(Bonding)

It's already 7:05pm when we got home....I didn't know that Kelly's house is too far away from ours......I'm tired......But I want to eat my dinner with my big brother again.........

Kitchen...........................................................

Me:Oppa...What's for dinner??

ELI:What do you want??

Me:I want ICE CREAM!!!!!!

ELI:WHAT?!?!

Me:Kidding^^

ELI:Silly girl....So what do you want then??

Me:I want.........Filipino cuisine^^

ELI:What kind of Filipino cuisine you want me to cook??

Me:I want Pork "Adobo"

ELI:I'll check the cook book......

Me:That's where I got it......

ELI:Okay...Pass me the cook book.....

Me:Here^^

ELI:So we need;

• 1 kilo pork picnic or side bacon belly (cut into bite-sized cubes)
• 1 cup white vinegar
• 1 head garlic (finely chopped) portioned into two
• 3 pcs. laurel (bay leaves)
• 1/2 cup soysauce
• 1 cup water
• 1 teaspoon peppercorn
• 3 tablespoons oil

Me:So do we have all those ingredients here??

ELI:Check it....

Me:Okay^^ (Checking the fridge)

ELI:So??

Me:We got them^^

ELI:Okay.....Put them out of the fridge......

Me:I need some help^^

ELI:Okay^^

Me:Procedures??

ELI:Here;

1. In a deep skillet, brown pork in oil.
2. Add vinegar, soysauce, first portion of garlic, laurel, peppercorn and water.
3. Bring to a boil, lower the fire and cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
4. When it gets too dry just add 1/2 cup of water.
5. Cover and let simmer until pork becomes tender.
6. In another pan, cook remaining garlic until golden-brown
7. Add pork and pour the rest of the adobo sauce.
8. Serve hot.

Me:It's kinda easy....

ELI:It looks easy but I think we will have a difficult time cooking this recipe...

Me:Sorry....

ELI:Nah~~ It's okay...I miss the way we bond.....

Me:Me too^^

So I went in the living room switched on the TV......And watched TvN.........After 45 minutes of cooking..............

ELI:Dinner is served Shiee!!! (Calling from the kitchen)

Me:Coming!!!!

ELI:So??

Me:Oppa!! It smells so good!!!!

ELI:You think??

Me:I don't think....I know!!

ELI:Hahahaha!! So help yourself out^^

Me:Oh I will~~~~

ELI:But.......

Me:Hmmmmm??

ELI:You wash the dishes^^

ELI:Okay......

Me:It's delicious oppa......

ELI:By the way....Where did you get this recipe??

Me:I saw it on the bulletin board....In school....

ELI:You're interested in cooking??

It's nice to know how oppa feels when we're having a bad time..........Now I know.......He do still misses unnie.........It's good^^......And I miss our bonding........I feel like we've never done this before after this day again..........
