[RECAP]

At the coffee shop, Syuu looked at the time and it was already 4 30. “Where is she?” he wondered, then... “Welcome to our- uh? Mika-chan!?” Jun exclaimed, Syuu quickly went out of his office and when he turned to the door, he saw Kira and on his back was Mika who was still unconscious. “UH!?” he proclaimed.

Chapter Seventeen:

Syuu helped Kira and he brought Mika inside his office, good thing there was a couch there and he let her lie down, “What happened?” he asked Kira, “We were being chased by a group of girls and she was running out of breath, when we rested she suddenly passed out. She was also having a hard time breathing” Kira replied “Uh, I thought it was something serious...” said Syuu. “What?” Kira wondered. “She needs some rest, don’t worry. Something like this happened before; she kept on running and suddenly passed out. Apparently, she can’t run for a long time or else she’ll be out of breath and pass out” said Syuu. “Uh” Kira said but even though Syuu told him not to worry, he was still worrying. Syuu noticed it and he smiled

“How about you stay here and watch over her, I sent out Hana to run an errand so I’m going outside to help out with the others...” Syuu said as he was about to leave his office, “Eh? B-but I...” “When she wakes up, give her something to drink, okay?” Syuu added then he left the office. Kira released a sigh then he looked at Mika who was resting on the couch.

Kira’s POV

I can’t believe she passed out. I shouldn’t have dragged her along with me. Even though Takashi-kun told me that I shouldn’t worry, why am I worrying like this? *sigh* but she’ll be all right... but... ARGH! Why am I like this? This is the first time I’m worrying about someone and I can’t believe it’s her. Do I really like her? But I can’t... I mean, I don’t believe in love at first sight. I don’t think I can love someone as well? But why am I worrying like this? What the heck is happening to me? Why am I starting to change just because of this girl? And why do I feel like I’m happier now, especially when she’s with me?
-END of POV-

He continued to look at Mika and watch over her. Meanwhile, in Yuki and Miharu’s case, they were still running when suddenly
“Uh? Miharu-kun?” Hana wondered as she saw the two running towards her. “Hana-chan!” Miharu proclaimed, “Why are you-” but before Hana could finish what she was saying, Miharu grabbed her hand and dragged her along with them

“Wait, who is she?” asked Yuki, “Yuki-kun!” Hana proclaimed, “Less talking more running!” Miharu proclaimed and they continued to run. Hana suddenly thought of a shortcut, “I know where we can lose them, follow me!” she proclaimed as she led the way. They finally lost them and rested for a while, “Thanks again for helping us Hana-chan” said Miharu. “No problem! Besides, consider us even. You saved my life last time right? Hihi” said Hana. “I’m so tired and thirsty! I think I want to drink some tea or something” Yuki proclaimed. “Uh? Hey, why don’t you guys come with me to the Coffee Shop ^^” Hana invited “Coffee shop?” Yuki wondered.

            Syuu was helping the others out when suddenly, “I’m back~~” Hana said as she entered the shop. Syuu turned to her and he saw Miharu and Yuki as well
“Uh? Kira-kun?” he wondered as he saw Yuki and Yuki gave him a puzzled face, “Nii-chan, he’s not Kira-kun, he’s Yuki-kun, the older twin” said Hana “Twin? Kira-kun has a twin? I didn’t know that” said Syuu “Heh, you’re just like Mika-chan... you know, the two of you should watch TV more often” said Jun “Shut up” said Syuu “Hai~” Jun replied.
“Uh, by the way, he’s my brother and the owner of this coffee shop, Syuu-nii, nii-chan, this is Miharu-kun and Yuki-kun, they’re in the same group as Kira-kun ^^” said Hana “Sou... nice to meet you” said Syuu as he shook hands with the two “Nice to meet you too ^^” said Miharu “By the way, how did you know my brother?” asked Yuki. “Well...” said Syuu and he told them everything.

Meanwhile, Kira wasn’t aware that Miharu and Yuki were outside, he just focused on looking after Mika “Wake up” he would keep telling himself that, suddenly...

