Chapter 9 “Collusion”



“How’s it going?” a man in black tuxedos asked as he smoked his Brazilian cigarettes, which was just too expensive for normal people to afford.

“We’re doing great, Sir,” his man answered,” We managed to get almost haft of the seats…”

“That’s fantastic!” the man laughed loudly,” They’ll be as good as dead now!”

“…Yes, Sir,” his men agreed.

Still laughing like hell, neither the man nor his man realized the moving figure that escaped from the dark hallway after hearing everything of his plan. Let the devils laughed at themselves…

“Jaejoongie hyung! I’m hungry! Want to eat Jaejoongie’s delicious cooking! Hehe,” a boy, who’s just five years old, spoke as he hugged Jaejoong tightly.

“Omoo…Taemin ah, you’re always hungry!” Jaejoong said as he caressed his nephew’s head, telling him to be a good boy.

“Hyungie!” another boy, who looked just exactly like Taemin’s copy carbon, shouted as he joined to hug Jaejoong.

“Taehyun ah! My other cute nephew!” Jae couldn’t help but melt between the boys’ cuteness, he really like the twin so much. And today, since his sister was going to have some business, he was on charge for the two cute little boys.

“Jaejoong hyung…Who’s that?” Yoochun’s figure came out from the bathroom as he realized the two boys,” Omoo! Who’s this two cute boy?”

“They’re Taehyun and Taemin, my sis’s sons, that makes them my beloved nephew!” Jaejoong explained in excitement. 

Just in a few minutes, all of DongBangShinKi members were there, amazed by the two cute boys.

“I love Yunho hyung’s dance!” Taehyun said as he imitated some of the dance.

“That’s cool!” Yunho said as he began to teach Taehyun some move.

“Hey, hey, I can dance too, look at this!” Junsu didn’t want to lose, he showed his move. Taehyun couldn’t be more happier because he loved dancing so much.

“Taemin ah, what do you like?” Changmin asked the boy.

“…Umm, singing…” Taemin answered as he blushed. As the little one, Taemin was a little shy.

“Taemin’s voice is good! I heard his voice from Jae hyung’s recorder!” Yoochun suddenly remembered.

“..Eh?” the boy was surprised that he couldn’t help but blushed to pink.

“Taemin ah, don’t worry! Hyung will teach you high voice!” Changmin said in excitement as he began to sing ‘Ultra Soul’. Taemin couldn’t help but laughed, followed by the others. They had so much fun playing with the boys since they had been so stressful these few days, rehearsal morning and night for their upcoming concert. That’s why they ended up spent the night at Jae’s house, since it’s the closest one to their studio.

“Guys, um, can I skip practice today? It’s not because I’m lazy or---“ Jae couldn’t finish his sentence because Taehyun slipped and fell softly on him.

“Okay, the boys need someone to take care of them anyway,” Yunho spoke as he helped Taehyun,” Um, so I guess I and Changmin will be leaving now, is that alright? We still got something to do for the ticketing...”

“Thanks and see you guys around,” Jaejoong spoke as he played with Taemin, who’s busy with the puzzle games. TaeHyung waved at Yunho and so Yunho waved back.

“Then, I’ll be leaving too; I needed to get something from my apartment,” Yoochun spoke,” Bye Taemin…”

“Bye hyung…” Taemin spoke sadly. Yoochun couldn’t help but pinched Taemin’s blushing cheek. Later on, the dolphin followed because he needed to do some document at his office for his football team and he needed to make sure the stage development for their concert going well. Jae was left with two of his nephews. Well, he would consider it as a holiday. Somehow, he got tired easily these days.

“Hyung! I forgot my wallet on the car, I’ll be back. Just go to the office first,” Changmin spoke as he skipped to the parking lot again. He sighed because he usually didn’t forget things.

Opening the car door, he saw the wallet near the drawer; he got it inside his pocket. Just as he locked his car, he felt arm grasped him from behind, preventing him to shout.

“Hyung! It’s me! Don’t shout or run, please…” a well known voice spoke,” I don’t have much time, they would curious if I gone too long…Just listen…”

“Half of hyung’s ticket concert was hacked by the company. It’s not really sold; it’s just a bluff to make hyung deul lost the money so the concert would be cancelled. The username was KYM and the passport was your debut date…” the man said as he let Changmin go, he looked so worried. Before the man could go, Changmin managed to stop him.

