4. Heartbeat!

 

 

“Where are we going?” Mark asked nervously when he saw that they pass the school

 

 

“Secret….” Jinyoung said and it made the elder gulp

 

 

It wasn’t a long drive, but they arrived in front of a small bakery. Jinyoung told Mark to wait in the car so the elder did what he been told to. Jinyoung ran into the bakery and came back quickly after with a small bag. Jinyoung gave the bag full of cakes, breads, juice and more to Mark and started to drive again. The younger stopped the car in front of Han River and went out of the car, Mark followed. Jinyoung get the picnic carpet from the back seat of the car and they made their way to the Han River. They sat under a big tree and both of them just started to eat quietly. Mark was hungry so he ate quickly, he was eating a creamy bread and some of the cream came on the side of his mouth and it made Jinyoung let chuckle of the elder’s clumsiness. 

 

 

“What are you laughing of?” Mark looked at Jinyoung dumbfounded and asked

 

 

“Of your cuteness and clumsiness….” Jinyoung said and wipes the cream of Mark’s face with his tump and slicked it of the cream from his own tump.

 

 

The younger’s action made the elder heart beat fast and blushing hard “What am I feeling, why is my heart beating so fast?” Mark asked himself in his mind and not stopping from staring at Jinyoung

 

 

“Hey, are you there?” Jinyoung asked in English, waving his hand in front of Mark, made the elder back to reality

 

 

“Sorry….” Mark apologised and turned away of staring the younger

 

 

“Are you always so cute?” Jinyoung asked and chuckled while he caressed the elder’s cheek, made Mark blushing even more

 

 

“Aren’t we going to be late for school?” Mark asked nervously, feeling hot for staying with Jinyoung alone for too long

 

 

“Yeah, maybe we should go now…...” Jinyoung said and stand up from his seat and Mark followed the younger to the car

 

 

When they arrived at the school, everyone started to stare at Mark and Jinyoung and start to whisper that Mark is now one of the gang since he isn’t wearing the uniform. They meet the rest of the gang in the hallway, all of them greeted Mark with ‘hyung’ while BamBam was the only one who glared at him. Jinyoung ignored the younger and all of them made the way in the classroom and sat down on their seats. Their teacher came in and his eyes catch Mark right away

 

 

“Mark Tuan, where is your uniform?” The teacher asked sternly

 

 

“Eh…. I….” Mark stuttered didn’t know how to answer

 

 

“I am now one of Jinyoung’s gang so no more uniform? Jinyoung told me that I don’t need to wear uniforms anymore?” Mark thought of what he could answer, but luckily Jinyoung stepped in and helps the elder

 

 

“I told him not to wear uniforms, don’t you see that he is one of my gang now? So no need to wear uniform and don’t ever ask so stupidly questions from now on…...” Jinyoung said and glared at the teacher hard made the teacher gulp and start the class without any other questions

 

 

From that day on, Mark would always follow Jinyoung and the gang. They eat together hang out together, even Mark is the quiet type and doesn’t say much, he still follows along. It had already been a month and Mark would always stands behind when Jinyoung bully other students, Mark doesn’t like complicated things or being in conflict, but it seems like being in Jinyoung’s gang made him be in conflict all the time. Even Mark is not one of them who bully others, but since he’s one of the gang, made many people hates him and glared at him from behind. Jinyoung would still tease the elder and get Mark to school every morning. Mark hang out with the gang at the bar sometimes too and he learned to drink more alcohol. One time the elder got really drunk, luckily his parents already got in bed when he got home so he didn’t get caught.

 

 

Sometimes other gangs from another school would come and wait for Jinyoung and the gang for a fight. Mark always tried to stay behind, but not all the times work and today was one of them. They were in front of the bar owned by Jinyoung and a gang from SM high school came again to fight with Jinyoung. The gang leader named Suho and are Jinyoung’s enemy since childhood. Mark heard that they were once friends, but suddenly become enemy’s.

