𝐇𝐞𝐫

Sitting on my bed, trying to process different thoughts running through my head. Wondering how things can change in a short span of time. One day, you've woken up, seeing his peaceful face, kissing each other, ready to start a good day with each other's presence. Then, suddenly he forgets about you. He doesn't talk to you that much, He always makes up excuses that you know that's made up because you know the truth. Yet, you just try to understand him more, you just set it aside because you love him. And when you love someone, you just do everything for them, even you're making a fool out of yourself.

This painful feeling I've been through really took a toll on me. Not having enough sleep since the night he hanged up on me and promising to call me back later. It's been days since that happened. Thinking, he might have just forgotten to call me back and was busy. Even so, it seems really impossible for him to forget things about me considering the things he did for me in the past.

"Zero-yah, you're the only one I have to keep me sane. Your dad's kinda busy to spend time with us, maybe he's planning something for us right? We just have to be patient." Silently thanking Zero's existence. Ever since, Zero and his dad happened, many good things had come to me.  Not sure about it now, you never know things might change swiftly. 

"Let's take a walk outside, Zero-yah. We've been locked here since who knows. Let's go, Zero-yah." grabbing his things with me heading towards the door. 

Walking through a nearby park, pulling Zero with me when I saw a very familiar back.

Walking towards his direction, wanting to surprise him, imagining what his reaction will be. Will it be excited, happy, ecstatic, or just normal? However, before I could even go near him and touch him, someone jumped at his back. Someone who's very familiar, someone you'd easily recognize, his first love, his greatest love, his beloved friend, his precious noona...

His Dara noona.

I watched how his face lightens up. He didn't even show that smile whenever we're together lately. The smile that could light a whole town up. I guess he's that happy when he's with her. How come I didn't notice that, guess I was too blind to see that. 

Laughing at myself because all this time I thought that I was enough. Enough for him to be genuinely happy. Enough for him to forget about her. Guess I've been making a fool out of myself. Now, I knew I wasn't meant to be with him.

Walking away, when I heard her asked "What are you doing here?" he just replied "Nothing had something for work
