Irene woke up when she felt cold wind gush through her. She was seeking the warmth of a certain human but when she opened her eyes, she was alone. 

It was not a dream. Seungwan was here with me.

Panic started arising in Irene's chest and before she could react, the door slowly opened, revealing a smiling hamster with a tray of food on her tiny hands.

"Oh, you're awake already."

Wendy carefully placed the tray on the bedside table after seeing Irene with teary eyes.

"What's wrong babe?"

Irene looked at Wendy, holding both of her cheeks and hugged the girl tight. 

"I woke up alone. I'm scared. I'm scared that you will leave me again." Irene sobbed. 

Wendy couldn't help but feel sad. She knew that it was her fault why Irene was acting like that. 

"I promise you I won't ever leave you again. Don't cry my love. And as much as I love you clinging on me, you can't be late for your schedule," Wendy said, slowly detaching herself from Irene's hug but making sure they were still intact.

"One more hour." Irene whined, trying to encircle her arms on the girl's neck. 

"Babe, if you will be a girl good today, I'll drop you off and pick you up later. How about that?" Wendy was trying to make a deal.

Irene didn't answer her. She just ran towards the bathroom.

Later on, Wendy felt arms encircling her waist and a kiss on her cheek.

"So babe, what are your plans for today?" Irene asked, still backhugging Wendy.

"I'm going to see a friend."

"Who?"

"Doctor Kim," Wendy said, still focused on washing the dishes.

"Is that Kim Jisoo?" Irene asked, her expression dim as if the dark would come and hug them.

"Yes babe."

Wendy felt Irene tightening the hug so she unclasped her hands and held them close to her.

Jisoo...

Irene won't forget the day they met. She wanted to skin her alive. That Jisoo girl wanted her girl so bad.

"Why?"

"I need to talk to her."

"Wan, you know that girl loves you and you are telling me that you need to talk to her." Irene's voice was high-pitched. She was mad and it showed.

Wendy's eyes turned wide as she heard what Irene was saying. As far as she knew, the two didn't know each other.

"We already saw each other at the hospital," Irene explained. She really felt irritated when she heard Jisoo's name.

"Hyun..."

Wendy held her girlfriend's hands and kissed them. 
Irene knew she was mad but seeing how Wendy was kissing her knuckles, she calmed down a little. Her lover kissed away the madness she was feeling. 

"It's not that I don't trust you, Wan. I'm... I'm scared," she said truthfully. Jisoo's words kept ringing in her head. 

"She told me she will do anything to take you away from me." Irene's eyes turned red, her tears threatening to fall but held them back.

Wendy couldn't help but feel pain. She didn't know what happened between the two but she needs to talk to Jisoo. 

"Hyun, dont cry. Calm down," Wendy uttered, holding Irene close to her.

"How can I calm down when I heard that my girlfriend is seeing the girl who's madly in love with her!"

"Hyun, I need to talk to her. For the last time, Hyun. Please. Don't cry. Don't be scared."

"Son Seungwan, tell me, did the two of you had a thing while I was away?" Irene couldn't keep her cool.

"Seungwan... Answer me."

"There's nothing going on between me and her, Hyun."

"But why do you need to talk to her?"

"Let me explain, Hyun." Wendy pleaded.

Irene just nodded, letting go of their joined hands.  

"We met at the orphanage-"

"So that's why she told me I'm lucky that you met me first?"

"What? Bae Joohyun, let me finish first. Please."

Joohyun crossed her arms. 

"Okay babe. We met at the orphanage and then remember the day when you and Mino caught up and I went missing? I was drunk and she was a good-hearted person so she took care of me. We meet at the most random times."

"And?" Joohyun asked. She knew there was more. 

"My heart belongs to her girlfriend
