Irene was standing at the lobby while waiting. Hyoyeon was in the restroom while Seulgi was getting her car.

She saw a girl on a white coat and remembered the face. The girl in the pictures. That girl was Kim Jisoo. She walked towards the girl and asked.

"Uh, excuse me? Are you by chance Jisoo?" Oh, but Irene already knew.

Jisoo recalled that face. She was Wendy's girlfriend. The girl that she saw on Wendy's phone. The one Wendy kept on her heart.

"Yes, that's me. What's up?"

Irene's brow furrowed.

"I recognized you from your pictures with Wendy - online, I mean."

"Oh, you're a friend of hers?" Jisoo smirked, taunting the other girl.

"I'm her girlfriend."

Irene was getting pissed by the knowing look on Jisoo's face when she asked, "Oh, for real? How come I've only seen you now?"

"I've just...gone somewhere. Listen, I think we both understand the situation here."

Jisoo shrugged. 

"Are we on the same page, really?"

"If you mean you throwing yourself at Wendy when you very well know she's taken, then yes." Irene clenched her fist. Her blood was boiling at the memory of those pictures.

"Oh...those," Jisoo chuckled. "So I've heard that Son Seungwan had a girlfriend but I didn't think she actually existed, with you not being around and all. That's why I took the chance-"

"Back off." Irene cut in sharply. "Let that be my first and final warning."

"Woah there," Jisoo whistled, raising her arms. "Cut me some slack. Can you really blame me?"

"Excuse me? She's taken."

"Oh, sure." Jisoo scoffed. "You were definitely there every step of the way-yup, how could I miss you?"

Irene didn't know how to respond, clearly guilty of leaving and asking for space.

"And under those circumstances, Wendy looking absolutely gorgeous and lonely. I can't just leave her alone, yeah?"

If they hadn't been in public, Irene would have gone up and punched that smug look off her face.

But no, she calmed herself and Jisoo looked at her questioningly.

"What?" Jisoo was getting anxious seeing how Irene looked at her.

"You really are planning on stealing my girlfriend Miss Kim, how pathetic. You're gorgeous and talented but you keep squeezing yourself to someone who can't be yours," Irene said looking directly into Jisoo.

"Seungwan is lovable, that's given. Every girl wants to be with her. I'm so lucky that she chose me. If you think that I'm thinking Seungwan will cheat on me, I know she won't. Even though I left her hanging, that I hurt her, I believe it's still me. I believe that she will wait for me."

"She doesn't deserve you," Jisoo gritted her teeth, she was shaking. Wendy didn't deserve to be with someone who hides her in the dark. She deserved to be with someone who is not afraid to hold her hand in public. 

"I can give her my world you should know that."

Why Wendy? Irene wanted to ask the girl in front of her, why her girlfriend. But Jisoo beat her to it.

"You may be thinking why I let myself fall in love with Wendy when in the first place, she told me she has a girlfriend." Jisoo chuckled bitterly. "I want to stop but I've felt warmth seeking into my body when I'm looking into her eyes. I may be a fool but I'm happy. She told me she can't love me but still I wanted her. And it leads here."

"You know it's not healthy but you let yourself fall, Kim Jisoo." Irene's eyes looked so soft.

"She makes me happy and I'd gladly hold on to it. And Miss Bae Joohyun, she just met you first. If she met me before you, you will be in my place now." Jisoo snickered.

"So full of yourself doctor. I didn't say it as Wendy's girlfriend but please let go of the things that will hurt you and that thing includes my girlfriend."
