“We are going to a wedding.”

Yonghwa announced when his mother comes out from her room and Mrs. Jung nods acknowledging.

“Shinhye told me yesterday. Have fun darling.”

She said and kisses Minhyuk’s cheek and pats Shinhye’s arm after.

“You look so gorgeous.”

She smiled to the compliment and Yonghwa smiled too, a genuine smile.

It’s hard for him to convince her to wear the dress, but she did at last.

And she did put on light makeup after he persuaded her to do so.

“We are leaving then.”

“Oh sure.”

Mrs. Jung said and moves out of their way.

“Be careful.”

“Thank you.”

Shinhye said and she went out of the car.

“Shinhye.”

Yonghwa called and she turns around, raising her eyebrow at him.

“Call me when you are going back.”

“Deh.”

She said, bowing before she walks to a block next to where he drops her.

She sighs as she was nearing the venue of Yoobi’s wedding.

She was supposed to come with Jonghyun.

She looks at Minhyuk who was moving his legs as she walks, looking around him and giggles when he saw things that amuse his little imaginary sense.

“At least you are here with me.”

She kisses his hair and walks while she plasters a smile on her lips.

“4 months had passed.”

Shinhye just stare at the doctor and then he sighs, a deep one.

“Anything wrong doctor?”

He nods slightly.

“The thing is, he stops responding to any of our treatment Mrs. Lee. To put it simply, his condition worsen. I have to be honest. The machine alone can’t help him anymore. He stops fighting.”

“What do you mean doctor?”

“As what I’ve said earlier, he doesn’t response. Mr. Jung did ask if we could send him to any hospital abroad that can cure him, but it will just be a waste of time.”

Shinhye then closes her eyes and rested her back on the chair.

She frowns as she takes one by one of what the doctor was saying.

She then opens her eyes after a moment, eyes dilated.

“If he can’t response to anything, it means?”

She stops and widens her eyes.

The doctor nods.

“We are afraid that we will lose him Mrs. Lee. Sooner or later.”

“Can’t anything be done? What about donor? Or something else?”

“We tried each of everything way that we can. We understand your situation Mrs. Lee. But after all these months, Mr. Lee antibody is too weak and he doesn’t show any improvement at all. I need to tell you this. We discuss about this and we come to a decision that we have to stop the treatment.”

“No. You can’t do that.”

Shinhye cried, almost pleading with her doe eyes.