“U-ugh...” Mika said as she was slowly waking up, Kira immediately went near her and his face was just a few inches apart from her face. Mika slowly opened her eyes and when she saw Kira’s face near hers, she widened her eyes and she suddenly blushed, Kira noticed it and he felt embarrassed then he moved away. Mika sat up and looked around

“Where am I?” she asked, “You’re in Takashi-kun’s office” he replied “What am I doing here?” asked Mika “Well, you passed out after running for a long time” said Kira then Mika remembered what happened. She suddenly hit Kira, “Hey! What was that for?!” Kira exclaimed, “That was for dragging me along with you, sheesh!” Mika responded, “Well you sure know how to be grateful to someone who carried you all the way here!” Kira proclaimed, “Y-you carried me?” asked Mika and Kira nodded his head “Ehe, sorry about that and thanks...” said Mika “You’re welcome” Kira replied. “Come on, let’s go out” he added as he stood up. Mika also stood up and followed him. When they got outside, they saw Yuki and Miharu

“Uh?” they wondered. “Kira, Mika-chan!” said Yuki then he and Miharu went near them, “Mika-chan, are you alright? Were you hurt?” Yuki asked as he looked all over Mika “I’m fine, just a little tired.” Mika replied, “Souka... it’s good to know” said Yuki, then...

“Looks like our Mika gained a lot of friends already ^^ why don’t you guys stay here for a while and order anything you want. It’s on the house” said Syuu “Syuu-nii?” Mika wondered, “Don’t worry. It’s the least I can do after Kira-kun helped our Mika (:” said Syuu “Uh” said the others.
 

Meanwhile, “Argsh, I didn’t know it was this boring for a day off (=_=)” Jin complained. “Maybe that’s because the others aren’t with us right now” said Hiro, “Hmm... you’re right. Ne, why don’t we invite Mika-chan with us?” said Jin “Mika-chan? I’m sure she’s busy right now” said Hiro “On a day off? Heh, I’m calling her” Jin said as he brought out his phone and dialed Mika’s number.

At the café, while waiting for their orders, Mika decided to go to the bathroom. The others were just talking when suddenly, they heard a phone ring, Kira noticed that Mika’s phone was ringing, he was about to answer it but he remembered the time when he answered Mika’s call and Mika got mad at him, so he didn’t bother to answer it. Instead, Miharu picked the phone and answered the call

*Phone Convo*

Miharu:  Hello? This is Ootori Mika-chan’s phone, she’s not here right now but you can leave your message to me
[Yuki inserts: Huh, just like an answering machine]
Jin: YAH MIHARU!!!
Miharu: Uh, Jin-nii?
Jin: Hey you little rascal! Why is Mika-chan’s phone with you? Did you two go on a date?!
Miharu: W-WHAAAAT?!! Of course not! I’m at the Black and White Café right now along with the twins and Mika-chan, how could I possibly go on a date with her?
Jin: WHAT?! The twins are there too? You guys are so unfair! We’re coming there, wait for us. Okay? *Hangs up*
Miharu: Uh??

*End of Phone Convo*

Suddenly, Mika came back “Who was that?” she asked as she saw Miharu putting her phone down. “Jin-nii, he says he’s on his way here” said Miharu “Eh?” Mika wondered, “Wow! 2 more Boyfriend members, it’s going to bring in a lot of customers” said Jun then Mika hit him on the head “Baka, they’re not here to advertise this shop” “Nee~(T_T)” said Jun and the others quietly laughed at him.

Moments later, Jin and Hiro arrived. “Konnichiwa~” they greeted Syuu. “More of Mika’s friends, it’s so nice to see you guys ^^” he said and the two smiled at him then they proceeded to the table where the others were.
“Psst, you guys sure that he and Mika-chan are just friends?” Jin whispered to Yuki, “M-hm. He said that he treats Mika-chan as her little sister” Yuki replied “Hmm, I don’t know. He’s a very handsome guy and he’s nice too... in fact, I think he’s the ideal type of any women” said Jin “So what’s your point?” asked Hiro then Jin faced Kira “Ne Kira, if you don’t want to lose Mika-chan to this guy, you better step up” he said, both Mika and Kira almost choked when Jin said that...
“Yah, what are you trying to say?” Kira asked in an embarrassed way, Mika also felt a little bit embarrassed because Jin was so direct when he said that to them. Jin didn’t bother to speak anymore because he noticed that the atmosphere was weird already.

While they were still eating, Mika was talking to Syuu for a while then a customer came in, but it wasn’t any ordinary customer, it was Syuu’s aunt.
“Syuu!” his aunt said as she approached him
“Uh? Oba-san?” Syuu wondered as his aunt suddenly hugged him
“Syuu! I’m so glad to see you again ^^” his aunt said while hugging him, then
“Nii-chan I’m- uh? Oba-san?” Hana wondered, their aunt saw her and hugged her too “Hana you’ve grown so much already!” she added “O-oba-chan, it’s just been 3 months already (=_=)” said Hana “I know but I miss you two so much already!” their aunt proclaimed then she turned to Mika
“Mika-chan?” she wondered and she looked closely at Mika
“Mika-chan! It really is you~ wow, you’ve gotten prettier ever since I last saw you” she added then she hugged Mika “Ehehe, same goes to you Auntie ^^” Mika replied while hugging Syuu’s aunt back.

