CHAPTER TWENTY SIX - JONGHYUN : BABY, FORGIVE THE CHILDISH ME.

I looked down at my watch and realized that it's already close to 9 PM. I left the place and hurried down to a bookstore. I was smiling like an idiot thinking of the idea, once i reached the place i whipped my phone out and made a call to my yeobo.
Me : yeobo! Could you help me with something ?
Key : what's JONGKEY for anyways ?
Me : I've prepared _______________ for nikki and i want your help.
Key : Ah araso, i know what to do! HWAITING !!
I smiled widely and started to shop for the stuffs that i needed. With key's help, i'm sure i'll be able to succeed with a glimspe of hope.
" Thank you so much! " I bowed to the lady after handing her the money
" Thank you, please come again! "
With that i went to another shop to get more stuff.

We were on our way home when suddenly i recieved jjong hyung's phone call. Upon hearing his request, i agreed immediately even though the request was abit stupid. Taking the chance that FTI were walking right infront of SHINee members, i told the plan to the other members.
Seunghyun tried to walk beside nikki and its so damn obvious that he likes her but krystine's reaction was so hilarious that made onew hyung and i burst out in laughter.
OH WELL.
Anyways, we arrived home and washed up immediately. I sat around on the couch with the other members and started discussing about the plan
" Umma, do you think pretty noona will believe you ? " Taemin was lying down on the couch with his pikachu
" That's true, she's smart "Onew hyung answered
" What's up with doubting the almightykey ? " I put my hands on my waist
All of us burst out in laughter and waited for the right time, and that was 11.30 PM. We were chatting randomly and soon it was time for action. I called nikki repeatedly and sounded annoyyed.
Me : baby doll, umma can't sleep
Nikki : Umma, are you okay ?
Me : I don't know, i need someone to talk to. Everyone's asleep.
Nikki : Neh umma araso, i'll change up and we'll meet at the lobby ?
Me : Gomawo ^^
I hung up the phone and smirked widely.
" I see victory in your eyes " Minho commented
" As per always! " I folded my arms and then procceeded to change up
Five minutes later, i came out of the dorm and saw that nikki was there. I quickly changed my expression and flashed an extremely troubled and a sad one.
" Umma, are you okay ? " She looked at me worriedly
" I don't know, let's go take a walk "
The both of us procceeded walking silently.
" I think i'm in love with krsytine " I blurt out as PER PLANNED
" Umma, isn't that good ? Since the both of you like each other ? " She nudged my waist
" Yeah i think but it seemed like hongki hyung likes her too, and minhwan seemed interested also " I carried on
She kept silent for a moment. The direction we were heading to was to the park that nikki and hyung had their love pledge there. Of course, everything has to be natural.
" I doubt so, hongki oppa was lashing out at her while minhwan is just being nice " She explained
" Maybe. What does she likes anyways ? " I pretended to be interested to fit in the atmostphere
" She likes alot of things, depending on what you're asking for. Sometimes, i tend to lose track on her likings! "
The both of us let out a chuckle.
" But i think you know what she likes the most umma! " She eyed me
" Do i ? "
" Of course! It's you, the almightydivaummakey! " She imitated the salutation sign i did in hello baby
The deeper we chatted, the more i felt like i knew krsytine. She wasn't even the girl/guy that i thought she was. Through our conversation, i found out that she's heartwarming and acts real unfriendly because of the negative vibes people give out.
BUT STILL, WHO CARES ?
- 10 minutes later -
We finally arrived to the place still talking about that little maniac.
" Why did we come here ? " she questioned
" It isn't i who bought you here, it was fate. Clear things out with hyung k? He planned all this just for you " I gently pushed her towards hyung's direction and went back on my own
Nikki
I felt really panicky when we arrived to the extremely familiar place. This place ... hold precious memories of jjong and i. It was extremely painful to be in a cold war with him yet the both of us had no courage to face each other till now.
I made my way towards the love tree and gasped at the awfully lovely sight. Thousands of candles were lighted up and formed " PLEASE FORGIVE ME, BABY " Somehow, the words were pretty obvious to read even though the words were huge.
The lights from the candle were burning brightly, it was such a nice sight to look at. I was completely swept away by the awesome sight, i didn't realised that jonghyun was standing behind me till he hugged my waist. He spun me around so that we're facing each other.
" I'm sorry baby, forgive me? " He gave me the cute sorry look
I didn't say anything.
" Come here " He pulled me gently to the spot that he wanted me to be
My eyes grew even wider looking at the tree, the tree branch were filled with what seemed like thousands of poloroids with pink cards hanging on some. I took down one of the card and read it.
Forgive the chidish me because i couldn't take the cold war any longer.
Baby, i love you too much to hurt you.
My eyes were beginning to water and i uncontrollably dash to give jonghyun a hug. It was painful even for me.
" Baby i'm sorry too " I looked up at him and smiled
" Don't cry, jonghyun's princess never weeps " He cupped my face and wiped my tears away
He helped me took down the cards that was hanging from the tree and we sat under the tree, there were 520 personally decorated and written cards. I teared while reading some, and laughed while reading others. To add in the romantic ambience, he sang his specialty " Nothing better "
" Nothing better, nothing better than you ~ " He used his index finger and his thumb to push my head to face him, i was lying down on his firmed thighs while reading and enjoying his singing
" I love you baby " He gave me a kiss on my forehead
" I love you too " I smiled widely
" But you're also not allowed to talk to jessica unnie k? " I laughed
" why would i when i have you ? " He smiled
His words full of geniunity, his eyes filled with sincerity. What more could i ask for ? I love him this much and always will, because he's the childish boy that i fell in love with.
