*Junghwan, Jeongwoo and Haruto are talking about the latest video games.

 

Jeongwoo: Dude, let’s go to the video game store after school.

 

Haruto: I’m in!

 

Junghwan: Sorry I can’t you guys. I have to help out at Happy Days.

 

Jeongwoo: You’re always working. That’s no fun.

 

Haruto: Can you at least take a day off?

 

Junghwan: I can try but my sister is getting married soon.

 

Jeongwoo: When is the wedding day anyways?

 

Haruto: Congrats, now you have a brother-in-law.

 

Junghwan: I know. It feels so weird.

 

Jeongwoo: Speaking of weird, look whose approaching.

 

*Rose and Lisa enters the classroom and Junghwan starts to blush tomato red.

 

Haruto: Dude, you’re blushing!

 

*Junghwan shuts him up with a punch on his shoulder

 

Later…

 

Science teacher: Remember class, this project is due at the end of this month. It’s worth 25% of your overall grade so I expect you to do well on it. 

 

*Some students raise their hands

 

Science teacher: Before you guys ask me if you guys can pick your partners. I’ll answer it for you. No you won’t pick your partners. I’ll pick them for you.

 

*Students groans

 

Science teacher: Throughout my years of teaching, I’ve seen many students pick their best friends as their partners and most of them failed the class. So that’s why I want you to meet new people and work harder in the class. Do I make myself clear?

 

*Students groans 

 

Science teacher: Now now. Here’s your partners. *reads the list*

 

Junghwan’s mind: Please don’t let it be Rose. Please don’t let it be Rose. *prays*

 

Science teacher: And lastly So Junghwan with Roseanne Park.

 

*Junghwan covers his face trying to hide his blushing face. He bangs his head against his desk.

 

Junghwan´s mind: Damn it, why does it have to be her?

 

Jeongwoo: *pats her back* Don’t worry dude, you can do this.

 

Haruto: Be a brave boy!

 

Junghwan: But I can’t talk to girls. 

 

*The bell rings for the end of the school day. Junghwan packs his bags until Rose walks up to him.

 

Rose: Hey Junghwan, are you free right now?

 

Junghwan: *nods*

 

Rose: Great. Then let’s go to the library. We have lots to do for this project.

 

*Junghwan freezes as he realizes that Rose talked to him first. Jeongwoo and Haruto look at him worriedly.

 

Jeongwoo: Dude, are you okay?

 

Haruto: Hello? *waves his hands over his face*

 

*Junghwan snaps back into reality and nods. He tries to open his mouth to talk to her.

 

Junghwan: Uh… yeah sure.

 

Rose: Great. I’ll be at the library waiting.

 

*Rose leaves the classroom with Lisa. Junghwan blushes.

 

Junghwan: I can’t believe I’m working on this project with my crush. Am I dreaming?
 

Later at the library…

 

*Junghwan and Rose are working on the science project together and throughout the entire time he couldn’t stop looking at her.

 

Rose: So did you find anything we could do for our project?

 

*Junghwan quickly looks back at the science books in front of him avoiding eye contact with her.

 

Junghwan: No not yet.

 

Rose: How about ours on DNA?

Junghwan: Sure. 

Rose: *chuckles* You know Junghwan, I know you have a crush on me.

 

*Junghwan shakes his head

 

Rose: Yes you do. You had a crush on me since junior high school. Everyone in the school knows that.

 

*Junghwan covers his face

 

Junghwan’s mind: What? ! Now everyone knows.

 

Rose: It’s okay, Junghwan. I think it’s cute.

 

Junghwan: What?

 

*Junghwan blushes and Rose giggles at Junghwan’s cuteness.

 

Rose: You sure are cute, Junghwan and I like that.

 

Junghwan: You serious?

 

Rose: It’s getting late. We should call it a day. I’ll come to your house on the weekend and we can work on it.

 

*Junghwan stumbles and falls off the chair in shock

 

Junghwan: My house?

 

Rose: Yes, is there something wrong?

 

Junghwan: *denies* No no there isn’t. It’s just- *gets up*

 

Rose: Then it’s settled. I’ll see you on Saturday morning at 10 am. *pecks his cheek*

 

*Rose walks away 

 

Junghwan: See you. *touches his cheek blushing to himself*
