I washed quickly since I already stink with all the things that we did from going home to fixing our things. The girls are sleeping in our bedroom probably tired of all the things that we did. I brush my hair and air dry it since I can’t use my hair blower without waking my babies up. Since it’s already night time, I just cooked our dinner, thinking the girls will probably spend their night here. 

I called Steph, “Yah, did they tell you where they are right now? I can’t keep calm because this is too sudden. I can’t think of any explanation right now.” I shake my hands trying to shake my nervousness with it. “You just tell them the truth and for sure they’ll understand you. We’ve been together for more than a decade, most likely two decades now already, we know what’s happening with each other from the bottom of our hearts. We know each other more than ourselves. So you just chill, Tae. You’re worrying about nothing. “ Sica patted my back and continue to munch the chips she’s been eating for a while now. 

I heard the doorbell rang, it’s the girls for sure, I can hear their loud voices even though I’m still inside my unit. I looked over to Sica and Steph, asking who would dare to open the door. They keep on pointing me so that leaves me with no choice, I walked over to the foyer taking a deep breath and I opened the door. 

“Yah Kim Taeyeon, you really have no plans to tell you that you’re already here. If Hyoyeon doesn’t have any plans to go to Osaka today and saw someone with the same body proportion as you thinking it might be you, she canceled her flight and asked in our chatroom and if these two did reply anything we wouldn’t be suspicious but alas, we are right of our hunches. If Hyoyeon didn’t saw you earlier at the airport, we wouldn’t really know. And one thing, Sica and Miyoung didn’t respond to our texts which is unusual unless they’re guilty of something, we know they are here. Yah Jung Sooyeon! Hwang Miyoung! You bring your butts here!” Sunny shouted. 

“I’m sorry but can you please lower down your voice. I’ll explain to you everything from the top until the end.” I sighed dejectedly. I walked with them through the living room and they saw the other two guilty girls. 

“I told you they’re here. You think we don’t know that you both have something to do with this, huh? And Soojung too?” Sooyoung scoffed. “Girls, please calm down. You’re going to wake this whole floor up. And sit down so that I can tell you why this happened.” I pulled them one by one to let them sit on the sofa and calm their offs. 

Once I saw that they’re already settled down, I started to speak. “Yes, Sica and Steph are with me the whole time. Also if you’re wondering, I stayed at Sica’s house in San Francisco and Miyoung just showed up one day and stayed with us until we went home today. I know you have many questions but let me finish this first.” I quickly shut their mouth when I saw their mouths open. I was about to continue to my story when the baby monitor rang, indicating the girls might have woken up. I mentioned Sica to help me with the babies. I tell the girls to wait for me. PATIENTLY.

“Mama” they all called for me, I smiled “You girls have woken up at the right time. Are you guys ready to meet your other aunties?” I kissed them one by one. I got Jiah and Jiyeon while Sica carried Jisoo and Jihye. We went out and walk towards the living room. As we approach near the living room, you can hear the loud voices of the girls trying to question Miyoung about what happened. 

We were near the sofa when Jiyeon cooed “Mama” the girls heard it and look in our way. They have their eyes wide opened and nobody dared to speak they just keep on looking at me and the girls. I break the silence.

 “Okay guys, this is the reason why I left Seoul. I can’t let anyone knew about my pregnancy since I’m not even married and as you all know, being pregnant outside marriage isn’t accepted freely here in our country, so I left. And the girls’ father doesn’t even know that these cuties exist. And before you whine that why Sica and Steph knew about it and you six don’t, the only person I told about this is Sica and no one else, not even my family knew about this. I really don’t want them to be known by their father especially he has his own life now. And you guys also knew that we were over, the moment I knew about my pregnancy, we have already broken up. I’m not selfish, it’s just I don’t want to complicate things for him and he would make my daughters his option. So I left Seoul and stayed in San Francisco with Sooyeon and Soojung.
