“So how does it feel being Hyun Joong hyung’s woman?” Toa Ha Ha jokingly asks.

We are in a private room in a night club in Seoul. I only have two more nights left in Korea and I can tell Kim Hyun Joong can feel the pressure.  We have been dating for about three days and although he has tried to extend my stay, the ending is inevitable.

“I’m not completely sure yet…I mean… we only started dating…,” I reply, blushing.

“Yah,” Kim Hyun Joong says as he smacks Toa Ha Ha on the head, “what did I tell you about causing trouble?”

“Ouch!  It was only an innocent question,” Toa Ha Ha retorts as he rubs the spot he was smacked.  He smiles, “yah, Mor Ri-ah, if this guy ever causes trouble for you, I am always there to be a better man for you.”

“Yah!” Kim Hyun Joong says as he smacks him again.

I let up a small giggle.

Kim Hyun Joong stares at me.  “That’s the first bit of genuine happiness I’ve seen from you in a while….” Kim Hyun Joong mutters.

I look at him as he turns his head.  ‘Should I have been kinder?’ I question myself.

…

“Hyung,” Toa Ha Ha says unaware of what Kim Hyun Joong said, “Tim Lee Lo hyung said he will be coming soon.  He is going to bring some lady friends.”

“Okay,” Kim Hyun Joong replies.  He puts his arm around me.

This time, however, I don’t even flinch.  Maybe it’s because I got used to it?

“I’ve got my lady right here,” he states.

I lower my head.  Blushing.

“Yah, hyung.  Can’t you contain yourself a little bit longer? I’m starting to feel lonely,” Toa Ha Ha teases.

“Oh? Do you want me to show you some love too?” Kim Hyun Joong jokes as he puts Toa Ha Ha in a head lock.

“Ow, ow…” Toa Ha Ha yelps.

“Hyung Joong, be nice,” I finally speak.

He lets go of him immediately.

“Ooooh? What’s this? Who would have thought that my hyung can be so tamed,” Toa Ha Ha teases.

Kim Hyun Joong immediately pretends to smack him on the back of his head, causing Toa Ha Ha to flinch. 

“Yah! Mor Ri-ah. Control your boyfriends,” Toa Ha Ha playful demands.

“You kinda deserve it,” I tease.

Toa Ha Ha looks at me with an astonished expression.  “Now you guys are starting to act like a real couple. Pfft.. I need to find myself a girlfriend…”

Kim Hyun Joong smiles in delight and I let out a timid laugh.

…

“Shall we go get some snacks?” Kim Hyun Joong asks.

‘Maybe I should try to show him my sincerity…’ I think to myself while blushing.  “Oppa,” I say as I walk towards him. 

“Yeh?” he asks. 

I hold his hand.  He looks at me in utter shock.  I realize what I have done and pull my hand away.  ‘Did I really just do that?’ … “Umm… can I have something to drink too…?”  I ask as I become red with embarrassment.

He quickly changes his expression and regains the grasp of my hand.  “Yeah, let’s get maekju.”  He pulls me towards the door.

“Hyung! Order plenty!” Toa Ha Ha shouts before we make it to the door.

“Yeh!” he replies. 

 As I stare at him replying to Toa Ha Ha, I notice his dorky smiling face.  ‘Although I didn’t mean to hold his hand, I’m glad I did it,’ I think to myself as we walk.

We walk out of the room.  I look around nervously.  ‘This is actually the first time since he has asked me to date him that I have been out in the public with Kim Hyun Joong.  Usually when we go into a restaurant or club, the place is either almost completely empty or we go directly to a private room.

“Oppa,” I suddenly say.

“Hm?” he looks at me.

“Do you think this is a good idea? Wouldn’t it be better if I wait for you in the room?” I suggest.
“Why?” he asks.

“Because…what if someone sees you…with me..” I reply timidly.

He looks at me, confused. He then realizes what I meant.  “You don’t have to worry about my image.  I am not ashamed of being with you,” he tells me with a serious expression.  “Plus, I only go to VIP clubs, so everyone is very good with keeping to themselves,” he jokes.

“If you say so..” I say unconvinced.

“Yah.  If anything I should be careful because you are so beautiful,” he tells me with an even sturdier look, “I don’t want anyone stealing you from me.”

I look at him surprised.  I smile.   “Oppa…” I say shyly.

“I see you are getting used to calling me ‘oppa’ too,” he randomly says, “I am so happy.”

“Yeh…” I quietly say as I begin walking again, dragging him along.  He laughs.

Yup, I know. It has been a while.  Sorry for disappearing! I will try to upload more often now! I just needed a break to take care of some things happening in my life. I really want to finish this story so cheers to my return!
