Because for Kim Taehyung, no one ever bother to care for him.

Since kingdergarten, no one want to be friend with him because they think that Taehyung was weird. Taehyung never bring crayon with him, instead of crayon, he’ll bring colouring pencil with him. sometime, Taehyung take his friend’s crayon and ate it. Really ate it. (maybe thats the reason why his mother give him colouring pencil instead of crayon)

But only one kid who didnt afraid of Taehyung weirdness, he was Jeon Jungkook. He was two years younger than Taehyung and Taehyung never want to play with him because Jungkook was a ‘baby’.

Jungkook will run to Taehyung when Taehyung comeback from his school and get rejected dy the older continuosly

“I dont play with baby” Taehyung will stuck his tongue and enter his house, leaving Jungkook in front of his house.

But instead of get away from Taehyung, the innocent six years old Jeon Jungkook keep bothering Taehyung (Taehyung call him annoying baby) everyday till Taehyung give up on pushing the younger and let the younger play beside him even he still didnt want to play with Jungkook.

Oneday, after Taehyung get scolded by his friend after eating the other’s crayon, Jungkook asking him

“hyung, why did you crying?”

And Taehyung crying to Jungkook when the younger boy hugging him. that the first time Taehyung realize that actually the young Jungkook was care for him.

That day ended up with Jungkook tell Taehyung how to use crayon

“hyung, you cant ate it” little Jungkook start to colouring the paper in front of him with his crayon “nah, this is how to use it”

the eight years old Kim Taehyung smiling sincerely to Jungkook for the first time.

When Taehyung enter elementary school and Jungkook enter kindergarten, Jungkook crying because he cant enter the same school with his hyung. That was the first time Taehyung stop Jungkook from crying (usualy Taehyung was the one who crying and Jungkook that calm Taehyung)

“kookie, you should stop crying, hyung will wait you till you can enter the same school with hyung”

“really hyung?” and Taehyung nods.

When Taehyung was in second grade, Jungkook finally was old enough to enter elementary school. Taehyung happily drag the younger to nearest ice cream parlor.

“choose your ice cream kookie, hyung will treat you” Taehyung give the younger his famous toothy smile