            The other members were wondering who the old lady was, “I think she’s their aunt” said Miharu, “You mean Takashi-kun’s aunt, right?” asked Jin and Miharu nodded his head. “She seems like a jolly person ^^” said Yuki “Uh?” Kira wondered, then

“Guys, this is Syuu-nii and Hana-chan’s aunt, Furukawa Yui-san” Mika said as she introduced her to the other members of Boyfriend.
“Nice to meet you ^^” they said with respect and Yui looked at them with interest. “Ne Mika-chan, you have some very handsome friends here. So which one?” she asked Mika “E-eh?” Mika wondered, “Which one is your boyfriend?” Yui asked with a huge grin on her face “B-Boyfriend?” Mika wondered, Yui looked at the boys then she noticed Kira
“Is it that rude looking guy over there?” she asked, the other members heard her call Kira “Rude looking” and they silently laughed. “Rude looking?” Kira wondered with an irritated face
“I don’t think he’s a very good match for you, he seems like a very mean and cold person” Yui added and it made the others laugh even more. Kira was about to burst but he kept controlling himself
“U-umm, ano... Auntie, I’m still single” said Mika
“EH? Until now? Sheesh, I wonder what’s wrong with you and Syuu, the two of you are just the same. Why don’t you guys get married instead? Sheesh” Yui mumbled and both Mika and Syuu blushed. “Uh?” the other members wondered
 “O-oba-chan, you know why Mika and I aren’t dating right? Ehe” said Syuu and Mika kept quiet. The other members also hear it and they kept quiet, Kira felt a little jealous again but he didn’t show it.
“I know2x, no need to remind me. Heh, Hana dear, will you get your oba-chan something to drink?” Yui said as she sat down “HAI!” Hana replied and she went inside to prepare some tea.

Mika went back to their table, sat down and kept quiet. She still felt shy about what Yui said; the others noticed it but didn’t bother to ask her yet. They figured that they’ll ask her when they left the shop already.

An hour later, they decided to leave the shop
“I’ll be going ahead^^” Mika said to Syuu, “M-hm, call me when you get home” said Syuu “Hai~” said Mika and she left with the other Boyfriend members.
On the way back to the apartment

“Hey Mika-chan, tell us... what did Takashi-kun mean a while ago?” asked Jin “Huh?” Mika wondered. “What did he meant when he told his aunt about him and you not dating?” Jin added. “O-oh, that...” said Mika “Jin-nii, you shouldn’t be asking that kind of question since it’s very personal” said Miharu “Why? We’re all friends here, right?” said Jin “But if Mika-chan doesn’t want to talk about it, then let’s not force her to talk about it” said Hiro “*sigh* fine2x, I’m sorry Mika-chan” said Jin, “I-it’s okay” Mika replied and she gave Jin a half smile.

            When the guys arrived at their apartment, they saw Daisuke inside the living room waiting for them “Where have you been?” he asked. Moments later...
“WHAAAT?!” he exclaimed in jealousy, “I can’t believe you guys went to the coffee shop with Mika-chan! I want to come to (=3=)” he added “Sorry Aniki, but you decided to go for a long ride instead of hanging out with us, so...” said Jin “It’s your loss” all of them added. “(-__-||) Hmm...” said Daisuke. While the others were trying to piss Daisuke off, Kira went inside his room and sat on the bed. He remembered what happened to Mika when she passed out. He remembered how his heart started beating fast when he was carrying her on his back, he also remembered how he watched her rest and how their faces were very near to each other when Mika woke up

Kira’s POV

I can’t believe I’m feeling this * he held his chest, then, he remembered what Jin said about ‘stepping it up’*

And what did Jin-nii mean by ‘stepping it up’? Takashi-kun already told me that he treats Ootori as his sister and nothing more but *remembers what Syuu said when Yui started teasing him and Mika*what did he mean by him and Ootori not dating? Does it mean that they used to go out a lot or something? Hmmm... Wait, why am I asking myself all of these questions? Why am I suddenly interested between Takashi-kun and Ootori’s relationship? Heh, don’t tell me... Am I... JEALOUS? O_o