“Wait!” Changmin shouted,”…Thank you, Minho…”

The man wasn’t any other but Choi Minho, the rapper of SHINee, who was one of Changmin’s best friend and dongsaeng when he’s in the company.

Minho nodded as he rushed out, disappearing into thin air because he needed to make sure no one knew about what he did. He knew he did the right thing.

Sighing heavily as he looked at his watch, Changmin decided to take care of the mess that KYM-KimYoungMin made. Well, he was more than sure the fox would do something now or later and he needed to make sure the plan crushed into dust, leaving not even a cent for the male vixen.

He walked up to Yunho’s office as he declared the news of the war. Yunho was more than surprised, he couldn’t believe it because when he opened his laptop just now, he saw all the ticket had been sold out. He couldn’t believe half of it was fake.

“Let me see,” Changmin scanned the laptop screen as he began tying things. After a few minutes, Yunho could see one user ID, named KYM and bought half of the ticket. 

“He’s an idiot, I wouldn’t use my initial if I were him,” Yunho spoke the fact.

“Yeah,” the maknae agreed. Changmin typed more and more till he made half the ticket online again and he erased the existence of KYM ID. He even banned him from touching his site anymore (the site DBSK sold their ticket online).

“Guess, my hacking ability isn’t a waste after all,” smirk painted on his lips as he remembered how Shindong from Super Junior taught him so much of hacking. He never knew it would be this useful.

“WHAT?!” the dolphin and the song-writer chorused together as leadersshi’s and maknae’s ear went deaf. They’re in a private café, having their late lunch.

“Don’t shout!” Yoochun spoke to Junsu.

“You’re shouting too!” Junsu fought back.

“Hey, hyung deul…Can we come back to the topic?” Changmin asked. Both of the shocked men silent their mouth as they nodded.

“Anyway, I and Changmin are planning to not let Jaejoong know about this,” Yunho spoke.

“Eh? Why?” Yoochun asked.

“Because we don’t want Jaejoong hyung to worry too much…” Changmin explained,” He even gave up his business for us, I think we shouldn’t bother him with this small problem. After all, the problem solved right?”

“Well, that’s true. Jaejoong hyung gets too worried sometime and he can do something we’re not expected…Like the thing you said,” Junsu agreed.

“Hmm…Alright,” Yoochun also agreed,” Guess, it’s our little secret minus Jaejoong hyung…”

All of the kept in silence until the food came, after all that’s the first secret they shared together without Jaejoong’s knowing. Somehow it felt weird and different. 

“Just remember to be careful on whatever we do because we don’t know what more that scoundrel can do…”

“Hyungie, can I have one chocolate ice cream?” Taehyun asked.

“I want strawberry one, please…” Taemin added.

Jaejoong really couldn’t fight the cuteness overdose he was attacked with; he bought the ice cream for the two boys as he got one for himself.

“Hehe, I like hyung so much!” the boys chorused.

They had been hanging around the mall for almost two hours; Jae already got what he needed. He wanted to cook for s tonight, that’s why he already texted them earlier and they all agreed. The two cutie boy would join too because their mother going to get them late.

Still sightseeing, a sudden attack paralyzed his move as he let go of his nephew’s hand. He slipped down as he held his head. He wrenched in pain.

“Hyung! What’s wrong?!” Taemin asked worriedly.

“My pills…on bag,” Jae managed to say it between his pains. Taehyun opened the small bag Jae bought as he tried to find the medicine. He finally found it at the bag side; he opened it to Jaejoong as Taemin gave the water.

Jae gulped the medicine in one go. He breathed heavily as he tried to conquer his consciousness. Blurry, he could see his nephews’ worried faces. He tried to smile to calm them down, yet, bitter-grin was all he got. 

“Hyungie…” Taehyun and Taemin called worriedly, both of them couldn’t help but hugged Jaejoong tightly.

“Kwenchana…We’re here,” the boys chorused as Jae buried his face between their shoulders. Truthfully, he was so scared, but seeing Taemin and Taehyun there for him was more than enough. He shouldn’t be afraid, he’s fine. At least, for now; he still had things to do. He got s and DongBangShinKi back.

“Thank you, I’m fine now,” Jae smiled softly as he caressed his nephews’ cheek, he later on discovered Taemin was crying because of him.

“Omooo…Taemin is a good boy, don’t cry OK?” Jaejoong said.

“Hyung…fine?” Taemin asked. Jae nodded.

“Let’s just go home for now and prepare the dinner, OK? Beside it’s time for your nap,” Jae spoke to the boys as they nodded.
