Chapter 23       Sojin opened her eyes slowly and raised her hands, stretching them and her back. She realized she wasn't sitting like she thought she was anymore. She was lying on two chairs and Jungkook was not there with her. She looked around the room with sleepy eyes and chuckled as she saw Jungkook sleeping soundly on the same bed as Taehyung. "Jungkook, you little traitor" She smiled, stood up and checked the whole room. They were all still sleeping except Jae Wook, who was nowhere to be seen.      Sojin was a little startled as the lady from yesterday walked in with her clip board in her hands. "Ah, you're awake? How do you feel?" she asked with a gentle smile. "Much better. Thank you for all the help" Sojin answered with a small bow. The lady widened her eyes and shook her head, "Stop it. No need to bow. I'm glad I could help" she smiled widely. Sojin turned to the woman and nodded, "Thanks"       "The vampire guy is out there, if you were looking for him" She said, putting down her clip board on her desk before sitting down. Sojin nodded and headed out of the room. And as the lady had said, he was standing outside the nursery, his back against the wall. Jae Wook turned to look at Sojin when he saw her in the corner of his eye. "you should be resting" Sjin said, standing next to him. Instead of receiving an answer, she only heard him sigh.       "Why?" Jae Wook voiced out, making Sojin turn to him with a quiestioning look. "Why did you let me drink it?" he asked firmly, staring into her eyes as if he was frustrated. "You mean my blood? You needed it" Sojin said back, crossing her arms. "I could have killed you!" he snapped angrily and Sojin rolled her eyes, "But you didn't. Look, I'm fine". Jae Wook sighed and shook his head.       He suddenly reached his hand out, his index finger touching the wound that was on her neck. the touch hurt a bit, but more than anything, Sojin was a bit embarrased now that she thought back about it. The way his finger touched her skin, it reminded her of how his lips did the same. Sojin shook her head gently and sighed, trying to get back to reality. But once she glanced up , her eyes didn't meet his, instead, she looked at his lips.        Jae Wook, frowned as he saw Sojin dozing off and withdrew his hand only to place it on her shoulder. He crouched down a bit to her eye-level and looked into her eyes. Sojin finally, looked into Jae Wook's eyes and as always, she was left breathless. His eyes were beautiful. "That wound isn't going to disappear even if it's healed" he said, making the girl widen her eyes.      "So...it'll be there forever?" she asked, bringing her hand up to hold the small wound only to wince in pain the second her fingertips touched the two dots.