 

 

“Seems like were going to have a fight again….” Suho said and glared at Jinyoung

 

 

“Yeah, and seems like someone going to lose like a cry baby again……go home Suho, I don’t want to fight with you….” Jinyoung said and turned around to leave, but the others word stopped him

 

 

“Why? You’re scared?” Suho said chuckling and made his gang laugh of Jinyoung as well

 

 

“Scared? Never been, I just don’t want to hear my dad complaining that your mom called and asked why I am bullying you…. why don’t you just go home and be your mommy boy and leave me alone….” Jinyoung turned towards Suho and said with a smirk on his face

 

 

“Who are calling a mommy boy?” Suho shouted at Jinyoung, glaring really hard

 

 

“Isn’t it obviously? Who is the one always complain to his mother after losing a fight with me?” Jinyoung said and it was Jinyoung and his gang’s time to chuckle, except Mark of course

 

 

“ you Park Jinyoung…” Suho cursed and ran to punch Jinyoung, but Jinyoung ducked quickly and made Suho miss the punch. Jinyoung quickly punched back and that's how the fight between the two gang started

 

 

Mark tried to stand behind when they’re fighting, but it’s not that easy. Some of Suho gang approached Mark to fight and the elder tried to punch the other, and fight. Mark is not a fighting person, he doesn’t even know how to fight. Suho’s gang member punched Mark really hard and Jinyoung noticed it and ran towards the elder for helping.

 

 

“Who the is you to punch my boyfriend?” Jinyoung cursed and punched the one who punched Mark and it really surprised the elder

 

 

“Boyfriend? When did I become his boyfriend?” Mark asked himself, confusing of the situation

 

 

Jinyoung punched Suho’s gang member really hard and the fight ended quickly when Suho and his gang ran away since they got beaten up badly by Jinyoung’s gang

 

 

“Are you okay baby?” Jinyoung ran toward Mark and asked, the elder just stared at the younger dumbfounded, still not understanding the situation

 

 

“Baby?” Mark thought confusing. Since Jinyoung didn’t get any reaction from the elder, he quickly lifted the elder up in bridal style and went inside the bar. Jinyoung put Mark down on the couch and asked the others to get the first aid kit. Jinyoung caressed the bruise on Mark’s cheek and made the elder flinch from the touch

 

 

“Sorry, does it hurts a lot?” Jinyoung apologised and asked with a soft voice

 

 

A man came with the first aid kit and Jinyoung started to treat the elder and Mark just sat there quietly letting the younger to treat his wounds and bruises. The other members started to treat each other as well

 

 

“Jinyoung….” Mark said with his head down after Jinyoung were done treating him

 

 

“Yes?” Jinyoung asked staring at the elder

 

 

“You…. you….to…. told them…that I’m……I’m your boy…. boyfriend…. why?” Mark asked stuttering and it made the younger chuckle

 

 

“Because you are….” Jinyoung said with a proud smile

 

 

“Am I?” Mark looked up and asked surprised

 

 

“Yeah, you don’t want to?” Jinyoung asked and leaned closer to Mark, it was just an inch between their faces and it made the elder blushing hard

 

 

“Should I say yes? What will happen then? Will I be thrown out of the gang and be bulled like other students? I’m scared….” Mark thought and was scared to even just breath

 

 

“I…. I…. no….” Mark stuttered again and tried to look away, he didn’t dare to go against the younger

 

 

“No? So you’re my boyfriend now?” Jinyoung asked teasing the elder, made the elder’s heart beat really fast and blush even more

 

 

“Ye…. Yes…” Mark said and closed his eyes quickly for embarrassing and because he’s scared to look into the younger’s eyes

 

 

“You’re my cutes boyfriend….” Jinyoung teased and pecked the elder on the lips, it really surprised Mark with widen eyes and made the whole gang shout and cheer

 

 

That night Mark’s heartbeat never ever once had beaten normally and Jinyoung always gives Mark hugs and small kisses all night long. Mark never ones kissed Jinyoung back, but the younger didn’t say anything about it. Jinyoung drove Mark home that night and of course the younger didn’t forget to give the elder a goodbye kiss before driving home. Mark unlocked the door and went inside the apartment and ran into his room right away. The elder lied down on his bed and touched his lips with his hand with flashback of the kisses Jinyoung gave him in the bar and the goodbye kiss earlier. It wasn’t his first kiss, but it surely made his heart beat really fast, like it was ready to explode

 

 

“Omg, why am I feeling like this…. why did I do to become a gang leader’s boyfriend…... AAAAHHHH….” Mark asked himself and shouted for frustration

 

 

Mark couldn’t sleep at all and was awake all night. The next morning, Mark had a black hoodie with the hood on, trying to hide his wounds and bruised. But it doesn’t seem to work, when the first thing his mom asked was about his bruises on the face

 

 

“Honey, what happened to your face?” Mrs. Tuan asked and ran towards his son worried, made Mark let out a sigh

 

 

“I’m fine… it’s nothing….” Mark said avoiding eye contact with his mom

 

 

“Did you have a fight? Omg, Mark you never fight, is there someone bullying you? Do you want me to talk with the principle?” Mrs. Tuan asked worried and wanted to help, but it somehow made Mark annoyed

