Chapter 7 “Cassiopeia”



“Come on! Hurry up!” he spoke as he pushed the others to get into the building.

“But, Jae hyung…We can’t, we don’t have---“

“Just move your duck !” Jaejoong said as he succeeded made the five of them into the lift. He pressed the 3rd floor button.

“Jae, what’re we going---“

“Just shut up and do as I say because I want to make it as surprise!” the oldest one giggled as he patted the leadersshi’s shoulder. Without any spoken word, they finally arrived at their destination. The door opened and they could saw the backstage of the studio where they would have their first TV Show ever since their disbanding.

“I don’t have any idea what we’re going to do here…” Yoochun said as he rubbed his eyes, he really not a morning person, did he?

“I have, but that impossible…” the maknae spoke.

“Well, you know what, Changmin, apparently nothing is impossible in this world. At least that’s what happening now…Tadaaaaa~” Jaejoong smiled as he showed the big poster that was on the backstage wall.

“Holy Sh---“

“Yaa! Don’t curse~” the oldest one spoke,” Hehehe…Do you guys happy?”

They couldn’t speak; their mouth froze as they nodded. The words were so unbelievable; it’s written big and bold in the poster, ‘THE COME BACK OF DONGBANGSHINKI IN ‘COME TO PLAY’ WILL BE ON AIR THIS MORNING AT 9.00! THE REPLAY WILL BE ON 08.00 TONIGHT!’ 

“Omooo! Oppa deul already here, come on! Let’s get ready!” a young fine lady greeted them.

“Yeah, Changmin Oppa, Yoochun Oppa, and Junsu Oppa please come with me,” another lady showed up. Both of them looked like a hairdresser.

“See you guys on the stage, hehe, come on, Yunho!” Jaejoong smiled as he dragged Yunho along with him, following the first hairdresser. The others couldn’t say a word as they followed the other hairdresser. And so they went into different dressing room; one wouldn’t enough for the five of them after all.

“Have a seat, my name is Jija. I’ll be on charge for both of Oppa deul’s hairdressing from now on,” the lady smiled as she signaled Yunho to wait for a while, she’s doing Jae’s hair first.

“I’ve to inform you Yunho, Jija is one of our fans by the way…In fact the other lady, Eun Jin is also our fans, haha…” Jae smiled as he laughed his famous laugh.

“I’ll make sure to get myself your entire signature after the show!” Jija spoke excitedly as she used the comb and did Jae’s hair. She did it perfectly, just like a professional. She finished her piece by adding a little of gel for Jaejoong’s bang.

“Jaejoong-oppa, you can go to the costume room, you’ll meet my dongsaeng there. She’ll be in charge for your clothes,” Jija spoke as she moved to Yunho’s chair. Jaejoong nodded as he wanted to leave but Yunho prevented him by pulling his arm.

“Jae…”

“We’ll talk later OK?” the oldest one smiled as he went outside.

“Omooo!” Jija couldn’t help but giggled in her heart because she just saw some YunJae-ness.

“Hmm…” Yunho sighed because he couldn’t figure out what’s going on. They weren’t allowed to use the name DongBangShinKi anymore. That’s why they almost turned down all the TV Show invitation; yet, Jaejoong brought them here and now they could use the name once again. Something was definitely done by the oldest one. He couldn’t help but worried.

“Yunho Oppa is so cute when he’s thinking! Kyaaaaaaaaaaaaa~” Jija took a mental slap, she was supposed to work on her hubby’s…err…she meant Yunho’s hair. She couldn’t help but blushed when she did that. Well, she still did it perfectly though, except, she accidently sprayed some hairspray on Yunho’s face. Hahaha, that lady was a big fan of Yunho after all.

“Mianhe! Oppa, I didn’t do it on purpose!” Jija apologized. She really looked like the world going to end soon if Yunho didn’t forgive her.

“No…It’s OK, really, I’m fine,” Yunho smiled,” By the way…Am I your favorite member in DongBangShinKi?”

“Eh?! Ehm!” Jija nodded as she blushed, she managed to say,” I blushed a lot, didn’t I?”

“Well, you’re blushing ever since Jaejoong left,” he spoke,” Don’t be nervous…I’m not going to eat you or something…”

The smirk Yunho gave made Jija on her max level of imagination. She couldn’t move and just stared at Yunho who’s disappearing into the costume room. Today, she was very grateful to be one of the Cassiopeia.

