted the black bea

Chapter 42: Wow wow wow WOW!
I just binge read this and there's just a lot to say.

First of all, I apologize for not being able to read this as you update, work is taking all my time and can only binge this in between projects xD

Ngl, at first I was a bit sceptical on how you would up Hooligans Paradise since that one was one heck of an epic story but you did it!

I love how the character setting in this one is different from your previous ones, since Kai is leading most of the action, proofs just how strong he is next to Sehun. It's a nice change of dynamics.

Oh, and don't get me start on the creatures in this story! I always thought Blink would be my ultimate favourite non human character from your stories but the Horas and Athena? They won my heart immediately! I just love reading the interactions between non human characters and the humans. It warms my heart~

Oh and not to forget, the 3 super baby dragons!! The most adorable little bunch of epic children they are, love that you gave them the spotlight too with the plot twist ~

Also, it's really cool that you had the plots planned out since all the way before~

It's so nice that everyone gets their happy ending too, even Taegun~

Btw, I was kinda somewhat half expecting the next story would be the dinosaur dimension one *cough* haha
But ofc, I am already looking forward to the next one!

I truly enjoyed reading this one~ Thank you so much for writing yet another great piece, Jasmine~
