CHAPTER SEVENTEEN - I LOVE YOU
#04 - SARANGHAE
- Few days later -
" Woman, do you want to eat anything ? I'll buy back on my way home, i'm going out for dinner w jong oppa " Nikki smiled at me as she took her stuff & getting ready to leave
" No thank you, enjoy! " I waved and rejected her offer
" Sure? " She asked again
" Yes dearie.. i'm sure. Faster go or else you'll be late! " I hurried her
She left & i sat myself down on a couch watching television.

As i got out of the house, i was welcomed by a huge bouquet of pink roses.
" Thank you, yeobo! " I accepted & gave him a hug
" Do you like it ? " He asked
" Nope " I firmly shook my head
" Really.. ? " He pouted
" I love it! " I laughed
Jonghyun was wearing a nice white top accompanied by a black cardigan. It's really true that everything looks so nice on him. Even the plainest tank top or t-shirt .. We went to this restuarant, not a very posh one but it felt so nice just to be there. It's like a lover's cafe, the seats and tables were coupled on the first level & on the next, it was filled with more chairs & long tables.
" Welcome to the lover's cafe! " Jonghyun announced cheerfully
" Lover's cafe? " i repeated
" Uh-huh, the owner is my friend.. my best friend. He opended this cafe two years ago " He smiled as we went in.
" Annyeong Dongho! " He waved to the cafe owner
" Annyeong hyung! who's this ? " He smiled at me
" Helllo! I'm Nikki " I smiled as i extended my hand
We shook hands & he ushered the both of us to take a sit.
" Yeobo, i wanna take you somewhere after dinner later! " He chirped
" Hahaha sure ~ Where? " I asked curiously
" Shh! It's a secret ! " He playfully teased
Soon, the food arrived. It was hot chocolate decorated with cocoa powder that made it formed into a heartshape, the bento set that jonghyun pre-ordered was filled with heartshapes & all those sweet little things.
" Tuck in, Noona! " Dongho sat beside me
I nodded & i took a bite " It's nice! Really. " I gasped at the amazing culinary skills
" He's only 15! " Jonghyun announced
" Are you serious ? " I looked at the boy
He doesn't resemble like a 15 year old much less to say that he opened this cafe when he was 13!
" Oh my gosh, i just can't believe that you're 15! You look so manly? " I laughed
" Hehe! Gomawo ~ "
He walked off & attended to his own stuffs behind the small cute counter. After dinner, we went to the place that jonghyun oppa wanted to show me. It was nearby & so, we decided to walk. The dinner was almost perfect, he wasn't spotted by anyone because he had his geek specs on.
The stroll was amazing under nobody's gazes & annoying stares. Instead, the night did a good job by sending in wind that wasn't prickly but a warmth feeling especially when you're with your loved one.
Finally after the stroll, we arrived to a field that has only one large oak tree. The tree was old, but it added a nice touch to the scenery. Just imagine if this was a photo, wouldn't it look nice?
" This place is nice.. " I allowed myself to take in the nighttime's air
" I discovered this place when i was young & everytime i needed some place to cool down, i'll always come here.. You're the only person who knew this place. " He smiled as he place his hands on my waist.
" Gomawo yeobo. " I smiled as we leaned in for a hug
Both of us sat under the tree, although it was dark, the moon 's light was perfect & it helped the scene to be brightly lited.
" Let's do something! " I stood up
" Yes? " He asked
" Let's draw on this tree.. " I reached for two marker pens in my bag
The both of us went to one end of the tree & started writing our 'love notes'
I LOVE JONGHYUN for always,

Proud of what i've written, i walked over to jonghyun & peek into his.

As the both of us read each others, we grew in shock. We didn't plan to write anything in paticular. Needless to say, we didn't even plan to write this together.
" Telepathy rules! " He smiled as we sat down & admire the note that we carved/marked on the tree
" Let's give it a name! " i suggested
" Hmmm.. love tree! " He shouted happily
" Yeah! Nikki & jonghyun's love tree ~ " I agreeed
The both of us leaned on the trees for support & with my head leaning on jonghyun's shoulders. He was just too comfortable for my head & soon, my hand found its way & our hands hooked.
" For you! " He gave me a small chrysanthemum flower
" It's lovely, thanks! " He stucked it in my head
We stayed in that position for a pretty long time. His shoulders were too comfortable & i eventually fell asleep.
" Baby, wake up " Jonghyun gently patted me
" Huh? " I woke up & stretched myself
When i was fully awake, i stared at the even beautiful scenery infront of me, it was sunsrise.
" This is the main point.. " He smiled
" Good morning yeobo " He continued before planting a kiss on my forehead
" Yeobo, it's really lovely.. i like it! "
" Glad that my princess likes it.. " He smiled widely & satisfactorily
After a few more hours of talking, we headed back feeling even more happier. We made a stop at a food stand & bought breakfast for everyone.