“What’s going on?” Yoochun managed to say the words besides the fact, he’s yawning. They’re sitting there, waited for Eun Jin to finish Junsu’s hair. The maknae shook his head, he didn’t know either.

“Oppa is really not a morning person after all!” another lady showed up as she gave a candy to Yoochun,” It’ll help with Oppa morning syndrome, hehe…”

“Thanks,” Yoochun spoke in English as he saw the lady blushed.

“Inori, do your job! Don’t just blush there because of Yoochun Oppa…” Eun Jin teased as she almost finished Junsu’s hair.

“Eun Jin~” Inori fought back. Yoochun smiled because he just discovered both of the ladies were their fans and his Casanova hunch said that Inori was his fans, especially.

“Guys, sorry, I’m late! The traffic was !” another lady showed up as she took care of the maknae.

“Hi, my name is Injosu, I’ll be your hairdresser from now on,” the lady spoke,” I’m your fans Oppa…”

“Really?” Changmin asked excitedly as he smelled something,” Did you bring food?”

“Yaaa~ Min, mind your manner!” Junsu spoke.

“But I’m kind of hung---“

“Min…” Yoochun warned.

“OK, I’m fine,” the maknae spoke with a smirk on his face, he whispered to Injo,” Give me some when they’re not around OK? I’ll let you take my picture and signature! Pleasee~” 

Of course Injo agreed, she was more than happy.

“Ehm, I’ve been wondering, are all of you Cassie?” Junsu asked.

“Yup!” Eun Jin smiled as she continued,” I love all of Oppa deul, Inori loves Yoochun Oppa the most, Injo’s favorite is Changmin Oppa…Oh, and the other lady that works on YunJae’s hair is Jija, she’s Yunho Oppa’s fan…And also her dongsaeng, Hana is Jaejoong’s fan…But we love all of Oppa deul of course, hehe…”

“Wow!” Junsu was amazed. Well, the image is rather cute for Eun Jin, she couldn’t help but blushed.

“So, Hana is Jaejoong’s hairdresser?” Yoochun asked.

“No, she’s a genius girl; she’s a costume design for all of Oppa deul. Jija is senior for us, that are why she can do faster than us and that’s also why she do both of Yunho Oppa and Jaejoong Oppa…” Inori explained.

“Yup~ OK, almost done here…” Injo spoke excitedly as she made her last touch. The three of them finished in almost the same time. Then, the three Oppa deul went into the dressing room, after promised the ladies with their photo and signature after the show.

“Hm, not like that, let me help…” a girl in her teens spoke as she helped Jaejoong wore his vest. The girl couldn’t help but blush a little.

“Your name is Hana, right?” Jaejoong asked. The girl nodded.

“Do you like me?” Jaejoong teased.

“Oppa! What kind of question is that?!” Hana turned into red tomato as she tried to keep herself together. She’s really a huge fan of Jaejoong, yet, she’s really serious when she’s at work. That’s why she didn’t want to show it.

“Well…Just a normal question, hehe…I heard you graduated earlier than everybody,” Jaejoong spoke,” Just like our Min, you’re really smart!”

“No, Oppa…I just…”

“To tell you the truth, I was so shock to discover how young you’re yet you can do this designing stuff so well,” Jaejoong spoke as he pointed at the smexy black vest he’s wearing.

“Oppa…OK! I admit it! I love Jaejoong Oppa the most in the world!” Hana spoke as he felt warmness suddenly warped him.

“Yeah, I know…Thanks…” somehow Jaejoong’s voice was faint and sorrowful, Hana could feel that.

“Oppa, are you OK?” Hana asked. 

“Fine!” Jaejoong smiled as he let the frozen girl go from his embrace. He couldn’t help but smiled bitter-sweet when he thought of what might happen to the Cassiopeia once they found out of it. Well, he could do something to prevent them from knowing, yet, he knew he couldn’t hide it forever if the worst possibility happened.

“Hyung!” his dongsaeng’s voice caught his ears as he forgot what he’s thinking. He turned around and saw the four brothers he loved so much more than himself. He couldn’t help but smiled. Everything will be alright…Because we’re together once again…He told himself.

Hana did the others’ costume fast and more than good. Now, it’s time from their show. They could hear their fans cheering from behind the stage. The hairdressers and the costume designer were also there.

They looked at each other; they knew what all of the thinking, just like old times. Slowly, their foot took the steps and they made it into the stage. Fans were screaming and yelling in excitement. The five stars finally shining once again. And so they said…

“Annyeonghaseyo! DongBangShinKi imnida!”
