Kris expected a lot of things to happen that day. He expected Jongdae to annoy him, and he expected Chanyeol to join in with him. He expected to have lunch like normal. He expected that he would get all his classes done, hand in his chemistry paper and take the bus home like usual. 

He didn't expect to end up in the headmasters office, getting yelled at for pulling the fire alarm, which he didn't even do. Hell, he wasn't even looking at the alarm when it went off. 

In fact, the person sitting next to him, getting punished with him, just had to be the same person who appeared in his dreams quite often, and unintentionally framing him for pulling the school fire alarm. 

Kris stared daggers at Junmyeon, but the latter didn't move. 

Furious and frustrated, Kris looked down at his clenched fists, his baring knuckles going white from all the pressure. 

When they get out of there, he was going to give the other a thick piece of his mind and maybe a bit of his knuckles too. 

Along with a few nice bruises.

2 Hours Earlier

Kris jogged down the hallway, catching up with Jongdae. Pulling his bag strap over and giving the latter a lopsided grin he says, "Oh come on that wasn't too bad right?" Kris teases him, poking him in the--now blushing bright--cheek. 

Jongdae shoots him an unamused talk and then looks ahead, "You and Park are really going to hell for sure. I don't even need to ask my pastor about it." JOngdae turns down another corridor, and Kris follows him relentlessly trying to make it up to the latter. 

Him and Chanyeol may or may not have indirectly told Minseok of Jongdae's huge, teenage crush on the guy. 

"We didn't even mean to--it, it just slipped!" Kris pleads, trying not to laugh at how upset Jongdae is getting right now. The latter didn't even bother to listen to the other two as they tried to explain what Minseok had said in reply. 

Jongdae halts and drags a long breath, closing his eyelids, before opening them and turning to the older. "Kris, I'm being serious!" His voice raises at the last tone; an indication that he's trying not to laugh, cry and die at the same time. "How could you have told him! You know I've liked him for a long time, and that I'm serious about my feelings." 

Jongdae's hands are no longer idol and he moves them unconsciously, exaggerating his movements. "He's not just another fling Kris! He's not just another one night stand like all those other ones! I actually wanted to get to know him, and talk to him properly--" 

"--And you can do that now!" Kris intervenes. 

Jongdae lets out a frustrated grunt and covers his face with his hands, shaking his head. "No, no, no! It'll be so damn awkward Kris. He knows that I like him now, how can he act normal around me? How can he sit there and talk without--"
