What's new?

It's Monday again. You know what that means? It's school day. One word, eww. 

I groggily slammed my locker, shut. Why am I here? I should be at home, on my bed. Ugh.

"SICA UNNIEEEE~" I turned around and clashed against a certain Choding causing me to fall down. It hurt quite a lot but I don't mind, I guess? It helped me wake up a bit. I groaned as I took her hand to help me stand up.

"Sica unnie~ I heard that you have a girlfriend now, is that true?" Aish. Do news really spread that fast? I just looked at Yoona with a bored look before slightly shaking my head, no. 

"I don't have a girlfriend, okay? It's just one of your girlfriend's schemes. She's always up to no good" I saw Yoona blush and look away at the word 'girlfriend'. Aigoo~ Yuri is always up on other people's business though she can't even take care of her own. 

"W-we're not together, okay?  Jeez.. And to think I came here to greet you" she playfully pouted before wrapping her arm around my neck and dragging me to the cafeteria, I'm guessing. 

We were walking along the halls and my oh-so-friendly friend right here never forgot to smile and wave to her fanboys and girls, making them squeal and flushed. I can see Yoona's victory smile because finally stepping a foot on the cafeteria.

"HI GUYSSSSSS!" I mentally smacked my head against the wall because of this girl's shamelessness. I wanted to run away and hide from embarrassment but it's too late. The whole room was already interrupted. Some stood and politely bowed, some just remained seated and waved to us. Some just gave simple smiles and grins and lastly, there were our friends..

"Yah! Stop interrupting you idiot! I'm trying to eat over here!" The loud and sensitive when it comes to her food, shikshin, shouted.

"Yoona unnie please respect other people's lunch time peace, next time" the maknae said with her head hung low of embarrassment. 'I know how it feels, Seobaby'

HyoYulTaeSun were just laughing their bums off at the incident that this little troublemaker over here, has caused.  

And finally, Tiff. She didn't even react. She was texting, I think? Her back was facing me so I couldn't quite see. 

We approached the table as the noises died down.

Tiffany clearly didn't notice us. And I was right, she is in fact texting. Nichkhun, I'm assuming? I say quietly while sunny offered my some fries. I gladly took some and chewed to keep my mouth shut. I don't want to interrupt my best friend's texting time. I observed her expressions and I clearly know what kind of face that is, a determined one. Her gaze are focused and still while her lips are slightly pursed. Every once in a while you can see her bite her lips as if trying her best not to lose. An argument? Perhaps. 

I haven't gotten the chance to talk to her yet. I was about to pick up another fry when Tiffany stood up and squealed excitedly. I covered my ears from the high pitched sound, trying to block away her voice. It hurts you know!

'And they say I have a dolphin scream..' I couldn't help but mumble. I mean I get teased for screaming in a high pitched manner but no one says anything about Tiffany. I mentally shook my head and sighed. 

She finally turned her head to my direction and I could see her eyes widen. I knew it! She didn't notice me. I was about to say something when her body met mine in quite a forceful way. 

What's with people and aggressive hugs today? First Yoona and now Tiff? Aigoo~

I inhaled deeply before hugging Tiffany back. I had to take in the air that I lost when she hugged me tightly. 

"What's up? What's with the sudden squeal?" I couldn't help but ask. Curiosity killed the cat. 

"Oh that! I was playing SMTown Superstar.. You should try it Jessi! It's really fun" she showed half a smile, indicating embarrassment. I wanted to pinch her crimson cheeks but I held myself back. 

"You know I'm not into those" I answered nonchalantly, shrugging my shoulders before chewing on my fry. 

"Yeah, Fany-ah! Get it right! Sica, here isn't into games! She's into girls~" Taeyeon commented before snickering uncontrollably. The rest of the gang laughed along to her joke. 

'Aish! Why am I always the one that gets picked on?' I groaned internally. 'Here we go again..' 

"Taeyeon! What are you saying? That's not true!" I was about to thank Sunny for defending me from her lover but then she added "She's into just one particular girl. Not plural 'girls' gosh! Get it right!" Sunny looked at me before sticking her tongue out. Everyone laughed once again at my misery. 

I bet you the immature ones with a maturity of a preschooler are next to comment..

" a particular girl? I wonder who that could be?" Shikshin said with an obviously fake curious tone as she propped her arm on her chin, gesturing that she's thinking. 

Then a certain always up to no good Yoga freak decided to join. 

"Hmm~? I wonder.. Is it someone here? In this room~?" She playfully looked around, placing her hand by her brows, searching around. 

'What an idiot seriously!' I rolled my eyes at her.

"Really? Maybe even someone on this table!~" Im Choding declared before gavelling the table with her water bottle, self declaring that she's correct. 

The 6 others exaggeratedly gasped at Yoona's conclusion along with a confused Tiffany who is clearly lost, but is still diligently listening to the idiotic bunch. 

"Is it someone tall? Possibly Sooyoung~?" Hyoyeon guessed. I wanted to laugh at how ridiculous her acting was. I wonder how dense Tiffany really is to not catch in to what is happening. 

"Hmm~ I don't think so, unnie~ Sica unnie said she prefers one who isn't much taller than her~ possible like an inch or two taller than her~" I'm speechless. Even the maknae is going along with this! What has this fools done? They've corrupted out baby! Ugh! Stupid, I tell you! They're a bunch of idiots!

