18. Sweet Date!

Jinyoung didn’t know why he had the sudden courage to say that and go with a maid to groceries shopping. He only had met the elder for two days, he can easily take advantage of the younger when him is in this state. He can sell him or kill him if he wants, but Jinyoung just trusted the elder out of what his heart had told him. He just felt right for trusting the elder

“I just wanted some fresh air…… but I can just take it back, I will go to my room…...” Jinyoung said when the elder just stayed silent. He felt pathetic and stands up for leaving, but Mark quickly grabbed Jinyoung’s wrist stopping the younger for leaving

“No…...let’s go groceries shopping together……” Mark typed happily, he felt so happy for that the younger had finally start to trust him and they can go groceries shopping together like what a couple would do. Jinyoung just nodded his head with what the elder had said, and a small smile appeared on Jinyoung’s face

“Why do I felt happy for going groceries shopping with him?” Jinyoung asked himself in his mind and quickly stopped smiling and got back to the cold-hearted Park Jinyoung

“Let’s go change, we can’t go to groceries shopping with the pyjamas on, can we?” Mark typed and helped the younger back to the room

Jinyoung stands there silently while the elder tries to change the younger, Mark use his shakily hands to buttons off Jinyoung’s pyjamas. The elder gulped when he saw the younger’s sixpack, he really wanted to touch it, but he stopped himself. After had changed to casually clothes, Mark helped the younger to sit at the passenger seat. The elder helped the younger to fasten the seatbelt, when Mark turned his head, it was just an inch between the both of them. Mark stared at Jinyoung’s plump lips, that when he realised how much he missed to kiss the younger and touch those lips.

Mark shook his head and back to reality, he ran to the driver seat and started the engineer of Jinyoung’s car. The ride to the nearest supermarket was silent, Mark focused on the rode while Jinyoung just sat the silently until they arrived at the shopping mall where the supermarket was at the underground.

Mark parked the car and typed on his phone to make Jinyoung know that they had arrived “We’re here……”

Mark slip his phone into his pocket and helps Jinyoung out of the car. After had locked the car, Jinyoung linked his arms with Mark and let the elder lead the way. They arrived the supermarket and Mark pulled out a shopping cart. They walked slowly with arms still linked together.

“Is there something you wants to buy?” Mark pulled out his phone and typed to ask the younger

“Scrambled egg……” Jinyoung said without need to think, he wants the elder’s scrambled egg and it made Mark let out a chuckle

“We will be buying some eggs then…...” Mark typed, and they went to get some egg

“Let’s buy some milk too……” Mark typed and Jinyoung just nodded his head before following the elder to get some milk

“I want some banana……” Jinyoung said and Mark typed ok and they went to get the younger’s favourite fruits. Mark remembered how much Jinyoung likes banana, he always eating bananas out of all fruits

They got some meat and sashimi too for dinner, since Mark wanted meat for BBQ and Jinyoung wanted sashimi, Jinyoung just told the elder to get both. The got some soda and snacks as well, at first Jinyoung wanted beer, but the elder didn’t allow since Jinyoung was hurt, beside they were underage so they couldn’t get to buy any beer anyway. When they went around the big supermarket, Mark saw an aunty making dumplings for costumers to taste.

“Do you want to taste some dumplings?” Mark typed and asked the younger, Jinyoung just nodded his head for a yes

They went near the stand and Mark took one dumpling from the stand, the elder blown the dumplings so it won’t be too hot for the younger

“Ah…...” Mark said and Jinyoung slowly opened his mouth for the elder to feed him

“Was it good?” Mark quickly typed to ask the younger and the younger nodded eagerly for a yes since his mouth was filled of dumplings and stopping him from answering.

Mark always liked to see Jinyoung eating well and the scene of Jinyoung eating dumping happily made the elder glad and happy. The elder wipes the younger’s mouth with his thumb and smiled lovely towards Jinyoung even the younger can’t see him

“Then we should buy some…...” Mark typed into his phone before he put it back into his pocket and put a small bag of frozen dumpling into their shopping cart

“You should try as well, Ben……” Jinyoung said and Mark took one dumpling and put it into his mouth, but it was so warm

“Ah…...” Mark said and starts blowing as he had the dumpling in his mouth

Jinyoung heard that the elder was having trouble with the warm dumpling and it made him let out a chuckle for Mark’s clumsiness. How can the elder remember to blow the dumpling for him, but forget to blow it for himself? Jinyoung thought. Jinyoung moves his hands towards the elder’s face, touch it until he finds the mouth of the elder and blow towards it so it would be less warm. Mark just stayed there surprised of the younger’s action, but at the same time enjoyed of the touch and care he got from Jinyoung.

