Chapter 5        “I have to make it in time” Sojin gritted her teeth while running. Her heart was beating like crazy because of all the running and most of all, the worry. The girl knew the three were strong but it was also their first time in Hendeland. She was worried something might have happened to Sehun, Baekhyun and Kai. She was worried that she might lose them once again. And her eyes started to tear up.            Somehow, Sojin was able to sense the three’s presence. They were somewhere near her but she saw no one no matter how many times she looked around. Fear rose upon her and she started to panic.        “Sehun! Kai! Baek! Where are you?! P-Please!” Sojin shouted, looking around for anyone. It was then she realized that both Minki and Hynugsik weren’t with her either, which made her panic even more.        Sojin suddenly spotted something strange behind a tree. It was a hand hanging out and Sojin immediately ran over, kneeling down. “Sehun! Sehun! Wake up …” Sojin shook Sehun’s body but the boy didn’t budge. Sojin’s hand shot up to Sehun’s neck and she checked the boy’s pulse.        “Thank god” She whispered, tightening her grip around Sehun’s hand. She looked around and spotted Baekhyun and Kai not far from Sehun. “Kai… Baek…” She lightly slapped their cheeks but nothing happened. The two were unconscious, just as Sehun.        But there was something strange Sojin noticed next to Baekhyun. “What’s…pills?” Sojin widened her eyes upon seeing the white pills lying all over the ground.        “Turn around” a gentle yet low whisper was heard and Sojin immediately sensed something – or rather someone – behind her. Sojin leaned to the side and luckily dodged a fire ball.        With widened eyes, Sojin stood up, staring at the boys that were standing in front of her with amused expressions. In the middle was a boy with red hair and on either sides of him were “Minki and Hyungsik…”. Sojin clenched her fist as she realized what the scene in front of her was. Betrayal. Sojin was totally fooled.        “How do you like your first mission?” the boy in the middle asked, smirking. Sojin didn’t mind answering or giving the boy a glance. Her eyes were only focusing on Hyungsik and Minki. “You two…this isn’t an order from Sunmi…right?” She asked.        “No, we only joined in for the money she promised us. But now that we received it, there’s no purpose to stay” Hyungsik smirked ad Sojin felt disgust. How could someone like him be like that. Sojin doubted that they’d even try doing anything against her but here they were, betrying her.        “I didn’t think you’d trust us so soon, leader. Seems you’re really stupid” Minki chuckled and Sojin scoffed at the words. And out of frustration, Sojin dashed forward, she was aiming for the boy standing in the middle but the two other boys were protecting him.       But Sojin still hit then anyways. Not that she had to hold back any longer. Minki was the one to step forward, creating a shield to protect himself. But it was beyond too weak.