"Is it someone with a flirty smile like YoonYul?~" this time, Sunny asked. What a group of chodings, indeed. 

"Jessica likes someone with a very sweet and angelic smile~ So, no~" Sunny's other half, answered.

"Let's see~ So Jessica unnie likes someone who is sweet, caring, intelligent, has a precious smile, someone who looks good with anything and someone who smells pretty and nice like, ehem.. Strawberries, for example~ I wonder who is the person that fits all of those category out of us~" Yoona blabbed. 

I AM AT A LOSS FOR WORDS. They basically slapped the information at Tiffany's face making it all so obvious. I wanted to tape shut. OH MY GOODNESS! They basically told Tiffany that she's my ideal time! In the most unsubtle way possible! 

In my head, I am currently smacking my head against the hard wall over and over again. 

"Jessi, you never told me your ideal type.." Tiff looked at me with her head slightly tilted in a cute manner.

"I-I didn't? I guess I f-forgot.. ha ha. My bad Tiff.." The whole table stopped what they're doing just to listen to your conversation. 

'Wow, nosy and troublesome! I can't ask for anything more!' 

"I never knew your ideal type is one of us.." ! She actually figured it out! I tried to remain calm but I am internally panicking and screaming. My legs began to shake and my palms started sweating.

Cold sweat began to form on my forehead as I thought of the million possibilities as how this is going to end.

"I never knew you had a crush on.. M--"

This is it! I am doomed! My secret is out!

"..Maknae! You never told me your ideal type is Seobaby! Oh gosh Jessi! The whole time we've known each other, I never would've expected that.."

That's it! She already knows my secret! 

"That's right Tiff, I have a crush on-- WAIT WHAT? DID YOU JUST SAY, SEOBABY?!" What? She thinks my ideal type is maknae? Eh?

"HUUUUHHHHH!?!?" Even the whole table became chaotic because of what Tiffany said. 

'Is she rock dense or just unbelievably stupid?!' Seobaby, really?! 

"What? Didn't you say your ideal type is someone caring, intelligent, sweet, fashionable and someone who smells great? That's obviously Seobaby, duh?! I'm not stupid, Jessi!" She dictated. 

...

I'm not the only one who heard that, right? 

...

I turned to look at Sunny and Yoona and they just looked at me with an unreadable expression with an addition of casual blinks here in there. It's obvious that they are speechless as well. 

I focused my gaze at Tiffany once again just blinking as I'm still trying to process her words in my head.

I.. Don't understand..

I don't understand..

Her way of thinking??

Yoona basicallly described her and I would bet you if I say those words to anyone, they would automatically say Tiffany's name.. But her, really? What.

"What? You're looking at me like I'm stupid!" Tiffany said in an offended tone. I looked at the 7 others and I could see they are on the verge of bursting into a laughter fit. 

"We're bestfriends, Jessi! I thought you said no secrets! How could you not tell me about your secret crush!"

And with those words, the 7 bunch lost it. They began shamelessly laughing out loud without a care in the world. Tiff looked at them before looking back at me with a questioning expression. I just shrugged it off though I know exactly why they're laughing. 

Because I fell for the world's most dense girl..

I know, and I'm hopeless..

Aigoo. Tiff? If I tell you directly, would you realize my feelings then?

JungLi's side of the story. 

Granting Krystal's favour, Sulli drove them to the location that the former wanted to visit once she has recovered from sickness.

Although her fever was still there, she was indeed better than before. Sulli wanted the girl to stay in bed and rest but being a stubborn Jung, she refused because she couldn't wait to show Sulli her surprise.

They've arrived at the location, an old building. Actually, it's not just any old building, It was a building filled with Jungli memories. This was where a young Soojung and Jinri met. 

[FLASHBACK] 

"Hi my name is Jung SooJung which is also Jung SooJung backwards~ nice to meet you!" A very bright and friendly ray of sunshine 5 year old Krystal approached a girl who was silently sitting my the swings alone.

"H-Hi.. I'm Choi Jinri.. N-nice to meet you, S-Soojung" a very timid Jinri gave the girl half a smile because of her introvert self. She was never good at dealing with strangers although she could tell that the girl in front of her in a cute blue dress was very nice. 

"Why are you alone Jinri? Mommy said that it's bad to be alone.. Do you want to be my best friend? We could always be together and play together~" the little Jung offered her tiny hand as a sign of deal while flashing her own cute eyesmile at the slightly taller girl. 

"Really? Best friends?" Jinri couldn't help but grin widely at the girl's friendliness. She liked the girl and she knew she wanted to be her bestfriend. 

Krystal enthusiastically nodded as a confirmation. "Bestfriend." Before Jinri could answer, they could hear their teacher calling them in, declaring that it was time to go back inside. Little Soojung held out her hands as Jinri gladly took them. They walked back to class hand in hand with a huge smile on both of their tiny faces. 

That was the day when they both became each other's crayons. Both responsible for putting a colour on the other's life. 

The day that Jinri took care of her yellow crayon the most. Because it reminded her of the angelic sunshine who changed her life for the best, Soojung.

I know I've been such a horrible author for not updating at all but that's because I really am busy with school :/ I'm piled up with homeworks. I'm not just neglecting this story, no. I will never do that to my adorable readers.