“Was it better?” Jinyoung stopped and asked, hands still on the elder’s face

Mark nodded his head and it was then the younger’s let go of the elder’s face. Mark quickly pulled out his phone and typed thank you, but the younger shook his head and gave Mark a small smile. The elder smiled back even Jinyoung can’t see.

“Oh, poor kids, look at them…… one is blind and the other is mute……” An aunty says in the back and both Jinyoung and Mark heard it

“It must be hard to live normally……” Another aunty whispered and both of Jinyoung and Mark lost their smile on their faces

“Are they brothers?” Whispers keep going

“No, I think they’re lovers? I have been bumping into them a few times in the supermarket today and they were all lovely dovely……Beside didn’t you saw them earlier? He blown into his mouth, what kind of brothers would do that……” One of them said and others starts to agree 

“What? So gross……” An aunty said and Jinyoung had enough of the talk and whispers

“You don’t need to remind him that he is mute and I’m blind…... we’re living perfectly fine and who are you to judge if we’re brothers or lovers……let’s go Ben……” Jinyoung shouted angrily and linked his arm with Mark again so Mark can lead the way to the cashier

Mark payed with JB’s card and carried all the groceries to the car while Jinyoung just walked silently beside the elder with his arm linked to Mark

The rode home become silently, none of the said a pip. When they arrived back to the younger’s home, Mark unlocked the door. Mark was surprised to see a pair of shoes inside the house, a pair of shoes that wasn’t there when they left the house

“I think someone is here…...” Mark pulled out his phone and typed, but Jinyoung didn’t say anything and just nodded his head for understanding. Jinyoung and Mark went further inside the house with arm linked together.

“Where have you been?” JB asked and Mark saw JB sat on the couch in the living room

“Groceries shopping……” Jinyoung recognise the voice of JB and answered while the elder showed JB the bag filled with food.

“I will go put the food in the fridge……” Mark lead Jinyoung to the couch and typed on his phone after. Jinyoung nodded his head as a yes for the elder to leave

“I heard that you called Dr. Cha last night……” JB said, he called Dr. Cha this morning to confirm the date Jinyoung will have his check up and had a small talk with the doctor. It was then he found out what Jinyoung had asked the doctor

“So? Can’t I call him?” Jinyoung said, savage as always

“Of course, you can, just curious why you care so much about Ben?” JB asked, not teasing, but seriously

“None of your business…. I will be upstairs….” Jinyoung said and tried to find his way up to his room. JB let out a sigh and helped the younger to his room and went downstairs again after helping Jinyoung to bed

“Hey……” JB said to Mark when he saw the elder come out of the kitchen

“Hi……” Mark said in a low voice after looking around, making sure that Jinyoung wasn’t around

“Jinyoung is in his room, let’s go out and have a talk……” JB said and started to go towards the door to the garden

Mark nodded his head and followed after the younger. They sat down at bench middle of the garden and it was just silent between them

“Jinyoung asked me about you being mute, I think he starts to suspect you…...” JB said after 5 minutes of silent or something

“What? How? Why suddenly?” Mark asked in panic, he don’t want to lose the opportunity to take care of the younger

“You must had talked in your dream…...” JB said and turned his head to look at the elder

“I….what?” Mark asked not understanding

“Jinyoung asked Dr. Cha last night if a mute person can talk in his dream……” JB explained and Mark felt so dumbfounded

“So Jinyoung went to look for me in my room last night?” Mark thought, he didn’t know if he should be happy or sad. Happy for that Jinyoung was looking for him, no matter what his reason was. But sad that he heard him talk in sleep and starts to suspect him

“Just be more carefully now, is only a few days left until his next check up, maybe he can take his bandage off from his eyes then…... just take good care of him for now…… his check up is next Monday…...” JB said and stands up for leaving

“Next Monday…... its only 3 days left…… “ Mark thought and was scared of the day to come, worry about Jinyoung see him and push him away