 

 

“I told you that I’m fine, no one is bullying me…. what do you need to talk with the principle for? It’s just some ing bruises, why are you so worried? You made me look like a baby boy that never can leave his mom side…” Mark shouted and ran out of the apartment without looking back at his mom, not noticing that a tear ran down of his mother’s cheek

 

 

“What, bullying me? I am the bully now, one of the gang member that bully other students…. I’m even the boyfriend of the gang leader….” Mark looked down and mumbled, only when a hunk made him look up and saw his so called boyfriend’s car

 

 

Jinyoung went out of his car and ran towards Mark. The younger gave the elder a good morning kiss and smiled towards the elder. Mark just stared at the younger and smiled awkwardly back to Jinyoung. They drove to school and Jinyoung held Mark’s hand right after they had went out of the car. Mark surprised of the hold, but didn’t dare to push Jinyoung’s hand away. They went into the classroom with hand intertwined and everyone started to whisper again. Jinyoung even made Yugyeom moved Mark’s table and seat to sit beside Jinyoung. Mark didn’t complain or he didn’t even dare to complain, so he just did what Jinyoung told him to do, move to sit beside him. Of course the teacher won’t say anything either

 

 

Jinyoung holding, hugging, kissing the elder become a normal routine between them now and Jinyoung would always take the elder out for dates. They are now in the bar drinking beer with the rest of the gang. Jinyoung had his arm around the elder and caressing Mark’s hair, the younger leaned closer and closer towards the elder, made Mark a bit nervous. Jinyoung started to smell the elder’s neck and Mark could feel Jinyoung’s breath

 

 

“You’re smelling good….” Jinyoung said ily

 

 

“Jinyoung, are you drunk?” Mark asked nervously, Jinyoung had drank a lot and started to act different

 

 

“No……” Jinyoung said and moved Mark’s head so they are now staring at each other. Jinyoung leaned even closer and closed the gap between them. It wasn’t just a small peck or kiss Jinyoung used to give the elder, but it was a deep one

 

 

Jinyoung started to move his lips and Mark for the first time kissed the younger back. Mark had never kissed Jinyoung back or they never had a really deep kiss. Jinyoung had his both hands on Mark’s cheek and kissed the elder deeply, while Mark has his hands on Jinyoung’s waist and follows Jinyoung’s moves. The younger bite Mark’s lips and made the elder let out a moan. Jinyoung use the chance to slide his tongue inside the elder’s mouth and Mark welcomed it with his own tongue. After a while, they stopped their hot make out session to catch some air. Both of them stared at each other and breathe heavily

 

 

“You’re beautiful…” Jinyoung caressing the elder’s cheek and said

 

 

“You too…” Mark said with his cheek blushing, his face was red as tomato. It was also then Mark noticed that they are still in the bar with the rest of the gang member. Mark looked at the gang member and everyone was staring at them disgusted

 

 

“Please find a room next time…” JB said with a disgusted look

 

 

“You’re just jealous because I have a boyfriend and you don’t…” Jinyoung said and smirked at JB

 

 

“Stop, Jinyoung, we shouldn’t had kissed in front of them….” Mark said nervously or more embarrassed

 

 

“So you agree with him? You want us to find a room next time?” Jinyoung teased the elder and it really surprised Mark

 

 

“Room?” Mark asked shocked and looked at Jinyoung with a surprising look

 

 

“Room? A room with just two of us? What will happen then? ? I’m not ready for that, I don’t even have feelings for Jinyoung and we’re having next? Can I decline? Will he get mad if I decline to have with him?” Mark asked himself a multiple of questions that he can’t even answer himself

 

 

“You don’t want to?” Jinyoung asked with a serious tone

 

 

“It’s not what I mean I…. I….” Mark didn’t know what to say anymore and it made Jinyoung let out a laugh

 

 

“Haha… you are so cute when you’re nervous, don’t worry I won’t push you, if you don’t want to have with me yet…” Jinyoung said with a big smile on his face and pecked Mark on lips

 

 

“How did you know what I was thinking?” Mark asked and quickly buried his face with both of his hand of embarrassing when he aware of what kind of question had just came out of his mouth

 

 

“Haha… you’re so cute when you’re blushing of embarrassment…...” Jinyoung chuckled and said while he takes the elder’s hands away and made Mark look at Jinyoung

 

 

“No need to be embarrassed, you’re my boyfriend…. It is normal to have , I now you’re not ready yet so I will wait…. just don’t make me wait too long….” Jinyoung said with a smirk, made Mark blush even more and his heart beat even faster, really near to explode.
